I've used this site for a few years. It's very easy to use and gets tradesmen in touch very quickly. I've had Electricians, Carpenters, Plasterers and more. Always been pleased with service provided. All of the tradesmen on this site will want your positive feedback so they will surely do a good job.
I also like the Q&A feature, if you're a diy enthusiast & have got a question regarding jobs you're doing then you can post it on the site and tradesmen will offer free answers and advice.

I've used my builder.com three times now and see no reason OT to use them in the future. In each case I've received a variety of quotes so its wise to obtain and / or invite at least 3 firms to quote. One job had a quote of twice the the price of the firm we used.
We have found all the companies to be reliable, clean, courteous and professional.
It's a good system.

I've used my builder.com for several jobs whilst doing up a buy to let property. All the tradespeople I've used so far have been honest, fair in price, and responsive to correspondence. I normally get a fair few response from tradespeople who are keen to work, and they've always turned up on time, given a reasonable quote and been reliable if appointed. It's made life much easier, and the review feature gives you confidence in who you choose to work with. I'll be continuing to use the website from now on rather than our local forum.

After struggling using other sites to find reliable tradesman, this site came up trumps. The site was very easy to use. We had multiple jobs we needed doing so had to post our requirements separately but it was easy to do. Within hours we were given a number of tradesmen to review. Each had a profile making our selection easier. The whole process from then on was slick and the tradesmen we used were of good quality and quoted reasonable prices. We have since recommended both the site and one of the tradesman to friends and family. We will be using the site again.

Apex Construction has done great work on our property: first, Ben and Ashley built us a new chimney, and now they are working on a lovely reclaimed brick garden wall for us. We look forward to greeting Ben and his team every day that they are here, as they are a total pleasure to have around. They also are extremely neat and clean, and don't leave messes behind for others to clean up. I should add that, prior to locating them via the internet, we had never heard of them and knew none of them. And now we feel as though not only have we met great contractors, but, even better, we've met some really delightful, wonderful people! MyBuilder helped me find three excellent tradespeople for paving, driveway and wooden flooring. Three projects that were very very reasonably priced but with a first class finish. Definitely restored my faith. It was very easy to post the project I needed and I received responses very quickly.

My builder has made moving home a lot easier as the flat needed a bit of work, carpet and the like. You always get a really quick response and I've not once had a bad experience so I use the site whenever I need anything doing and the tradesman always do a fab job, in fact I would ask them back to do further improvements to the flat. This is a good way of getting big and small jobs done and it must be helpful for builders and associated trades who can organise their time better. Using reviewed builders makes it safer for everyone although you might need to check skilled people are part of their appropriate regulatory bodies too. All the people I have used have been great and the job has got done with the minimum fuss. The process is simple and straightforward. It's a good organisation.

I have used this site for the last year.
It started when I needed a quick quote and a job done fast but to a good standard.
Now I also use it for our Resident Company.

It provides a good base of different trades located around you, where ever you are, and you can check previous feedback on a tradesmen to put your mind at rest.

You also get a peace of mind that they were checked and all insured (if applicable).

I found this site very useful, and am keep coming back over and over again.

You can read reviews before you commit to a tradesman and as they know you will be posting a review it is in their best interest to do a great job.
I used KB building services and would definitely recommend. Prompt responses to e mails and messages. Job completed quickly and efficiently, tidied all areas and took all rubbish away.

I found mybuilder a good way of getting tradesman in for work. I like how you can post the job and get people who know that they can fix it replying. You can view their feedback and pictures before agreeing to get the work done so it's safer than picking someone at random.
