I left a review and saw that it did add a review to the 1 star section but was not visible, could not see the actual review. Two days later, the 1 star rating was removed so can't see my review only fake ones about a very bad product. I would like to see my review put back there but still they have lost my trust in the reviews that are there at the moment. I highly do not recommend using this site as this practice is unethical.
You think you're buying from MyDeal but when something goes wrong with the product they don't want to know about it and refer you back to "The Seller" who isn't MyDeal at all but some other company who you can't find on Google even if you try, except on the MyDeal site. Then you can't find any contact details for them. I bought an airer from them, the castors were such a tight fit one broke off inside the base trying to fit it, one pole was bent and another not enamelled properly and they didn't want to know.
Mattress I purchased was great quality, great price and arrived within two days :) Very happy with my purchase and will shop at MyDeal again for sure.
Bought a "heated" throw. Now I know price is important but it would be nice if the product performed somewhat as expected. I have the setting at maximum level but the pathetic amount of heat given off is less than my little chihuahua gives off. A complete waste of money. I will say the customer service is fine, I was rung back in 2 minutes, and they said I can return the product at my expense. II would estimate that very few people would take this option, which is what MyDel relies on. I will never buy anything from them again..
Do not buy from this website! It is a scam and the products are counterfeit.

I purchased a brand new "Genuine" Apple Lightening Charger, it arrived and is clearly a fake.
The serial number doesn't match the box, all the Apple security seals were removed and the box was sliced open and the cord wasn't even inside the box.
I reported this and have sent photos - The seller refuses to refund even though they have admitted tampering with the box, so I escalated the matter to My Deal, which is an option on their website.
My Deal has been nothing short of useless! They have provided no assistance, continually try to get me to pay out of my pocket to send the item back, lie that they haven't received the information they need from me when they have already confirmed receiving it, don't respond for days, try to tell you to deal directly with the seller even after escalating the matter to them and hang up when you call them.
They are just as bad as the scam sellers they allow on their site - who by the way they refuse to take down even when proven to sell. Counterfeit items.
All over their website states "Refund Guarantee" and "Quick Refunds" - don't believe any of it! It's all lies and part of their scam.
The so called "Customer Service" staff are all a joke and wouldn't know what service is.
I will be reporting them for the scammers they are.

I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner for much cheaper price than in normal shop. I read lots of bad reviews but it actually came on time. Only thing it's not the quality I expected but it's my fault. I didn't read all the reviews of the product.
They'll insist that you've changed your mind even if you say you're not satisfied. The Mydeal team is hand in glove with the sellers and rejects the customers complaint summarily. They also arbitrarily state that the item has been used although there isn't any evidence of it. The reviews are false. Most of the high ratings are from their own team. Beware of this site. They are openly defrauding customers by selling stuff that has no value in the market.
Ordered the incorrect product from these clowns and attempted to cancel it IMMEDIATELY. Days later they still sent me the wrong product which I refused delivery and sent straight back. Needless to say after a month of emails going back and forth – they lost it. NEVER SAW MY MONEY BACK. Cannot be trusted, their "refund guarantee" is a farce and they have ripped me off.

After 2 months of being accused of receiving a package I haven't received and arguing with 3 different customer service representatives, all because 2 of the packages I bought had the same tracking number. So they are blaming me, accusing me that I received a package that I didn't receive. They asked me to contact aramex about my package didn't receive, so I messaged aramex and told them I found it, not realising this would be used against me, (I agreed to receiving a package that had the IDENTICAL TRACKING NUMBER as another order that I ordered from a completely unrelated store). So, MYDEAL ARE ACCUSING ME of receiving my package (which I might add I didn't receive either packages, I had to chase the first one up as well) and they thought they would be smart in a reply with a photo that wasn't even my address)
I only have received one, they are ignoring me now, they know they are wrong, where is the APOLOGY after 2 weeks of this backwards and forwards messaging? I do not recommend MY DEAL. They also are very repetitive with answers, computer automated.
We have waited for pump for weeks but never got it because it was not dispatched so we asked to be cancelled and refunded to place another order from another provider. Did call. Email and been tolled form my deal it is being resolved, waited more than 11 days with no refund or any email but only auto email they have received our complains. After 23days with no refund or any thing to resolve this. When bye they deduced the money within 1M but to give you back your money is endless! Why not deduced after they deliver not when place the order trolley they have double standards.
Why my deal stated it was resolved but we did not get our money or the item was delivered or any reply how it is been resolved! Why ignore us! Why push us into such troubles and make us loose time and money! From 7/5/22 to 28/5/22 is 21 days!
I have purchased NEW BLAST FX 3600 PSI high pressure washer advertised for $99 (do not pay $350). This product actually performs very poor and performs with only half of advertised PSI pressure which is almost the same as city water pressure. Comparing to $15 high pressure simple extension unit no difference. I would not recommend to buy any product from Mydeal if you expect a unit with professional characteristics matching its advertisement. After all, if you complain MyDeal has a long flow chart based process which will eventually lead you to give up on your complain even after sending and sharing with them series of movies and explanations etc. There is NO customer service in MyDeal company.
I bought a coffee table and it came in a million pieces, it was super hard to assemble but even still we finally got it standing upright. Trying to move it, it's now fallen apart and theres a huge crack in the middle of the wood. I should've read the reviews on this website before buying as I feel its poor quality. I feel like I can't move it around because it's just going to fall apart. I've reached out for a refund - lets hope I get a decent outcome otherwise I'm going to be so upset for all this money and time I've just spent on it...
I searched for the product I wanted, found it, and placed the order only to find from the confirmation email that it was the wrong model. I immediately contacted MyDeal, 13 May (the same day as the order) to cancel. Ultimately, despite their advice to the contrary, Kappel (the contracted Seller) advised that Australia Post has picked up the item and it will be delivered this week. Someone within MyDeal has misrepresented the situation because Kappel has advised they have no record of My Deal asking for the order to be cancelled and for a refund processed. Called again this morning (MyDeal) and the operator advised me that as the item was already on its way I will now have to return the item AT MY EXPENSE!
I advised MyDeal that unless I receive confirmation of a full refund and that any expense associated with the return will be to MyDeal's account, I will be taking legal action, the costs of which will only add to their expenses. I will also be making a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
From other reviews, it appears there are many problems associated with this company and it is recommended that shoppers look elsewhere.
They dont tell you they ou tsource your orders and you pay individual postage rates.

The Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds sold from MyDeal are China model which is region locked to China (no Google Assistant, Alexa available), when first turned on the voice prompts are in Chinese which forces you to download the Sony Headphone app to English.
However, as it's region locked, you will still have no Google Assistant/Alexa in the app settings but will have the Tencent voice assistant instead. Even on the product label, it states it's a CN model (see 1st pic compared to 2nd pic which has a international model label).
Other retailers worldwide (except China for obvious reasons) are selling the international model instead so this MUST be specified on My Deal's product page. Otherwise it's deceiving to consumers.
In addition, severe battery drain overnight to either one of the earbud when they're turned off - NOT turned on (if put in inside the charging case the case's batter will be drained instead). This is Sony's faulty products not My Deal.
Sent a refund request to them. After 2 scripted emails asking me to turn off features & contact Sony, the request was accepted but they say a $15 return fee will be deducted from the refund. This is never stated on their return policy nor can be found on their website, despite the Clause 23 on their Refund Guarantee stating that consumers will get a full refund + they having a whole page blasting their Refund Guarantee.

I ordered a chest of drawers about 2 weeks ago, one box delivered last week still awaiting second box and emailed and called several times and been told second box has been delivered today, been home all day no delivery!
No responsibility taken for supplier's that operate from China. No information given on purchase of suppliers warranty provisions. I will never buy online again.
Answer: I simply would never use them again. Catch of the Day or Kogan are great.
