Alex and his team fully displayed commitment to their customer and quality of service. They are top-notch in being both professional and personable, in partnering and communicating each step of the remodeling process with me with patience and clarity. What especially stands out is Alex making himself readily available to me to answer questions I had both big and small and assuring me that my home was a priority, as well as, his team's amazing attention to detail and care to help me reach the goal of transforming my condo into a beautiful place I love to be... completing it in one month! I very much appreciated their kindness and warmth towards me from beginning to end while keeping excellent service. I am grateful to Alex and his incredible team at Anyvision Home Remodeling!

Designed and remodeled my kitchen with TB Merit. My favorite part of the process was the design phase. Hector is very creative and together we designed an open space that was both modern and functional.
Build zoom has created an easy way yo connect with potential leads and their model of not paying until you have e landed the deal is much better than any other "lead" sites. Great platform
We needed to hire a roofer. I had gone through another "list" site, but was still not feeling certain or comfortable about who to hire. I found BuildZoom and submitted the information. Over the next couple of days, they sent me several contractor referrals. We found one that we felt really comfortable hiring and the process was very seamless. BuildZoom is very proactive (unlike the other "list" site that just leaves you on your own once they send you referrals). BuildZoom actually reviews your contract and does a lot of follow-up with the customer. I will be using them for all of my projects moving forward.

I have had an issue with my account for over 2 weeks.
The phone number provided goes to voicemail.
No account managers, contact emails etc.
No way to delete your account or even a way to reach out to someone on doing so.

A lady posted a false review on their website and they do not verify or require any evidence! They will not remove after asking many times and even providing evidence myself of the false claim! Now I have to pay for an attorney to have review removed because it is tied to a Google search with my name! Worthless company if you ask me!
Hi Justin, thank you for your feedback. We built our platform to maintain a transparent contractor database where anyone can leave reviews. We noticed you’ve responded to the review in question, which is the right approach. To clarify, contractors are not required to pay to maintain a profile or manage reviews, and at no point have you been asked to pay for our services. We do not charge for posting or removing reviews. We are sorry to hear that you disagree with the review left by the property owner, however, it’s not BuildZoom’s judgement to understand what did or did not happen from a project back in 2014.
We signed a contact with BuildZoom over a year ago with the promise they could find a builder at $217 per square foot but the closest they got was $325 to $500 per square foot. When we cancel the contract the billed our credit card additional $800. So we spend $2400 to talk with 3 builders to learn we can't build our cabin.

Upon reviewing our calls and communications with you, it was definitively clear that there was never a promise of premium achieving your goal budget. In the initial call, our rep let you know a range of costs that the cost of the build could be in. When our reps speak with you about potential costs, we use our internal cost estimating tool, which considers multiple factors such as project type and budget to come up with a rough estimate on what cost could look like for any given project. BuildZoom does not host a suite of contractors that provide us the cost to build. None of the contractors are associated with BuildZoom, and we do not have any leverage in pricing for your project, as well as time frame for the project. The cost to build is heavily reliant on type of materials, land (if it is sloped vs flat), proximity to job site, and other criteria that need to be added into the total cost equation.
During our sourcing for you, we reached out to 41 contractors in the surrounding area to get preliminary estimates before moving forward with the project to ensure there was transparency with the desired scope and budget. From the ones who responded, a couple said the project was too far or out of budget, and 2 opted-in as interested. All in all, throughout the entire time we worked with you, we were transparent to you with the information we had on hand, and we continued to update you throughout the journey once our team had done research into your project specifications at greater length. BuildZoom's Premium service is helpful for property owners because it can help save money throughout the course of a project, mainly in the respect of reducing the change orders that you would typically face if you continued to go with a contractor with a low budget (This is typical from our professional experience). The value you received from your premium service was that you did find that the project is unfeasible (which is not a bad thing), and saved you the time to figure this out by other means and potentially spending much more than the $2400.
Additionally, we billed you only for what was in line with your Premium contract. The contract clearly states that you will be billed for all incomplete work. As a good faith measure and understanding that you wished to cancel your project, we provided you a 50% refund on your second invoice.
I hope that this clarifies your reservations about the Premium service.
The job was very well completed. The staff were very respectful and clean and the job was even nicer than expected
James kept me up to speed with every step of the project and I could not have had a nicer experience with Vinny Home Improvement.

I posted my job with its particular needs and within hours, I received two qualified candidates.
This is after being told by higher ups that no one in the area could accommodate the time frame and jobs. Also very impressed with follow-up! Next time we have work to be done, I'm contacting BuildZoom first!

We had a small emergency with our small (6 station) lawn sprinkler system. It was the last of the stations to go on the previous evening, and when we awoke, realized Station 6 had never Shut OFF~!~! We ended up having to shut off the main water valve in order to get the water to stop flowing. As it turns out, the sprinkler master valve had deteriorated and needed replacing. We called this business, and within an hour had a call back with over the phone diagnosis, and a scheduled repair of the next morning. They arrived as scheduled, provided the necessary repairs and further diagnosis (a 2nd valve needed attention as well), and also suggested a few items to look at for future reference. The 24 hour turn around was very much appreciated, and the professional level of expertise and customer service was exemplary. Great communication, and they "walked the walk", following through with services matching their initial suggested repairs. Highly recommended.

Royal Construction was a pleasure to work with. The project manager Yotam went above and beyond to make sure that the project was done in a timely manner and that there were no issues. The property went from having the worst lawn on the block to the best looking lawn on the block. Highly recommend using them, make sure to ask for Yotam.
