BLOODY CHEATS/ THUGS

I placed an order from Australia for my family in india. Ordered arrangement of 60 roses, a strawberry cream cake, n a basket of dry fruits.
Total was over Rs. 5824. 00
What actually got delivered were 30 roses, a cake which looked like $#*! Or like someone puked over it n a small box of dry fruit.
I think these people are nothing but cheats. Absolutely disgusting n shallow. Take no pride in the service they provide.
Will never use this service again neither wud i recommend it. I hope they go thru this n realise what a f***all company they are.
F**** Bast*** n cheats...
Feel like taking that cake n shoving it in their faces or up their As****
Dont ever trust these cheap freakin D****heads.
They advertise exclusive offers n fresh beautiful flowers n cakes... MY $#*!...
Shut down ur f... business coz u all dont have any standards whatsoever...

DISGUSTING TO THE CORE!

I have never witnessed such a disgusting and horrible company ever!
I ordered it a day prior and paid extra for it to be delivered on time and they reached an 7 hour late and that was not the only thing. I ordered a Choc Truffle cake and blown up balloon and what they delivered was $#*! cake. Balloons and Card at all deliver. Please DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are just simply horrible and CHEATS!

I ordered an eggless cake (order number: *******) from the website, http://www.myflowergift.com/

The cake I ordered was listed in eggless cake category on the link http://www.myflowergift.com/online-cake-india/eggless-cakes/butterscotch-fresh-cream-cake.html

A cake which contained egg was sent so it was returned. Also, I clearly mentioned address of delivery at the time of placing the order but I was charged Rs200 extra for wrong address. I told customer care and asked for refund they refused.

We have checked your order, and its clearly showing that you have selected cake from regular category, and we have delivered the same, when receiver ask our delivery boy, that if its with egg or eggless, he said its with egg, as nowhere in your order, its mentioned to give eggless cake. Because of this receiver has not accepted the cake, and our cake goes waste, we always have both egg and eggless cake in stock. We are not getting any benefit delivering egg cake to a vegeterian people, but atleast we must be knowing that you want eggless/. As our product goes waste, refund in such case, is not possible for us, if any other query, please do let us know the same

I ordered cake for new year for my husband and paid the money. They never send me a single mail. When I come ask in support they said order cancelled due to price (they updated wrong price). Then I ask how they said u have to order again n the old cancelled. Then I said I'm not interested so how about the money, they said in 7 working days but after 20 working days still pending and not even a information. Today I when n ask the support they said have to wait couple of days I said pls improve your service by sending email, but that bloody told me u know need to wait go n check your mail we won't do anything free. What is this? Did I asking anything from her father money or his/her company money that's my money even 1 rupee also is a money. When I ask this that idiot told me they have work no time to entertain. What work is that to cheat another customer ah. Myflowefgift pls ask ur support all to polite to customer teach them to say sorry. Idiot support no brain at all. Actually I'm not angry or anything before talk to ur support. Please dont give wrong picture to other people, let us clarify the same. Half kg cake price on website is 649, due to some error, it was showing 399, and by the time you got that, and did the booking, later on we said that due to mistake, this price was showing 399, actual price on website is 649, which is the minimum selling price, so we wont be able to deliver, and we will cancel your order, you will get refund in 7-8working days. Today again, when customer came and said that refund still not made, we said it will take more couple of days, but immediately we got confirmation that its refunded. And the same was told to you, that please check the mail, you must have got mail regarding the same, the amount is now refunded. But after everything being done, you started saying that y no mail since long time etc, on this it was told, that now the amount is refunded, and we should not argue on this, as its already refunded now, and delay in any procedure can happen. We dont want to go in such conversation. Specially when the issue was resolved... please dont manuculate the words in such a worng way to spoil companys reputation. Inconvenient

I ordered a surprise for my mom. They promised me to deliver on time but it wasn't. I also paid for the delivery to be on time but it went in vain. Now that I'm trying to claim a refund for the delivery charge they are trying to ignore my emails. And although they need to apologise they send me a reply saying we couldn't keep your order ready a month before. They are rude. They also disconnected my call when I spoke to them about the refund.

We have looked into your issue, you have paid for 200 rs for fix time delivery, and your order was delivery 2 hours late, for the same you had been calling us asking for the refund. We must say, our person reach there on time, but recipient number was coming not reachable, we have sent you the mail asking alternate number, which came late to us, so our person went for another delivery, as we cant hold other orders in such cases. Once we got other number, we sent person again, and got that delivered. We have send person twice for delivery for your order, in such case, refund of 200 delivery charge not possible, please let us know if any other query

Worst experience of life. I order a cake for my wife and nut based Cadbury box and when I she got the cake it was not in proper condition and Instead of Cadbury they delievered celebrations.
When I asked about the cake they told it was bcoz of long distance to deliver they charged me for long distance

Pls check you have ordered for Cadbury celebration chocolate box n the same has been delivered. Cake delivered was in a good condition. The upper decoration of the cake was completely intact. Just because of long distance in case of fresh cream pastries the cake has left its space, its not even touching the cake box anywhere. We have charged extra for delivery and it was delivered well before time.

Guys Be very careful in dealing with these scammers they are actually cheating people i ordered a cake and teddy and a flowers all worth 8100. 00 and this was for my wife's birthday wanted make my wife feel that i am always with her and planed this occasion day and night searching for so many vendors sitting out of india and i am cursing for that day when i happened to click on their website i did not even look at the reviews at google they have only uploaded positive comments on their website and i was just another catch for them, Any ways then it was more than 24 hours since i paid and i did not find a receipt thats when i was suspicious and started and checking on them and these Guys make you feel like god before order and then omg it was like a charity and then This guy called Manish speaks to me as if he has doing a biggest favor on earth and this girl called Riya escapes off after taking an order assuring the best of all time and Finally end up with A TEDDY PROMISED 2 FEET DELIVERS 1 FEET, FLOWERS NOT FRESH, AND FINALLY A CAKE FOR A BIRTHDAY WITHOUT A NAME ON IT... And when you call them your call is blocked this is the best they can provide how ever i have referred this company to indian embassy saying they are cheating people and playing with their sentiments with and also reporting them to cyber crime...

Folks - I ordered once - it was so - so. I thought I would try again. My mistake. On the phone, I was literally called names (multiple times), threatened to hang up, went in and out of Hindi / English cursing me.

I paid in full - via PayPal. I ordered 3 days in advance. They notified me 12 hours before - that they could not delivery my more expensive cake - I had to choose a different cake, which was cheaper. When I asked for a refund on the price difference, I was told I was a begger for asking for a refund on the difference.

The abuse went on so much, that I finally agreed to whatever they wanted to deliver. I will take the loss of money. But, never order from them again.

Also - when I asked for the cake based on the pictures found on their website - the gentleman told me, the pictures are only for flavor - they NEVER deliver a cake that looks like the image. Why so many images then? What flavor is zebra cake?

This shows you they just lie to get you to pay, knowing they will NOT refund your money.

Good luck and Godspeed if your order from them. Enjoy the new model of business that they employ - abuse, abuse and more abuse of their customer!

Dear Customer,
We cannot expect anything good from your end... whatever you have told is true, but in a very wrong way, as we have heard the whole conversation, and want to highlight the same, so that are customers can know the truth. You have ordered for 2 half kg cakes, one was half kg blackforest for rs 649, and other was mango cake for rs 749. Its truth that you have ordered the same 3-4 days before for kolkata, but cakes cannot be made in advance, its a perishable product, and we have to process same day, as it gets ready on order. We are not cake manufacturer, we outsource the cakes from good brand. Because of christmas, we were told that mango cake wont be possible, you can go for any other flavour, and the same was conveyed to you, and we requested you to go for any other flavour as mango is not being possible, on this, you start forcing us to refund the amount of 1 cake and deliver only black forest, we said, in one order its not possible to refund half the amount, on this you ask us to replace mango cake with pineapple flavour, we said okay will be done, but sad to say, it does not end here, we again get a call from your side, in next 10 mins. Now your point was. Pineapple cake is costing rs 649 in your website, and i have paid rs 749 for mango cake, 100 rs more is there with you, and forcing us to refund 100 rs amount. On this, we told that we cannot make a refund of part amount from the whole order, its not possible to do this, in place of 100 rs, you take any other product for rs 200, we wont charge you extra also for that, but we cannot even explain the way you was argiung for Rs 100, atlast we said, okay, we will refund rs 100 to you, just to close the issue, but no, as soon as we said this, you start saying if you can refund 100 rs, then why cant you refund the amount for mango cake, on this we told, that we dont have partial refund system, 100 rs we will be transferring from company account showing as a part of courtsey, but this was not the end, again the voice came, that now i dont want 100, in place of 100 rs, add 3 roses to the order, and make it with black forest cake, pineapple cake, and 3 roses, we said ok, then again voice came, how much u charge for each rose, we said for 3 roses, we charge 150, we will make it in 100, and finally it was agreed. But no, it not the end. Just after 10 mins, we got a wonderful review from your end... we would say only one thing, we are in service industry, and accepting the challenge to deliver products on same day ordered by you, but we cannot be perfect at all the point, if any problem happens, we have to find the alternative to make sure that your order should not stop, and it gets delivered on given date. You have place the order prior to this also, and its was for 3 kg twin heart shape cake, and on your request, we have shared the pic of the cake also, and you like the cake too much, and so you have ordered again, this time for half kg 2 cakes, and was asking us to make as per picture, on this we say, that same as per pic in half kg wont be possible to make, it will be the same flavour with a very good quality. If any customer before placing the order ask us, we always tell the same, as exact same to same in hand made product is not possible, so please dont show things in such a wrong and negative way, and please dont misguide the people. We accept we are not perfect. But we work for our customers taking all the pain, and we know, our intention is always right.

Frauds, Cheats and Rude

I placed an ordered from England for rocher ferrero premium quality cake Rs 2,100 plus they also charged me Rs 200 to deliver it on a specified time. On arrival I requested pictures from my family and discovered wrong product delivered. I straight away called the local supplier who delivered the product. The local provider clearly informed that the website requested cheaper cake as it was not possible for it to prepared on time. When I called the number on it was switched off. Following day when I called they refused the exchange of the product. When I inquired from the local provider the value of the cake delivered was around Rs 900. When I finally got in touch they tried to give English lessons rather and clearly refused to exchange the product. I would suggest all to be aware of this fraudulent site and report it to consumer services regulatory authority.

I was treated very well while getting my order in place. I ordered a 1 kg heart shaped red velvet cake ( a paste of cocoa and red food coloring; add to creamed mixture. Salt, vanilla, and buttermilk together. Add the flour to the batter, alternating with the buttermilk mixture, mixing just until incorporated. Mix soda and vinegar and gently fold into cake batter - just sharing the recipe incase you guys - mt flower gift didnt know what is a red velvet cake.) assuming it would be this kind i paid Rs 2300 for it, unfortunately on delivery i realized it was a normal vanilla cake with red icing & with icing flowers which should be worth more than Rs 1000. 2nd order a beautiful brown vaze with 20 orchids - delivered normal vaze with almost dead orchids, 3rd order - since it was a bottle of champagne luckily no changes, 4th order - bunch of 8 heart shaped balloons - delivered unblown - on checking as to why - customer service replies " it must have bursted on the way so we delivered them unblown for the person who was to get a surprise to sit & blow them by himself & get surprised also by himself. Extra charges paid for delivery at midnight unfortunately delivery was done at 10:30 pm
Seriously i have been ordering for gifts online very often by unfortunately i trusted the wrong site this time. I have never had a problem as such.
If there was a problem or an issue with the products to be delivered the sites normally call n inform the person paying for it. But this time unfortunately nothing they just delivered whatever they felt like.
Please understand one thing we order online trusting you guys can help us make an occasion special while we are at distance.
However i guess i chose the wrong people to do so.

You have ordered for a red velvet cake n we have asked our bakery to prepare red velvet cake only
The same cake is being delivered almost everyday to our customers n we are not getting a single complain for the same. Definately we will give your red velvet cake recipe to our bakers so that he can also check where the difference is.
We have mentioned to you that glass vase will be sent instead of brown vase and also agreed to the same. You have sent the image the orchids are very fresh n no way the flowers are dead or drooping down. Kindly recheck the same.
Your order was for midnight delivery you have sent mails from 9:30 pm asking to change the address, we diverted the boy to different address, then again after 30 mins one more mail, that receiver is at the hotel please delivered at the hotel address- again we have to take back the items from that delivery boy n given to another delivery boy. One address is north delhi, the other address is south delhi. In this way again n again if u change the address specially at night time just 2 hours before delivery, how can expect us to deliver at specific timing. For your change of address we cannot delay other orders. Change of address is possible only when intimated during a certain time frame. Still we tried to accomodate you, and for this we had received such a nice review rather than a small thanks.

Teddy which delivered was different than what I ordered. It was low quality and small size. I ordered 12 inch teddy The delivered item was 6inch.and also it is very low quality one. Customer support very pathetic. Better not pay before. Dobf trust them even they may not delivered at all.the response was not ensuring.

Very bad experience

It was delivered on time. But the cake was rubbish in taste. And it seems they have not kept the cake in fridge for long, and spent lot time in transportation, which had melt the cake. Also the one they show in their website is totally different that what we got. Cheating with fake images.

I placed an order on 30 Aug for my father's bday on 31 Aug. My order was accepted and i was expecting the delivery, but when i did not get any info regarding same i called up customer care to inquire and was informed that they will call me back with details, when i did not get any call fir an hour i called back and this time they told me they cannot deliver to the address i gave and refused to refund money in my account ang hung up call on me. When i called back they disonnected my call.
No intimation about order till i inquired.
More than money its about my Father's bday which got ruined because of these ppl
Dont ever use this site for any kind of service.

Dear Customer, if you are writing the review, then please write genuine and correct thing... its true we told delivery not possible for this place, as you have placed order for pipariya which is not mentioned in our delivery location, nor you have asked us for the same before placing the order. It is a village and remote location, and the same we have told you over the phone, so please dont say that we have disconnected the call... we have explained you everything over the phone. And on your approval for the same, we have issued you a credit note for the future utilization of the amount, for any other place in india which comes under our delivery location, on this you asked wether its possible in pune, we said yes, we can, and for the same we had mailed you credit note which you can use in future anytime during periond of 1 year... then why such kind of wrong review, when everything has been explained in a very proper and decent way? You are our customer, and you have a right to write about us if we are wrong anywhere, we will definately solve the matter, but in this case, we are not wrong, and we have already fixed the issue for you the best we can, please revert back to us if any other help needed..

I highly disappointed with this pathetic service few days back i have placed an order for my girl birthday is on 26-08-2016 and i have been cleared all the charges for cake and flowers including extra deliver charges...

When the delivery guy reached to my girl home he delivered just cake that too which i order black forest cake instead of it some other cake he deliver with some chocolates and he did not given any flowers.

When i asked people to where is my order of 12 red roses they were not responding and putting number in switch off, i was thinking to surprise my girl first time by giving some flowers this guys made me fool by by not proving flowers only at the time of delivery its almost 3 day no body responding to my email.

Seeing your review, we can only say that Free platform Site jabber is a superb tool to spoil the reputation of a company in such a easy way... your order was for kothadugem in khammam district, for which you have placed order for 12 red roses and a black forest cake, this is a very very remote location, where providing same day service is always challenging... we want to make the customers, so we have accepted the order for this place, and we
Always try to provide the best service we can... flowers cannot be stocked, it always depends on day to day avaibility, in your case flowers has not arrived on given date, so it was replaced with box of chocolates, which was already told to you over the mail before delivery. We request you, please dont misguide people by manuculating the whole story in a very wrong way. For the cake, we have checked, it was black forest only, topping will always vary from city to city and shop to shop... but quality will be good... you should have atleast mentioned the quality of cake before raising the finger like this. Horrible customer service, rudest ever I have felt in ny entire life, "we have attitude for people like you", "go learn some English", "you deliberately putting unnecessary pressure", are few of the phrases used just because I requested them to deliver in a specific time... Its really sad to see such review... i have checked the whole issue with our chat executive... while proceeding. 3 options are shown to select, one is daytime delivery, which is free shipping, which means anytime during the day, second is fix time delivery, which was showing 200, which means we will deliver it as per your timing and 3rd is midnight delivery which is 250, which is delivered at midnight... at the time of proceeding, you are selecting free shipping, and placing the order... after placing the order, you are asking our agent to deliver it before 12 noon, when they are explaining you the procedure, you are using word like nonsense. We also told you... you can pay for fix time charges, we will do the same, but you was not willing to pay for specific timing and forcing us to delivery free of cost as per your timing, when we deny doing this, you are putting such kind of reviews. We are really sorry, but we have to follow the procedure of the company...

An absolute SCAM. The absolute worst service that can even exist. Thank you for ruining my planned surprise. I paid EXTRA for midnight delivery and they delivered at 8PM- should I have specified that midnight means 12AM?

I had placed an order for two cakes, both 1/2 kg. Some lady (who switches off her phone every time) told me that they have only 1 kg for each and they would not charge extra for the amount increase, which was nice... IF it was actually true. Not only did the recipient receive it earlier than her birthday, she only received ONE cake. HOW do you send ONE cake when I ordered two, and the lady was giving me a bigger size just 30 minutes before?

The most irresponsible company I have seen and terrible customer service- the only number given turns out to be switched off right after it gets delivered too early. Absolute fraud. Giving one star is even too generous- will call for a refund tomorrow. Oh, they probably won't even pickup anyways.

Its really sad seeing such kind of reviews... please dont misguide people... your order was for jagdalpur. Which is completely a remote location. At the time of placing order. It was told to you to book it fast otherwise midnight wont be possible as you want midnight on same day that also in 4-5 hours. In place like jagdalpur... but you delayed in placing the order. But still we tried our best to get it done for you... we have told you over the phone also... its delayed a lot. We dont think midnight will be possible. Will see. What the best can be done... and we did as per our commitment... now for the cake. You have booked 2 half kg cakes... and we told you half kg cake is not available... instead of 2 half kg cake... we can deliver 1kg cake... we have never told you that we will deliver 2 pcs of 1 kg cake each... please dont expect such kind of wrong benefits. And dont use such kind of words to misguide people... we were expecting a big thanks from your side for delivering in village area like jagdalpur which 99 percent companies cant do... even majority of people wont have heard the name of this place also... but all invain...
