Worst customer service and the man was very rude while answering my queries and was saying they are not accountable for any delay eve after the monies were paid, and for delivery they have started charging extra and speak like as if they are doing some charity. Pls people out there, there are many other good gift industry who care about their customers and treat them with priority even though they amazing busy. Dear Sir, we are not doing any money laundering nor we are cyber criminals, we are into service industry, where being perfect at all the point is not easy, we are trying our best to provide the best service we can, but nobody can be perfect everywhere, mistakes can happen. We have checked your order, yes, your order was for midnight delivery for Trichy, and it was not delivered, but the very next day we have delivered the same with your consent, and we have added box of chocolates as well as a compensation for your midnight charges, then why such kind of reviews...

So I placed an order for basket of 20 red roses along with the black forest cake to be delivered on Monday 25/05/15. The flower basket delivered was very different from the one shown in the picture. Also the cake received was not a black forest cake and it was of low quality and taste. I am extremely disappointed with the purchase. Also they charged 300 INR more for delivery. The postal address was clearly mentioned to the seller 72 hours ago.The staff accepted it and agreed to deliver. Later on the delivery day, they texted me on watsapp saying they cannot deliver the item and need 300 INR more. The service was so unprofessional. I had to make an extra payment because I wanted the item to be delivered exactly on my mum's birthday. When I reported about the case with the picture of item received they did not even apologise. They looked at me like a fool. PLS STAY AWAY > DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Don't go that website... nobody giving response! What they promise, they doesn't keep! And what we booked they are not deliver in exact time and date. Rude response after sometimes they wont pick calls! Totally wast of time and waste of money and big headache!.

I ordered for some flowers for midnight delivery to my friends birthday but they were not delivered even after a day, when I quired about delivery before placing the order they said it will be delivered on time but now no response from their side. I paid 1800 bucks for them for nothing, I thinking to complain about this in both cybercrime and consumer
It is a pathetic experience with this company all fraud people... I ordered on valentines day a cake and flower, it did not get delivered on that day and even phone numbers not answering... finally next day I cancelled the order still I have not received the money back... it is not small amount I paid rs1800 after 25 days also they have not started the refund... pathetic and all fraud... I am going to complaint to consumer for an if I do not get my refund back in next 8 days
The site is utter crap. They need to be stopped... misleads and cheats. A cake was ordered for my birthday from the Middle East for Rs 1,250.00 which was in the cake list. But apparently I received a cake which was worth Rs. 300 of a plain chocolate cake. When my son enquired as to why the ordered cake was not sent, oh he was in for a shock as the person he spoke to was speaking to him in utter filthy word's, I spoke to another person and to my great surprise I was told that even if I or the Prime Minister orders this is what we will get. Sadly I am not an Indian, and honestly I cant get over the fact of such an unprofessional and pathetic way I was treated..

I have never left reviews for any company before. Good or bad but these guys have made me do it for the first time.
I must say that I never ever received such poor service before. The bouquet was not even close to what I paid for and the cake was useless. The guy on the live chat told me that the order will be delivered before 11 am but it was delivered at 3pm and when I called them they hung up on me and weren't even interested for a second to listen to what I had to say. I felt absolutely cheated and will recommend people to use other websites to order and keep away from these people! Absolutely disgusted with these guys!
This site does not even deserve a single star... Pathetic service. Spoilt my whole surprise for my sister. They had sent the cake I ordered, which are not even close to what it looks in the photo and also had a spoilt taste. Complete waste of money. And then the customer representative replies back rudely instead of admitting to their faults. Why does this site even exist! Disgusting!
Ordered for a bouquet worth Rs. 3000 and got something which was not even worth Rs. 300. Called their so called useless "Customer Care" and they said what was delivered was what I had ordered. Sent them pictures to exactly show what I wanted and what I got and they continued to make lame excuses. Eventually they agreed that I was cheated and they will not return the money. Just wish I had read reviews about them before ordering.
If you want to totally waste your money then these are the right people to go to.

Its sad to hear this from you. We had checked on this issue, and we came to know that your order was for a remorte place of dharwad, and it was told to you that this area is not possiible, incase you want delivery, extra charges will be applicable, on this you got hyper and start asking our people to deliver in 30 mins... how its possible to get it delivered in 30 mins. We were only straight forward. Not rude... other companies charge 350 minium for this place, we charged you only rs 200, it was completely a loss in doing this order jus for half kg cake, but still we did, as we have taken your order, but all invain...
