My Brush Set

Ordered an eyeshadow pallette, which didn't arrive. Emailed customer service and they said it was out of stock (it didn't today this on the website) and that they'd have it to me ASAP. When it finally arrived after months, it was the wrong one. The eyeshadow itself was chalky and barely pigmented at all. Customer service said they'd send me the right one, and after over a year they never did after emailing again and again during this period. Never received the right pallette and probably never will.

I love marbles and that's the reason I was searching for a Marble Brush Set with really good quality. I am glad that I ordered it from My Makeup Brush Set. The Marble Brush Set not only looks very classy and elegant but it is also one of the finest quality brushes I have ever used. The brushes are so soft, I just love their quality and grip. I loved my brush set so much that I have also ordered their Classic Oval Brush set now.

I ordered a brush set on December 12th, package never came. I called USPS and they said they received the box but there was NOTHING in it. I contacted the company and they REFUSE to give me a refund because they claim they need my address again to send out a new shipment and since I didn't receive the shipment they can't refund me. I told them I do not want the brushes and to give me me refund. It makes NO sense. They have a fake number posted on their website to call and they take DAYS to email you back and it's always the same answer. Disgusting company.

Ordered on June 27th. Received tracking number July 2. It is now August 21 and still no items! Every time I email I get the same standard response. The tracking number reflects the label was printed but NOT shipped yet. The phone number on their site is not in service. SIMPLE solution- call FBI FRAUD UNIT and make a complaint. THEN call OIG (Office of Inspector General) and make a complaint. Then provide them the bank info so someone can trace where your payment went. The person that is taking this money fraudulently will be FOUND.

I ordered a curling iron/straightner in one, I was provided with several "confirmation" emails and a "tracking number" I've yet to receive my curling iron. I contacted them, they told me they can't do anything about since the post office was in possession of it. Finally today I called the post office and gave them the tracking number I was provided, and guess what?! They never received ANYTHING to ship. This company is a SCAM! They STEAL your hard earned money!

I ordered for my make up brush set a few weeks ago. I received numerous emails confirming that my order had been shipped and delivered. I receive the email that my package had been delivered this Saturday before a long weekend, therefore I decided to wait a few days after I did not see the package in my mail to see if by any chance it had been delayed. Once I contacted my make up brush that I was told that I needed to contact the USPS, I followed all of the steps that were requested and I am continuously given the runaround. I was beyond excited for my order that I placed and I have been sincerely disappointed with the service I have received an indemnifying issue.

These are really cool and blend the product really well. I don't have to worry about storing them the brushes come with this really nice box. Overall it is a product worth your money!

They suck. Order never delivered and no response from them when I emailed about it. Will never do business with them again.
