Absolute Scammers!

I purchased a small item more than 2 months ago. I actually received an email asking me to review a product that I didn't even try because I didn't receive it yet and still haven't. I have sent various emails to try and find out what has happened and funny enough it seems to have been lost so were sending another one out. After waiting for some time and putting in another email enquiry I decided to call them but was on hold for ever and then the phone eventually hung up. I rang up again and currently still on hold!
While on hold, I decide to google the review and I wish I had checked out these before I made my purchase. I am lucky that I didn't lose as much money as others have!

They sent me 2 wrong items - one was such bad quality and the other was completely the wrong item. They sat in my kitchen for months while I tried to return them. I sent numerous emails that went no where. I called multiple times to try and get them to pick up the items that sat in my kitchen for months. They literally refused to pick up the items. They are a scam company. They don't hold stock it comes from other companies so just buy direct from the company that sells it to avoid what happened to me! They blocked me from posting on their socials and they just block everyone who tries to write bad review. If you want poor quality products or wrong items then by all means buy from mydeal.

I was forced to list the items on marketplace to recover my costs. I urge you not to buy from this company.

Pet cloud bed!

Lumpy piece of 89.00 garbage. Advertisement photos show plush round bed full of stuffing with lovely cushion insert and high secure comfy sides. Illustrations of how in arrives shows a vacuum sealed bag with a valve that you release and pull bed out with a beautiful insert cushion. This lumpy piece of under stuffed crap doesnt come with cushion and is so bad that you can't differentiate the sides from the bottom. There is so little lumpy stuffing that when my 10 kg dog gets on it he feels the hard floor beneath the lumps. There was no professional vacuum sealed bag... no, no this came in a crinkled up white garbage bag that someone had tied a knot in the top. I never write reviews let alone bad ones but this was just under $90.00, looks and is NOTHING like you advertise. It is disgraceful that you do not get what you paid for. It is just a green lumpy mess the looks like something a cow threw up. The photos of what I received verses what was advertised speak for themselves.

Buyer beware!

I would strongly advise against purchasing anything through mydeal. I have had an issue since January with a product I bought not doing what it's supposed to (it's an automatic kitty litter that does not scoop the kitty litter). I have had months of going back and forth with both the seller and mydeal themselves with constant requests for new information or different videos, without any resolution. I have asked for a new machine or a refund and they will not help me, they just keep asking me for more videos (which I send). It's now at a ridiculous point and I am out of over $400 and do not have a machine that works. Would not recommend at all.

My credit details were used for an unauthorised transaction on My Deal for $600
There was no assistance to return the money to me. They sent me emails saying the money had been returned to my bank account. I have not received the money. Not a very reputable website. Only got one star because you can't do none!

Only shipped one item and will not refund

MyDeal is no longer responding to my emails regarding my item not being shipped. They kept telling me to wait longer. I complied and eventually after weeks of waiting I requested a refund and now they are unresponsive.

Very nasty people. They keep send me the same emails containing BS and lies.

Website says "30 days return policy", now received email only 15 days. Still refuse to provide me with a return address.

They simply refuse to accept return

Diesel heater crap
July 24, 2021

Worked for 3 days then announced a glow plug error. No way to contact them to get my refund. I don't even want to give them 1 star. You need to have a negative rating for this mob.
I will report both MyDeal.com and Edison Direct to the ACCC.

As I can see from other reviews, this company is not worthy of a decent review.
I had problems with a code uploading at payment. My purchase was approx $100, the discount code did not attach.
After emailing many times I had correspondence from Kathleen, well she was no help at all.
Allowed me another $10 code to be used after I spent another $100...? Is this helpful, no its a disgrace, I wished I never purchased from them!

BAD! Customer service, do not buy from "MY DEAL" can't contact or email anyone, it's all automated system where you can't reach for help.
Once you purchased a product that's it can't cancel. Money greedy company, No support whatsoever, does not deserve any Stars

It's been 3 weeks since I placed the order, but it still in transit. I understand there may be serious delay with Aust post, however, I received the other goods within one week which ordered on the same day with other online shopping websites, and they dealing with Aust post too.

BEWARE: I purchased an office chair through this site. It was delivered promptly, however no screws and assembly instructions were sent. I contacted My Deal... they don't want to know nor does the company. Comple scam in my opinion.

Worst Experience Ever

I had the worst experience. Delivered to wrong address, was charged $101 to have item returned to warehouse & MyDeals did nothing for me.
I'd rather pay more and go to a better company and one that protects their customers instead of ripping them off

No care factor very inferior products. Bought so called 1800 thread count sheets but were very very thin quality and pilled badly after 24 hours. Took photos as requested and did everything they asked for in order for a refund then was flatly refused any form of refund or replacement. It was a terribly upsetting experience. Go and have a physical shopping experience at the shops its so much more fun and trustworthy returns if anything goes wrong

I purchased a Blacklight, cost $40 plus $15 for shipping. Supposed to take a matter of days for delivery from Melbourne to Queensland. Their phone number from their message bank just gives the pathetic excuse, "Due to covid the answering service is unavailable". After much hassle chasing up my delivery, it took nearly a month to arrive. When it did arrive it did NOT work, it was electronically faulty. Tried to contact the company and a message bounced back "CASE CLOSED". Tried various methods to send emails to no avail, no response. A non-existing, disgusting service. I can not rate them low enough as I have to give them at least one star that they do not deserve. Unable to get a refund or a replacement.

Please do not ever purchase item from here. They are a collective group of cheats. Not only, did they not deliver my item worth $90, but charged me $30 for restocking, claiming the item was unclaimed, when I have been following for up for last 20 days right from the time they were supposed to deliver. Worst is they also kept sending SMS saying deliveries are delayed during COVID times.
They just played me, and now I'm left with making alternate arrangements while also loosing money.

Bought a "heated" throw. Now I know price is important but it would be nice if the product performed somewhat as expected. I have the setting at maximum level but the pathetic amount of heat given off is less than my little chihuahua gives off. A complete waste of money. I will say the customer service is fine, I was rung back in 2 minutes, and they said I can return the product at my expense. II would estimate that very few people would take this option, which is what MyDel relies on. I will never buy anything from them again..

Order didn't arrive

I bought this product for $64.87 but its been 3 months I haven't receive my order. There is no update on my tracking number. It all says shipped out. I tried to contact this company but I can't any phone number and email. When click contact us on there web no details will pop up.

I won't buy again on this comapny and don't recommend.

How Manny times does a customer have to ring or email you before you reply.
After over 7 phone calls and always being cut of after 30 mn waiting. What is wrong with you. Don't we the customer's matter after all we pay you wages and keep you going especially during COVID. For an easy fix to me problem you are willing to ignore me at the risk of bad publicity on the social media.
At this stage I am holding back hopping that you will come to the party.
