The product they deliver is complete different from what they show on the website. Very Professional till you place the order, once the payment is done everyone disappears and you cannot even track your order whatsoever. Order flowers with Vase but they delivered only some nonsense looking bunch of flowers without even the Vase. No delivery notice, on contacting Customer Support no reply from their staff Riya and Manish. Seems like online scam company. Pathetic work ethics and after sales service. If you feel ashamed than atleast reply the numbers of emails I have sent your company with the pictures of the product received.

Worst experience, Dont ever try to book here if your from Banglore. First they dont have sufficient employees. Then the available persons dont know any other language except hindi and no knowledge of routes. Even if we call to the number *******619 and ask them, they answer without responsibility. Due to these issues with the delivery person missed midnight delivery and they didnt return money instead asked me to pay more to attempt re-delivery, did the same. Now comes the worst part. Now again the same person delivered the cake with additional which all we asked, But the cake was not freezed from night. It was stinky. Bad odor and not edible anymore. Lost whole money even didnt satisfy my loved one with the surprise. I wont get the same day to surprise them again. I feel if i myself bought and carried the cake it would have been great.

Worstest service ever, please don't ever order anything from their website they show something else and deliver something else, i had ordered from Dubai paying midnight charges to deliver exactly at 12 they deivered at 11 and that too a different cake thn what i had ordered with no message on it, when i contacted them instead of apologizing they were talking very arrogantly saying that we didnt comitted a crime by not sending the right cake without message, worstest ever, will never ever recommend anyone

This site dont deserve even a 1 star,... from dubai to india i ordered 30 roses, one teddey bear and chochlts of rs 2750 INR apprx.on 8th may. This to be delvr on 10th may. Still its not delever to the perticular location. I called and confirmed before the booking the order about the location is listed or not. They said they can deliver on the time. After 10th may again i called them but they started making stories that vendor is not available coz of the death of his family member which is not acceptable. Simply dont order from this site.

If I could have given a rating I would have given rating in minus -. These people are fraud. There is this lady her name is Kavita or Arpita if that's her real name. I carries negative attitude and is extremely rude. She talks to people as if she owns them and she is doing a favour answering their calls. I should be kicked out from her job as she is not delivering millions smiles she is delivereing fake commitments. I placed an order yesterday for my mother which was supposed to get delivered in Agra. But she did not deliver it. My order number is *******. Infact she told me to $#*! OFF I was amazed by the kind of customer service they provide. And cheat people and not refund their money. Superb hats off to such fraudsters. I'm anyway doing an official complaint against them. These companies should not be enterained as they don't make ur day they spoil it.

It is my sincer request if u love ur family etc kindly don't place order with them. They will spoil every occasion. GURANTEED!

The staff has no customer service skills. They hang up on customers. They argue back and have no ethics. If u want to make somebody's day special never order at my flower gift. Com. They can make the day the most horrible one. Please never order from this company. They are fake they switch off their phones and they yell at you. No wonder people have given 176 bad reviews about the company. My bad should have read the review before ordering. They don't even apologise

Initially i was very impressed by the feedback about the website and I ordered the cake online. But unfortunately I have received the cake in very bad state and completely disfigured and unprofessionally made. Which is not acceptable at all. Very disappointed with the service and delivery. The price which I paid is not worth for this products quality. If I would know this in advance I would have place my order elsewhere. This product ruined my day and happiness. I will not recommend any one in Dubai in our group of company or my friends about this website and group.

We aare really sorry to hear this, yes we agree that your order was not delivered on given date. You have placed the order for valanchery, kerela, which is a very remote and outsskirt location, and person was travelling from other place, unfortunately, while travelling, a small incident took place, and all the things got damaged, were not in condition to deliver, our whole products goes waste, and we are feeling very bad, that we were not able to make your day. As per the norms of company, when any order is attempted, and any such problem happens while travelling, in such cases either we can deliver next day, or we can issue credit note for the same to be used in future during the period of 1 year, as we deal is perishable products, and things are of no use for us if it gets damaged while travelling a long distance, so refund is not possible, but if you let us know, we can either redeliver the same or we can issue you the credit note for the same... we re really sorry for the inconvenience, please do let us know or call us at 09886722619

We are sorry to hear this... but we are seeing that this order was placed 2 years back, and we are seeing that it was successfully delivered. Incase if there was any issue with delivery, you should have called us or mail us at info@myflowergift.com.but there is no mail from your end. And if you are complaining after 2 years, we are not in position to fix the same. As pod cant be kept for 2 years..

I order flower bucket - they delivered simple flower bouque
I ordered 1 kg pastree - they delivered 1/2 kg ayyengar bakery cake
I ordered temptations- they delivered silk with 50 rupees worth

First of all, it was 1 pound cake in your order, not 1 kg, kindly check the same, 1 pound means half kg, not 1 kg. secondly, your order was for a place like tanuku, which is a very remote location of india, and the best flower arrangement which can be delivered there, was delivered, for temptation, you have called us, and we told you, because it was not available, so in place of 3 temptations, we have delivered 4 dairy milk silk of equivalent cost... as on same day deliveries, we dont have any option left, we cant hold the order for chocolates, so in such case we have to replace it with other product of same order value... if any other query, please do let us know

I was order (order#*******) a photo cake worth of Rs. 2450/-(cake 1850+delivery fee 200+ fix time deliver fee 400). Before place the order i was called them and informed about the area detail and all they agreed they can deliver, so through online i made payment. Then i try inform them for the payment detail and delivery time, they start sought me. There is one person name called Amith (he dont have sense to speak to customer). Very rude talking, i request to cancel the order they are not accepting.at the last agree to deliver when they want. Since next day afternoon they never delivered i ask them, then they started new story we cant deliver the photo cake, instead of that same value cake we are delivering i said ok.at the last we received a cake from one small shop located near to my house. I ask the person how much its cost, he replied only 650/-. I paid extra 1800/- like beg to Manish, Amith and whole cheating group of Myflower gift. Please block this website.

We are really sorry to hear this, first of all, you have placed order for photo cake for a place called PULIYANGUDI, in tamil nadu. Before placing the order, you have never asked us, that if it will be possible to deliver photo cake there, you called us, and ask that if delivery of cake possible in this place, we said yes, its possible, delivery charge will be rs 400 for this location. And you placed the order for a photo cake. We tried our level best to arrange the same for you, but there were no cake shops making photo cake, as its a village area. So we had informed you the same, and replace the same with chocolate truffle for the same value. Now i would again like to clear, that you have paid 1850 for cake +400 for delivery in this remote location, and also we have compensated the extra amount by adding chocolates along with the cake, which is no where mentioned by you. After getting job done, if you are taking out the cost of the cake, saying its 650 for cake, and we are charging 1850, would like to say, that chocolates were also there in that,, please add the cost of that also, so that people can know the correct value, and at last, i must say that we are charging for providing service, to get your job done on given date and time, its not easy to arrange the same, its always challenging. Each and every customers knows the price of cake, all websites are charging the same for cake, we will keep our margine for selling the same, its not possible to work for any one without margine. Its really sad to see such reviews after getting job done. Its not easy to provide service in such kind of remote location. We are sending person from other place, to get it delivered... so please, dont count the delivery charges... as we dont make 1 rs also in that, its just for getting your job done. Worst website I have ever seen... I have ordered some thing I have received something... Please don't put 100% satisfactory in this site. I ordered blueberry 1 kg along with balloons and flower bouque for this I paid 1400. But I receive. Half kg vennila flavour not even get the bouquet. Do you think I am mad to buy 200 rs worth cake for 1400 rs... I have all the proof with me need to ban this website... Instead of cheating ppls like this better go and sit in front of the temple... i even felt Baad of giving rating 1 it should be -1.

Not deliver my order yet

My Order # ******* i make the order on 7th feb and delivery on 13th and make the full payment. Thk god still not deliver. Whn i enquire they said have to pay extra for delivery. 13th onwards ask them to snd invoice no reply today 23rd reply me make payment. Still no invoice. I hope they will deliver it on nxt year feb13. Fk of. No reply for order cancelation.
Remove free shipping from ur site if u cant do that (pppp)

Our order was for mamiyoor (place) guruvayoor (post, kerala, 680101, in f its proper city like trivandrum, calicut, kottayam,, kochi. We would have delivered it free of cost for you. But for such kind of places, people are travelling from other place, so delivery charges we have to ask, it was 3 hour journey from our shop... and only bus fare was coming 400 to travel the distance. And we are seeing the records, it was successfully delivered later once delivery charges were paid, so why such reviews after getting it delivered?
