This is a fraud site. I made the mistake of ordering before checking the reviews. I ordered a gift to be delivered today, but it was not received. No reply to calls. Very rude response. They ask you to do whatever. PLEASE NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PARTY!

Worst never ever use it

They fetch my money and didn't deliver to destination.
When now after spoiling my day they issue the credit note and not returning money
That girl on customer care has no sense how to deal with people and cut the line in between.
Please do not support their business.
I am still struggling for my hard earned money back.

These guys are cheaters. Don't order from this website. They took my order and never delivered it. It was a cake worth Rs. 3000. They made random excuses and then never returned my money.

The owner even called me and threatened me not to go to consumer court. These guys are just pathetic. They don't care about the customers and are just interested in eating away our money.

Worst experience ever!

I ordered cake for my moms birthday and it didnt reach on time. I called the customer care and they were telling me to pay extra cash and also nobody is willing to deliver to palakkad it seems. But in the website they clearly mentioned that they can deliver. Really unsatisfied.The next day i asked them for refund.and now they are telling i will get my money back with in 30 days. I am struggling..

I order from MyFlowerGift for my husband's first birthday after our marriage and paid extra for fixed time delivery. They haven't delivered and now I am struggling to get my money back. They are giving credit points to me which I have to use before 6 months. That means you have to spoil one more occasion. Worst website!

Cheaters pathetic service

I ordered two gift teams from them today. While placing the order i had checked with their customer care people and checked with them whether they are going to deliver product today and they said "yes".
Now when i placed that order and I got a confirmation mail from them they called me and said they can't deliver my product and I have to replace them with flower or cake.
When I didn't agree and ask them to return my money back they said they wouldn't and dropped my call, and also behaved with me really in very bad way and with slags.
Strange part is their customer care representative said this to me [B]"Do you think we don't have any work than listening to guys and cancelling product" [/B]

I don't think any customer care will revert you that way. Now I am sending them more than 5 mails and they are not responding.My money is stuck now.

Very bad experience

I had ordered a birthday cake via http://www.myflowergift.com and they couldn't deliver it on time.The customer support was pathetic. Tried caling in Call us now - *******2619 / *******6294 but they didn't pick up nor updated with the status.
The site itself was down.

These frauds use abusive language, and are totally insensitive towards customer grievances. They promise fixed time delivery, charge extra and still can delay without any excuse. On contacting they will rudely start reading their terms and conditions and will also use abusive and cursing language. Pathetic service with Pathetic sales people.

Bloody theifs

Never order these bastards, i ordered 5 days before and checked with their customer care for delivery destination which they approved, now feeling stranded, they are not delivering and neither they are returning the amount, bloody bastards and theifs they are, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER SUCH CHOR.

Cheats and Frauds

Please never order from this website. They are highly unprofessional. They have three options on the website for delivery during day time, fixed time and midnight. While they do not specify any cut off time for delivery during day time but happily accept the order for same day delivery and when you call and check regarding the delivery one number comes switched off and the other phone guy rudely says you have to pay extra 200 to get the delivery or else it will be charged to the receiver. Why should the order go through the website if one can't deliver on the specified time. And on top of that they do not allow cancellation of orders meaning once you have paid money to them there is no chance of getting it back even if you don't get the delivery. They write 100% customer satisfaction but it is not even 10%. Please never order from this website. Charges are exorbitant and they dupe customers. Ended up paying rs. 1000 for half kg cake. Way too expensive.

I have ordered a cake and flowers 5 days prior to the day, still till the last day i haven't received any confirmation, so i called the nos. Mentioned in the site *******2619 / *******6294) and the gentleman over the phone said, it might not be possible for us to deliver, i asked them then why your website is showing it can deliver, and let it be that also, why you guys haven't informed me well in advance, so that i can make some other arrangements. That gentleman said -"look i am outside, call me after an hour or in evening. I asked him, to give me somebody else no. Who can help me, that gentleman uses slang words, in reply i got -" 1ghante baad call karna hai to karo varna mat call karo bloody hell". And he puts his phone down, then also i called the no. Twice that gentleman used to pick my call and keep my call on hold for mins and then helplessly i have to cut the phone. I have made the biggest blunder in trusting this website. If you don't want to spoil you mood and your surprises for your loved one. Never ever trust this site.
1 advice for the owner of the company to teach your people how to speak, just making a fancy website will not help you. People who represents your company, makes the business.

I placed an order for cake and flowers along with a Greeting card. Also paid extra for a cup to be printed with my selected wordings. They delivered a completely different and low quality cake and flowers. No Greeting Card and the Mug was plain. It was so embarassing to send a plain Mug when the purpose was to send the Mug with wordings as a memory. No Reply to my emails or phone calls. Disgusting Customer Service. Never place an Order through them.

A VERY PATHETIC SERVICE AND ULTRA PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHERE THE REPS PICKING UP THE PHONE DOESNT KNOW HOE TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMERS.

I ordered a cake on 3 Oct for delivery in Sirsa. I was guided by the customer support pop up to select the cake after clearly mentioning Sirsa as the delivery city. On 04 Oct at 1700 when i called up the customer care number, given on the site, the rep who picked up the phone was like in Sirsa we don't have a outlet and the delivery will be done but can't commit when. Upon asking why i was not told, he said that i didn't mention Sirsa while ordering( somebody ask that fool, that if i didn't mention Sirsa in the address then how does he know that the delivery is for Sirsa.) upon questioning him he at the end said will deliver by today but can't confirm time. After some time the Lady for whom the cake was ordered called up to enquire about the delivery, the person on phone started saying that i while ordering didn't mention Sirsa delivery and I lied ( someone ask that fool again, what will i gain by lying as i wanted to get the cake) he even dared to say to the lady that he is not her servant and cut the phone, i don't want to listen to your voice.

Now if thats how customers are treated by this service i really pity on them that how can they even think about surviving in this customer related business.

I would like to caution buyers and customers to be cautious and order from other sites as this site may land you up in spoiling your BIG DAY... BE WARE!

The cake and the bouquet are yet not delivered... still waiting...

I feel i must write a review about myflowergift.com. On 1st October 2015 we have made an order from Dubai for cake and greetings for my brother who is back in India. After making the payment we happened to go through the reviews of my flowergift.com which has literally put us on fire. For some time we felt that we also have been cheated by these people. This led us to ring up these people continuously on the date of delivery (2nd October 2015) to make sure that they will deliver it on time and nothing goes upside down as we have planned a lot for my brothers birthday.
In fact they were very cooperative and we have received the order before time. Thank you so much for the great effort made.We do apologize also for the trouble given by continuously calling your customer care. We really appreciate for what you have done for us. It really gave a huge surprise for my brother and immense pleasure to our family. Well done and keep up the good work. I should specially mention that the cake which was delivered was really tasty and fabulous as per the reviews we received from my brother and his friends from India. Though we are far away from india and order has been placed from dubai u guys did it wonderfully making my brother back in india feel special on his birthday. If any body feels that we faking this review i have attached the photographs of cake and greetings we received from myflowergift.

I had a horrible experience from this site, they promised a midnight delivery and charged Rs 250 extra for it. But the product was never delivered during the midnight and the customer care phone remained switched off throughout the night. The morning when I called they gave me the usual excuse "delivery boy met with an accident" and they would not even give me a confirmation about retuning the extra money they charged me for midnight delivery. And when I demanded a conformation about the money return the lady on at the other end was very rude and she said she has better things to do than attending my problem. She hung up on me and never attended my calls again. Never order from this site

I pray you please please do not order anything from this website.

I ordered a cake and a bunch of flowers on this website ORDER NO. ******* and paid 1200 INR. Then i received an email saying i should pay more for delivery charges and that half kg cake which i ordered is NOT possible. Then I requested them to cancel my order if its not possible but they refused to refund and in the end I neither received my order nor money.

Its not matter of money but integrity. Indians should discourage such businessmen. Please do not buy anything from here.

Horrible service ever. My Gift was never delivered to the recipient.
12 days later I found out it was never delivered(not from the company)

Even though I had checked with the people on chat about delivery options before placing the order.No one cared to inform me that they could not make the delivery. I had to make Nemours ISD calls but still no action. Lost money on calls and the gifts :(.
No money was refunded nor not even a sorry.
Unethical and Unprofessional crap company.
Avoid! Waste of Money, service and support. Riya on coustomer care is clueless and the guy on *******619 is waste of time.
