Scam - do not buy
February 20, 2023

I ordered the 5 in 1 professional styler on Dec 12th as a Christmas gift. It was never delivered so I reached out on Christmas inquiring about where it was. I reached out again Dec 29th and it finally arrived a couple of days later.
The product didn't even work. There was no air blowing out of the curlers so the only function that worked was a simple hair dyer. What's the point of the product if the main features don't work? Then the main machine just completely fell apart so it was impossible to use.
I asked to return it on Jan 17 and they replied strategically on Feb 1 saying I could only return it 30 days after delivery (with no instructions), which had now passed with their delayed response time. I wrote back immediately saying that's completely unfair because you responded after my 30-day window was up with no instructions so I'll give you one more chance to allow me to return it. They responded almost 20 days later with instructions on how to return it (I have to pay for shipping) or an option for 20% off my next item. Why in the world would I ever buy something from here again?
Keep in mind they say their response time is 1-2 business day (try 15-20 days on average).
It's a scam. Do not buy.

5 in 1 intended to be Christmas gift for daughter. Ordered in November. While we did receive December 23rd, was not provided a working tracking number. Finally deciphered and used a 3rd party to track.

Christmas - device DOES NOT work. Think they respond to a request about exchanging or returning? You guessed it, NO!

Terrible customer service from onset to attempted exchange/return. Perhaps the WORST customer service we've ever experienced.

Such a scam! My product never arrived.

I ordered some brushes on February 6th. Received an email that my order is shipped, however the tracking number says it hasn't even reached the carrier. Today is 18th of February, no one replying to my 5 or so sent emails. Phone number is out of service. So it's a fraud! NEVER BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT ORDER!

Ordered 1 Makeup brush cleaner and dryer bowl. 1 set of (3) silicone makeup applicators and 1 setting powder oval brush. All ordered 11/21/21. Received email stating order has been shipped on 11/22/21. It is 1/30/22 and I still have not received my product nor a refund. The company responded to two of my 6 emails saying that they are researching and please give them 1-2 business days to respond to my first 2 emails. THEN received an email asking if I was happy with mu purchase?! STILL no product AND no more responses. The phone number on their website is "not in service". Going to the BBB with an official complaint.

Horrible customer service! Sent notification right away that the item had shipped. I was going away and need the item the following week. I contacted them after a week and no reply, and I asked them to cancel as item would not arrive in time. As soon as I tried to cancel they sent it the next morning. This company is a scam as it has another business name Mississauga Mart, which was the website I ordered from, but the charges went to my Makeup Brush Set. I think they operate under multiple business names because they have had many complaints under the Better Business Bureau under both Mississauga Mart and My Makeup Brush Set. I tried to get a refund for the item, but they said I had received it and they had already responded promptly to all of my correspondence, which is not true. I would avoid this company!

I ordered a curling iron and when I got it it was broken, so I returned it to the address on the site and they still have not paid me back my money. They don't respond to emails and the phone number does not work. Its a SCAM! Save your money DO NOT BUY from them!

I ordered a brush in August. It came in September but it didn't work besides being the wrong color. They were very quick to respond and say they will send another, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. I have written to them so many times Abigail sends the same" so sorry due to covid "letter. My advice to you is save your money, DO NOT ORDER.

I am a single, disabled mother, of a beautiful little girl. After we paid our December bills, we had about $200 left for the remainder of the month. I gave 25% of that to these LIARS and THEIVES, because I found two things my daughter would LOVE for Christmas. (I PLACED THE ORDER THE THIRD OF DECEMBER.) Not until AFTER I turned them over to PayPal did they send an email saying, "your items have SHIPPED". If you don't already know, any cold hearted, thieving idiot can put a tracking number on something, they've NOT EVEN MAILED YET, with simple postal service software. I have tried contacting them by phone, through email, Instagram, and Facebook. They HIDE from you, after they take your child's Christmas from them. I will be posting all of the documentation, which is nothing on their part, so they may become less able to scam people.
IF YOU CAN FIND YOUR ITEMS SOMEWHERE ELSE, EVEN IF IT COSTS A BIT MORE, IT'S WORTH IT! THESE "PEOPLE" ARE SCAMMERS! THEY ARE HEARTLESS SCAMMERS.

I orderd products on April 18 2020. Today is August 29 2020 and I still have not received my order. After numerous emails back and forth with the company asking where mg order is? The response that was given over and over was that it must have got lost is transit and another order was sent out. They stated I would have the tracking info in a couple day my order would arrive in approximately 10 days. I have asked for a refund and they refuse due to the order has been processed and shipped.
