On tracking invoice says my order has been delivered. But so far haven't seen it. Can't find a phone number. I have emailed them but no answer. Hope it comes soon
Purchases goods which did get refunded with no explanation. No customer service available. Will not use this site again. I was one of the lucky ones not to lose money.
I purchased a "so called" 16MP 1080P HD Digital Video Camcorder DV Camera with 2.7 Inch LCD Screen from MyDeal. The spec said, it has 16X digital zoom (wrong 2x), Screen is unreadable at times.
Well, this product should not be sold as as anything less that a child's toy. Buy one, by all means, if you really want to disappoint some kid. I communicated with MyDeal regarding a refund, but they said it could take months because they come from China. Funny that, it only took 2 weeks to get here when I purchased it.
Still waiting for my refund, its been over a week. Getting the run around. Going to take this matter to the police. Don't trust these people as far as I could kick them
I just bought $225 worth of furniture and they have deleted my invoice, taken the money out of my account, sent no confirmation email and it's been 10 days I had to report it to the police, ACCC, my bank, Australian Cyber Security centre and scam watch! I am disgusted that this is owned by Woolworths once this goes on social media or television this website will get the justice they deserve. You WILL NOT RECEIVE an invoice just stolen money and you will be locked out of your account!
Edit to my previous review below, I finally heard back after sending multiple emails and waiting 2 months for a response, and because it is a replica of the Clarisonic brush head there is an extra step you need to do to make it work. So finally the brush rotates and it works! They needed to include this in the instructions, and also reply more promptly so that you don't think the whole thing is broken! So even though it now works, which is good, the customer service on this site is so poor and the quality questionable, so I feel that I still won't be purchasing from here again.

Purchased Clarisonic brush head and it is a knock off replica, which is fine, but it doesn't actually work. It doesn't fit into the device intended and it doesn't oscillate when you turn the device on.
Tried to email customer service for a refund and haven't heard back in a month.
More annoyingly I have tried twice to leave a product review to warn other people that it probably won't work for them also, but they won't approve and post my review. That's the most annoying thing is that other people will see the page and think it works.
I recommend not purchasing from this site.
First order, when ordering site says ex-stock 5-7 working days, disptach notice within couple of days. Order tracking 5-10 working days, then went to 10-20.
Second order, ex-stock 5-7 working days. Still not dislatched and quoting 10-14 working days.
You can ot rely on thiz mob and need to screen shot every step to deal with their inadquate Customer Service.
Won't be using them again.
Ordered the incorrect product from these clowns and attempted to cancel it IMMEDIATELY. Days later they still sent me the wrong product which I refused delivery and sent straight back. Needless to say after a month of emails going back and forth – they lost it. NEVER SAW MY MONEY BACK. Cannot be trusted, their "refund guarantee" is a farce and they have ripped me off.
Keep Chinese crap basically. When you order and read the return policy, it states that there is no problem for ‘change of mind'. I am attempting to return a product that is not as described, so it's not simply a change of mind but a big disappointment in the quality and also not being what I expected. I receive a reply to my complaint and they basically want to keep a restocking fee of approximately 25% of the fee paid. Plus you have to pay for freight on top of that. I have no issue with paying for freight but not willing to accept that I will lose 25% of the cost (approx $60). I will be taking advice from Office of Fair Trading, as this ‘restocking fee' could be illegal, especially considering that it is not mentioned on their website at all to advise their customers that they will not receive a full refund. First I have heard of this in Australia but we are dealing with an American company.

1 - In reality the "some applications" are in fact MOST APPLICATIONS COMMONLY USED TODAY and note the iOS version already installed is 9. 3. 5

Bought a mobile phone, however incorrect color sent and manufactured in Vietnam rather than Japan/Hong Kong as advertised. Have been trying to get a refund without any success. Customer service is appalling, and the CEO Sean Senvirtne has done nothing to rectify the matter. Please DO NOT BUY FROM MYDEAL.COM as you will lose the money.

Mydeal have to be the WORST online shopping site i have come across. I ordered 4 samsung galaxy s5's costing over $1500 for family at christmas. This was ordered and payed for over a week and a half ago and still says pending dispatch. Rang customer service to wait over 90 mins on hold and got hung up on. I then rang back waited another 45 mins for theyre 1 customer service person to answer to be a rude arrogant immigrant prick. This company really need to get theyre act together. This purchase was the worst experience ever,
After 3 months not only has the seller stopped responding but my deal keeps refering me back to the seller.
I still don't have a workable heater
My Deal sent me a faulty rower THAT MADE A GRINDING NOISE AND COULD BE ADJUSTEF.
I returned it back via Hunter Express and have not heard anything over 10 days ago. Sent a dozen emails to this so called Customer Help as there's no one to call. Still NO ANSWER. Have made a complaint to Consumer Affairs. The worst experience EVER!
I ordered a slab of Chinotto on 28/8/20. I received a receipt from PayPal but no acknowledgment at all from MyDeal re my order being received or dispatched. Eventually, on 11/9/20, I emailed MyDeal but received no reply. I tried phoning, only to get a recorded message saying their call centre was unattended due to COVID and that I should email them. I then emailed PayPal on 16/9/20 requesting them to look into it. Finally, on the 17th I received a text from Aus Post telling me my order was dispatched and I then received it today on the 18th. Still no direct communication from MyDeal through the whole process. Very poor communication.
They made it an absolute Nightmare to buy from them. When it was finally meant to ship, they put it on hold for verification. If you ring them they leave you on hold forever, then after 20 min the system hangs up on you and you have to start again. What a waste of my life. AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE!
