I was charged for the 2nd month and never received an email that indicated so. So no receipt per say. So I was charged the full amount and when I went to cancel you have a way better deals. So I was given NO reminder that my subcription was about to be charged again. I don't like this at all! It's sneaky and shady!
A very sneaky and misleading way to get people to invest time in trying to build a resume only to hold it hostage if we want to download it. How about saving everyone time and frustration by being more forthcoming with the fact that you do charge for people to actually download the resumes you provide tempates for?
Essentially con artists and I will make sure I NEVER give your company anymore time nor any patronage.
