This is a scam. They sent me a cake that had blueberry jam on it istead of the blueberry cake I ordered.
On top of that the lady is estremely rude. She kept on picking my call and keeping it aside instead of talking to me.
This is how the one I ordered and received looks like.
She openly said that that this is what they do. Put attractive images and send some cheap cakes. This is their business model.
NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I wanna sue them.
I ordered a half kg cake and a teddy bear. They changed the order by themselves into 1kg cake and canceled the teddy bear because they don't have a teddy bear on handy.
After 20 days, when I called them back asking for the teddy bear, they told me about the changes they made in the order. They are reckless and did not let me know about it until I call them back. If I really need a 1kg cake, I would have ordered it instead of a small cake. Who the hell are they to change the order. All they need is money.
If they are really good at their service, they would have informed me and refunded the teddy bear money.
When they don't have access to send a half kg cake, they should not put it on the website. We are paying them a huge amount for the inappropriate services.
Please don't trust these worthless people.

I have ordered 1st time from this website and really had worse experience. I would never recommend this website to any1. Before delivery, I've asked customer service rep when my parcel would be delivered and they responded back "We cant say it's raining". When I insist to make delivery of birthday present on time then they replied back " We will try but they cant say... Before making payment they are too good and after you made payment you are just nothing for them.

Such a crap customer service I hv ever seen in my life.

Dont use this website its very poor service and lost your money.we dindt get our selected product also didt get same time, they will need money only

Disgusting service by that stupid lady who doesn't care about any 1s emotions at all. She s so cheap for money that she will do anything.

Thuk kar chaatne walo mei se hai wo ladki who picks the call on that customer care number. She has already eaten my 649 rs and she is asking for more 400rs to deliver my cake which was ordered. No other site calls and tell their customer the other day that more charges would be applicable for your home delivery, its straightaway mentioned on the website while placing an order. I do not even know whether there are any higher authorities in this cheap company, if yes then they are also interested in eating customers money. This is a curse for u girl, do whatever you want to do with my money but 10times more than that will come out from u. U llll b never happy for eating my money.

Worst experience n specially the guy I spoke to whose name is MANISH, who doesn't even know how to talk to customer regarding what exactly I want n when I asked him to send a pic of a bouquet how it Will look finally he is like have send u the pic yesterday which was quite rude as if he's doing a favour n he has send me lot of pics so how on earth am I gonna know which one, to which I said I"'ll cancel the order if u can't corporate with me... my order was for RS 5000 and started yelling at me sayin 5000 is nothing we get 200 orders everyday... I am calling from Dubai and he has no right to talk to me like that... it's upto Me to order for 5000 or 1 lakh n never knew u people talk to customers according to the price of the stuff we order! Really disappointed n when I called back saying I want to talk to the manager regarding this he himself changed his name to ABHISHEK and when I told him dont play around with me jus give the phone to the concerned person he started talking to me rudely... i was mad at him like anything so not sayin I was in my best of my behaviour, yes I was lost furiated and yelled at him for discriminating customers according to the order they make... happy that I gave him left right and centre... he also told that he is the owner of the firm and refused to give the call to manager... he also called me a phsyco! Sooo unprofessional and would like to bring up this incident to the concerned person!

I have ordered a cake at 7 pm to be delivered on the same day. I had a chat with one of the agent and asked specifically what needs to be done to be delivered on the same day. I followed the instructions then and there itself and called up for the order details within 5minutes, they told that thw order cannoe br deliveres that day. We asked to cancel the order within 15mins after placing the order but they dint want to. Because they want the money. Later the next day I again had a chat with one of their agent and all the agent gives is gyan regarding abcd. She says "we cannot teach you abcd. Contact on the phone for details and she/he teaches me what to do and what not to do" the agent was very rude. I called dup the number and some female started speaking very rude when I was speaking in low voice, I even told them that it's not about the money it's about the service. At the end all I had to tell them was they are fraudsters. I'm totally not wrong in saying this and I also see rest of them feeling the same way. So I'm not the only one who got robbed

I ordered yesterday to deliver cake, Chcolates and flowers to our niece in india. After order I saw all these bad reviews, so was almost prepared it wont get delivered. But to our shock it was delivered all fine. Flowers were good, cake was great and Ferrero Rochers too!

Place to be delivered was in Sangli, remote city, but they did it very well. Millions of thanks to them!
