Ordered a blueberry cake on the birthday occassion, the cake was so terrible and disgusting decoration. When asked, they replied

Query:-Kindly find the attached screenshot of the same, which has blueberries on top of the cake and the decoration is really beautiful in the picture.

In real the icing decoration is disgusting.

Not just this, the customer support rep Arpita is really really rude and she hangs on inbetween when we are speaking.
