Myflowergift asked for a huge amount for the cake and red rose bouquet that looked really very nice on their website but when it got delivered it came in a pathetic condition / low quality and wrong cake and bouquet. Didn't expect this type of service. I sent them the photos of the order i made and the order i received that too without a greeting card. I asked them for compensation / complementary just a value for my money spent and for the bad experience i had, this have been offered as good will gesture to me. But now they have stopped replying to my emails, calls, whatsapp and live chat.

My collegue had ordered a boquet of red roses and Rasgulla tin for his wife to be delivered at Cochin. The delivery was received with a tin of Gulab jamun. I could be contacted on my phone prior delivery if it was not available but they did as per their choice. When called on phone the lady by the name Shilpa said item cannot be delivered as and its out of stockalso she slammed the phone. When i tried to reach her again the phone was never picked.
I placed an order, before placing confirmed if they could deliver to location and confirm they can do same day, placed order made payment. I checked later during the day as it was showing pending for delivery and they said as soon as it get delivered it will get updated. After a day later it's still showing pending to deliver and now birthday is already over. I asked on their Wassup chat (as online chat will get deleted when you close the browser)and and they didn't responded same day after a day they came back and said on since the location is in Ernakulam district, it will Rs. 400 more for delivery, their website didn't say anything and was showing free delivery for day time delivery that I chose and took payment. Fine, I don't mind paying money but what's the point of telling this 2 days after birthday. Asked the to cancel the order and refund money at this point as the people who I send gift are no longer at the location now, they are but even responding to chat. They are the biggest scammers and ridiculous customer experience that I have ever seen and experienced. The biggest mistake everybody makes is to order on their website with out checking reviews online / please don't look at their website they can control these positing. Looks like they spend money on google optimization and get customers trapped into their website showing it first in search results. STAYYYYYYY AWAYYYYYH!.
Ordered from U K to Kerala for the birthday of the new daughter in law of the family. Missed this site before ordering. Delivered on the day as requested. But not the same items. Ordered a box of chocolate, received two chocolate bars. Instead of the teddy one cheap doll. Cake not the same. Flowers. No comments. Waste of money.

I had ordered a chocolate with bunch of Rose's, chocolate and balloons for my wife's birthday and paid extra charges as their website describes midnight delivery charges, but they embarrassed me by skipping the midnight delivery by saying lame excuses, further to this next day of scheduled delivery date day send incomplete delivery without the Rose's and as it was very special occasions for me I ended up with disappointment, send mags to they helpline what's app but as like usual there is no response from their end, I dont mind paying money with this heavy prices but if they promise something they must fulfill the responsibilities. But my attempt failed and I got error message. But i was shocked couple of days later on my bank account money withdrawn 5 times from my account. They took money from my account $150 without my approval.

I ordered a birthday 1 kg heart shaped cake, bouquet of 12 red roses and a card but We the cake was not even half a kg and the bouquet itself was not all 12 roses there was only 9 at all. I paid for this service, to send flowers to my brother, on his wedding day. He did not receive it in time. 2 days later, he received a call from the local office to confirm the address. I am thoroughly disheartened because I had confirmed several times with the online chat staff that, they could deliver the item on that particular day and time. When I contacted the online chat staff, the response was pathetic!. He/She seems to be puzzled, they don't have any knowledge on what happens after taking an order/trapping a customer. Thereafter, I contacted the customer service department and got informed that, "we will look in to that". They have been looking in to this for more than 2 months now and nothing has happened yet.

I have placed an order from My Flower Gift from Kenya to India. I am extremely surprised by the service given by them according to my recent experience, on 19th April I had ordered for Lindt 70% dark chocolates, which I was assured to be delivered the same day but it didn't. It's 8 May today, I had a word with a customer care executive and she says it will be delivered in the given slot but no delivery from the team and no update as well. This is the worst experience I could have had. In this situation when people are already going through so much we want do something for our families and make them happy but companies like you disappoint us more. When you cannot deliver inform the customer that's how professional companies work. It is my worst experience and will never shop from you guys ever again. We also understand that lockdown is everywhere but then do not promise the customer that we deliver according to the slots given and then not inform the customer as well. Verryyy bad service
I give 2 order I m giving 300 rs for delivery then also they are not sending a cake on right time. Sometimes they change cake or something they give cake on next day.

Very bad service and half information passed onto the people. They charge a very high delivery charges and will not let you know until the last moment or the day of delivery. Try to contact them through chat they won't get back to you with the query regarding payment. Kindly avoid them. I wish there was negative rating instead of giving them 1 star.
Not satisfied with their service. I have placed an order to send sympathy flowers to a colleague whose father passed away. There was no tracking of the delivery but I received a confirmation from myflowergift that item was delivered. As soon as my colleague reported back to the office, he said he didn't receive anything. When I confirmed with customer service, they couldn't send a confirmation or details of person who received the item. Reply was also not professional and my emails until now have been ignored.
