Wonderful customer service. Called them twice in one night and both people I spoke to were lovely and friendly. Had a brief but helpful conversation with both. It was really refreshing to speak with a real person, not a scripted automaton. It is also really useful that their customer service is 24hr as I tend do a lot of genealogy work in the late hours.

Way to Go Heritage

I was very pleased with my interaction with Heritage. I was calling to offer a suggestion for their program and learned that they already had that option in the program. I was just unaware of how to use it. The employee was very helpful and kind, I learned something and the program suits me so much better now. Thanks for your help.

Sehr gute telefonische Hilfe durch "Lidija", weil ich meinen Stammbaum "verloren" hatte.
Vielen Dank, ich wußte bis heute nicht das die Firma so gut ist, hatte immer gedacht die ist nur Geldgierig. Klar will jeder Geld verdiene, das ist richtig. Aber heute habe ich die andere Seite kennengelernt. Dankeschön!

Ich kann leider nicht gut Englisch. Wegen einer Umstellung meines Accounts für meinen Stammbaum bei MyHeritage, den ich wegen eines Hackerangriffs auf meinen ursprünglichen Account machen musste, hatte ich plötzlich Probleme, mich in meinen durch 2-Faktor Identifizierung geschützten Login in meinen Stammbaum einzuloggen. Ich musste relativ lange auf den telefonischenb Kontakt warten, insbesondere weil mein iPhone beim ersten Kontaktversuch nicht richtig funktionierte. Als ich dann mit dem Telefon den Kontakt herstellen konnte, wurde mir sehr schnell und ohne Probleme geholfen und ich bin dankbar, dass es dann so gut geklappt hat.

Joining my Heritage has made it possible for me to learn a lot about my family. I mean both immediate relatives and distant family members. It is enough to say that now I can boast nine generations of direct relatives with the oldest known to date being born in 1691. It was achieved without leaving my apartment. I just used prompts coming from MyHeritage.
I have also found priceless facts about my grandma, namely her boat trip to the USA in 1926.
So, I am a very happy customer.
There are some minor glitches with syncing my family tree created in the Family Tree Builder software with my family tree website. There some issues with the interface which I would not like to be there.
But, these are really minor things compared to the advantages coming from the full membership of the MyHeritage service.

I wanted to learn more about relatives. BUT, if you do not subscribe to MONTHLY charges you will learn NOTHING about putative relatives other than their name. Not even the state where they live.

Exceptional Service

When I clicked the Help button, at 11.30pm, and saw assistance was available 24/7, I was skeptical anyone would answer at that hour and worried they wouldn't be able to restore my lost data. I was wrong on both counts. Dinko answered, established it was a problem with my computer and stayed on the line until I fixed it. In a world where everything is automated I was so grateful for this exceptional personal service and the fast, efficient resolution of my problem. Thank you.
