Have been waiting 3 months for a refund. I was charged $40, a few hours went by and they said they wanted an they wanted an additional payment of 400! I told them no thank you and never received a paper or refund. I've spoke with customer service countless times with the excuse being wait 24 hours for a refund to process or we're sorry for unforeseen circumstances would you like a paper written. Bottom line... Do not use this service.

If you are looking to get help with homework, DO NOT USE this site. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They never follow your instructions and on top of that when you ask for revisions, they always have an excuse and charge you extra to revise. When you make payments for the revision, the work is never completely revised. They just add an extra sentence or two to the previous work that was given. The customer agents are also HORRIBLE. They are always trying to make you pay more money for no reason. When you give them instructions to follow, their favorite line is NOTED but really and truly, it is never noted as the work comes back incorrect. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE! I am so disgusted with this service; I didn't even want to rate them with a 1 star because they do not deserve it.
