The new rewards program is terrible. Why bother even saving the codes? Who wants to even bother with "a chance to win"? I wish I could give it zero stars. It seems like this might be a good time to break the habit and switch to water!
Very disappointed in the new program, to say the least. I absolutely love Coke and have a vast collection of Coca Cola merchandise. The previous reward program was great, though the prizes were so-so. At least I was building towards a larger prize, getting free 12-packs or some other product or service. This program offers absolutely nothing to make a consumer want to return to the site and participate. Coca Cola is 'saving money' by removing actual prizes from their program and offering free services and offers from 3rd party vendors. This is the 'New Coke' of Rewards Programs.
The coke rewards program we all loved is going away. Being replaced by a total insult to our intelligence. You can win a prize of viewing a music video. Whoopee! The new program is a total joke. Pepsi i can bet you guys will be getting a lot of ex coke drinkers as customers!
The New version of MyCokeRewards is a joke. I have yet to see a real reward. Half the codes I have are not working. I guess Coke got really tired of rewarding true fans and does not give a rats fanny anymore. So sad.
I can't believe anyone would waste their time! It Sucks! Hell writing this review Is a waste of time and from the looks of It everyone Is In agreement. If they had the number 0 for the overall rating that's what I would've gave!
Nothing worthwhile about this program. When the old one was on, I would spend my points on gear and coupons--- this new program is nothing but advertising and sweepstakes. Coke-- You are not that special. Pepsi is just as good. RC is just has good. I was exclusively with you but now... well- you lost a regular customer
I hate this new rewards program. Waste of time. Who wants to spend time entering codes only to waste time by not winning the sweepstakes. What a joke. If the wanted to do away with the rewards that is what they should have done. This makes Coke look bad.
It is pointless. A waste of time entering and saving your codes for this program. You never ever win! The old program needs to come back. With the old program, you could save up and actually receive something for our efforts
Well now instead of stacking our vending machine business in major hotels with Coke we now stack 2/3 of machine with Pepsi products. Also we dropped the Pepsi prices and raised the Coke product prices. Coke does not really care but they should. Our machines will be Pepsi and other brands in the near future thanks to this stupid Rewards program that we earned and told to save our points for
I am reading tons of negative reviews about MCR and their discourteous service, but you're forgetting to click only (1) star, so you're giving them 5-star reviews. Five stars are automatically selected, which is SiteJabber's fault!
If i coulld give a negative number i would. I am so happy to here that so many other people think the new program sucks. If enough of use really stop buying Coke products it will make a difference. So let's stick together, spread the word, and drink anything but coke products. Maybe we will get lucky and Coke will wise up.
I don't think knows what a reward is. A reward is NOT a sweepstakes entry which on their website requires a code from purchased beverages. Most of their sweeps can be entered on most sweepstakes sites for free entry. So much for the value of the code. Scan your code? Sure on your cell phone where you are just permitting coke to track your every movement. No privacy there.
Coke will only change if consumers just stop buying their products like I have done. Their rewards promotion is nothing but a campaign for them to make more of your money and make you think your getting something. Wake up people, try the other beverages and forget the NO rewards from coke.
Rewards codes are worthless since your chance of winning any of their promotions are slim to none.
I would give negative stars if they were available.
There is nothing to save points for in the new site. I'n not going to enter codes when I only have a chance to win, not worth my time. No reason to buy coke over another brand if this is how the site will work in the future.
I've been able to get some really nice things from this site. I especially like that you can take your points and give to charities. As long as the points are available I will continue to use the rewards site!
The new unrewards program is very unsatisfying. Except at Christmas with the Amazon gc they offer a lot of nothing. Contacted Coke and they acted very surprised. They claim to have taken a survey of MyCokeRewards users and thus changed it to this. Just curious. How many took this survey? And if you did, is this what you asked for? Got thousands of useless points now.
If I could give no stars I would. I would make sure I bought coke products and recommend to family and friends because of the great rewards. The program now sucks and I am not as likely to buy coke products. They should have just gotten rid of the program entirely. There are no more rewards to try and save for nothing but a sweepstakes once in a while which I have no luck at that anyway so why bother. Very, Very disappointing.
Now all they have are sweepstakes, I don't want to waste all of my rewards on those. I miss being able to get something, I miss the fun of collecting the tops. I'll still keep them, but I am hoping the program will change back.
I've been using MCR since launch date, nearly 10 years. The site USE to be amazing. We could enter 10 codes a day (up to 250 points). 1,750 per week, is now 75. WTF? And this whole social media crap is terrible. Not everyone uses Facebook, Twitter and whatever else they try to push on us. All of that is just DESPERATION! Back in the day, if a person liked the site or product (coke), they could promote by free will. Now MCR types random stuff and forces you to promote (silver/gold). I'll give a site a chance for awhile longer. If no changes come soon, I'm gone! I know of a bunch of loyal members leaving.
The customer service individuals are impatient and RUDE. If your point was to drive away customers you're doing a great job, Coke. If it wasn't for my caffeine addiction I wouldn't even want your products.
I have 6 large garage bags of un used bottle tops and nothing to use them on.
This is the worse new mycoke reward I've ever seen, there's nothing of interest.
I think this is going to benefit mycoke reward the COKE Company, then its Loyal customer, that put bottle tops in for prizes on the old mycoke program.
I'm super and very disappointed. Finally! I'll throw all the tops in the garage, before I get use by this Company...
