You should be honest about the fact that this CV builder is NOT FREE as advertised. I don't mind the cost at all, but be transparent and front up at the beginning of someone building their CV. Your T&Cs may mention a cost, but your marketing is misleading.

Everything about this was great... until I got to the 'pay' page. I'm not saying that you don't provide a service worthy of being payed. I'm just saying maybe don't surprise people with it at the end... it was quite upsetting after all of the work I did on entering information to have that pop up.
