I ordered cake and toblerone chocolates last week, but to my disappointment they delivered some cheap chocolate. I had paid 900 rs for those cholocates. Very disappointing. Please do not order from this site. Its total hopless and the customer care is a huge hopeless case.

My Flower Gift - Fraud and Worst service
This is complain against My Flower Gift (www.myflowergift.com) company.
I ordered Rose bouquet and cake, where for 20pcs I paid more than Rs 800/-, but they have provided me normal/local roses instead of Dart Roses, started losing its strength within 3hrs.
Also mentioned to write comment on cake, which they didn't.
When I called for asking proper justification, they abused me and said, "We have many Kolkata (Calcutta, W. B.) Customers and we know how cheap these people are, and are never satisfied". Also said, "you DON'T have knowledge of anything". When I said, is this the way you talk with your customers, they said, "Yes, this is how we behave and do whatever you want". Later my wife called them up to get update on delivery, then they said, "You people don't know english... PATA NEHI KAHA KAHA SE AAJETE HAI PAGAL".
This it ordered this for my Dad's Birthday and these people took the ownership to SPOIL that. I'LL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE (www.myflowergift.com) AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

The worst customer care team
They take orders and dont bother to deliver. Worst is, their customer care team some girl I have been talking to since morning. They have not bothered to deliver at midnight, neither in the morning. No regrets no apologies and have completely refused to refund the amount.
The customer care executive, doesnt even bother to share her name, when I asked her qns she just kept quiet.
Worst website. They should be banned. I should have read the reviews. Now my money is lost, gift not delivered and these people will not even refund. They should be taken to consumer court and should be made to shut down

Totally disappointed by these people. A big BIG FRAUD site. Did not inform their inability ( if I had known it before I would have arranged something else and not rely on these stupid people). Charges are high. Charged extra 250 for midnight delivery but DID NOT DELIVER IT AT ALL in-spite of reminding many times... They DID NOT EVEN GIVE OUR MONEY BACK( we paid them 2700 rs)... Above all when you ask them, they don't reply you in a proper language, cut your call or give you lame excuses like
1. The delivery boy met with an accident
2. It was raining heavy.
Now regretting about why I dint go through previous reviews. They totally spoiled our occasion..
No match between the pictures put up on the site and what they sent!
I was so disappointed by what was sent! I had ordered something entirely different and spent about Rs1450. The basket of flowers I had selected online and what was sent had absolutely no connection. They sent something which can merely pass as flowers.
If you just want to something to be delivered then you are on the right site but if you want something beautiful to be sent then do not proceed with Myflowergift!
I had also ordered two red heart shaped balloons but they sent two ordinary yellow balloons. I had also ordered chocolate fantasy but what they sent looked very different.

I ordered dry fruit basket worth Rs. 1350 and 6 pcs of balloon worth Rs. 250.
Delivery person has said all balloons were broken and not even a single balloon was delivered including the message tag. How can it be told for something that is charged Rs. 250 for 6 pcs.
With the dry fruit basket, it was not even the basket as given in the picture in the website http://www.myflowergift.com/dry-fruit-basket.html, looked like a gift roll with so called dry fruits in it, 90% filled with rock candy, how in the world "rock candy - kalkandu" was included in dry fruits. One can spot 1 almond. Picture in the site deceived like 4 equal parts of almond, cashews, pistachios and dry grapes in a good looking basket, that too they had confirmed 1 kg. So, gr8 job delivering rock candy with few name sake dry fruits in a "gift paper!", I have the picture if you want one, I never thought this would be a cheating site with fake pictures.
Gr8 job guys cheating people, bought a gr8 disappointment for Rs. 1600.

I just curse myself that why didnt i read the reviews before ordering from this site. I had pathetic experience with them. I ordered blue orchids to be delivered to my father on father's day. They only suggested via chat and assured that it will be delivered. It was expensive but since it was very pretty i decided to order the same.
But they didnt deliver blue orchids instead sent simple flowers. I called them to complain but they didnt answer properly and disconnected. I called continously for 2-3 days but they didnt pick up. They are so unproffesional that they didnt return my call or resond to my email. Today i continously called for 5 times and finally they picked and instead of apologizing he argued that they cant gurantee to send same flowers which we order and kept on argueing instead of apologizing.
I just want this site to be banned completely. Please spread this awareness and never ever use this site

Pathetic Service. I have ordered for a cake and balloons for a B'day and mention the comments to be written on the cake. They do nothing. And to TOP IT ALL. They give you the balloons un-blown... if we raise the issue with the contact number provided in the site, they do not pick up the call and after repeated attempts if its answered, they dont have any guilt in admitting their mistake. THEY FAILED ME IN MY SECOND EXPEREIENCE
Dear Sir/madam, as you said."they failed in my second experience", it means first was good, so you have placed the second order with us. because of heat and hot climate, ballons burst on the way, so at that time we have to give unblown balloons to avoid this, secondly for the cake message, the boy was carrying 7-8 cakes, there is a possibility of cake getting exchanged with wrong message, to avoid this, we have not put message on cake, and put it on complementory card which was there on cake box, it was all to avoid the possiblity of mistakes... we have explained u the same, but all invain... please give us one more chance. We had given message card. But continuously u was saying. That you need greeting card... greeting card cost 125. We had given option for card message it doent mean that greeting card is going. Its jus a message card... how can you expect that we will give greeting card free of cost... we have explained you.
