Order no: 100027153 I have double checked with the customer care on chat if the item will be delivered to the address and they confirmed that the order will be delivered by 6pm. I have paid for the item and called them later since the order was not delivered and they were rude and hung up on me. When I try to call them the phones are not reachable or switched off. Now can some one give some information on my order?

I was so mad that they cheated me and i curse myself that i did not read the review before ordering. But after reading the review i think its good that they did not deliver my order because delivering cheap things on my frnds bday would have been even worse.

Big Fraud site. My order was neither delivered nor they returned my money back... I paid 2700 rs + 250 rs extra for midnight delivery. So Stop calling their number and save ur phone bill now. Or instead use ur phone bill to call ur friends to make them aware of this dodgy site.

It's a dodgy website. Be rest assured that something very ordinary will be delivered. Will be nothing close to what you have ordered.

Same thing happened to me. I have ordered a cake and flowers for my wife's birthday. They had promised me a timely delivery and because of that I have paid the money. The item was not delivered and the function got spoiled. I called them on phone. First call was answered and then they have blocked my number. Can anyone advise me if there is a way to move a legal action on this.

Worst service and worst customer care there ate only 2 people handling this company riya and manish which are fraud steer they threatened to make problems to the receiver and asking for the product back non sense i have filed complaint against them on e commerce please make sure someone screw them

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME... Double checked before place the order, they confirmed the location then later request 400 additional saying address is far from pin code.

Hi they have very bad service I confirm from them before order can they they dliver they told me yes but after that they send me extra charge for dliver. I order from them 3 items. Which cost was 3500 but I dont know how they charge me $111 aus which 6000. And they also dliver only 2 item they should be banned from Google
