Myflowergift asked for a huge amount for the cake and red rose bouquet that looked really very nice on their website but when it got delivered it came in a pathetic condition / low quality and wrong cake and bouquet. Didn't expect this type of service. I sent them the photos of the order i made and the order i received that too without a greeting card. I asked them for compensation / complementary just a value for my money spent and for the bad experience i had, this have been offered as good will gesture to me. But now they have stopped replying to my emails, calls, whatsapp and live chat.

I purchased 4 dresses online, i received the parcel and there were 2 defective dresses with poor quality for all. Now their policy to refund and return or exchange is charged. This is unaccepted that the customer has to pay for your defective items. Very cheap thought and high standard of cheating customer idea. This company is very fake. Please please do not purchase from these frauds. They dont know how to keep a customer their company is going down since you (DOD. Uae) can cheat a customer only once. A royal and happy customer is key to business success I GUESS YOU DONT WANT THAT.! I request Consumer Dept. to close down the company and their 3rd class quality item sale.
