I don't recommend My Makeup Brush Set, I am from México and I ASKED A SET in January, they told me my package was going to arrive in 15 labor Days and I continue waiting for it wrote to my make UP. Brush set and they told me they don't have idea were my package is, i told them that i need it because i have a lesson this weekend and i had to buy another set and I ask a refund and they told me that they cannot give me the refund and if I am lot interested in Their product i have to wait for it, and return to them and pay the shipping. In any case don't buy Their products it is not a. Serious and responsible enterprise
I placed an order on December 15,2016 on the Canadian site, selected 1 -2 day delivery. This order contained items that were Birthday, and Christmas gifts for my Daughter. I had done some research prior to placing my order, and didn't find anything bad about them. So, I decided to go ahead with my order. On December 16th, I had not yet received a shipping notification. So, I emailed them, but got the standard auto reply stating that they would get back to me in 24 -48 hours. So, I decided to post on their facebook page since it says that they typically reply right away. I simply asked why I hadn't received a shipping notification when I had chosen, and PAID for 1 -2 day delivery, and asked if someone could look into it, and get back to me. The next day, I had not heard back from anyone on their facebook page either. So, I went to check, and the post had not only been ignored, but had been DELETED! Thinking that this may have been an innocent oversight on their part, I posted asking why my post was deleted, and re-asked my question regarding my order. AGAIN, my post was ignored, and deleted. So, I did some more research, and began to find a TON of negative reviews. All stating that orders were taking weeks, and even MONTHS to ship. There was a common thread of posts being deleted unless they were glowing reviews about the company. Apparently, nothing negative is allowed to be posted, or they will remove it, even if it is something as simple as asking where your order is. That is SO SHADY! I have also discovered that there is NO PHONE NUMBER on their website to contact anyone. How sketchy is that?
So, Here I am, 5 days later, having paid in full for my order, wit 1 - 2 day delivery, and I have NOTHING for my daughter's Birthday, and some of her Christmas gifts are in that order. I can't just go and re-buy these gifts, as my money is tied up in that order, and it will take days to get a refund even if I do cancel. So, I am totally screwed, and they refuse to reply to anything.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE! The low prices are NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! Luckily, I have screen shots of my activity log, showing that I did in fact post on their page, and I took a screen shot of the 2nd post just in case they deleted it. As well, I took screen shots of any of the negative comments that other customers posted after me, just in case they got deleted (They did). So, I have all of this proof of how slimy these people are, and I've contacted the media consumer reporter to get them to help me. I am absolutely sick to my stomach that this company is treating people this way, and is still in business! They need to be exposed!
