I purchased an OME BP-51 lift kit. I saw several other websites offering a different model rear coil spring with thier OME BP-51 kits than I received from Mudify which concerned me. I contacted Mudify to discuss and they were very polite and professional when explaining that the rear coil spring they sent me was the correct and best part for my application, but if I want to exchange it they would. Initially, I had difficulty believing them because my lying eyes were believing the ARB USA website. I contacted ARB USA for clarification, and they said that their website was incorrect and that the part Mudify (Salesman Eddie) had spec'ed for me was the best part and that they have discontinued the other coil spring. I contacted Mudiy to let them know I would not be exchanging the part. I have dealt with dishonest shops in the past, so, it's always refreshing when you find an honest one. I had questions of the specifications of the Old Man Emulift for Tacoma with the Nitrocharger shocks and medium load springs. I received quick answers and the rep even took the time to discuss diff drops and carrier bearing angles!

I ordered all parts needed to lift my GX470. Not all parts arrived and when I brought this to Mudify's attention they acted as if this was my fault and I had to jump through hoops before they would ship me the missing parts.

I wanted to share my experience with Mudify, as it highlights the importance of doing thorough research before making a purchase. I decided to purchase a suspension kit for my vehicle from them, but unfortunately, it did not go smoothly. The kit was shipped in three separate shipments, and during the final shipment, I realized that an item was missing.
After paying $960 for installation, I discovered that the rear springs were longer, causing my vehicle to be 2" taller in the rear. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed that the wrong part had been sent. They assured me that they would ship the correct size springs, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong set of springs for the second and third time.
I finally received the correct set of springs and have an appointment to have them installed, but I now have to pay an additional $460 to replace the rear shocks. I emailed customer service to explain the situation and requested compensation for the additional charge, but I haven't received a response yet.
My experience with Mudify has been frustrating, and I hope that sharing it will help others make informed decisions when considering purchasing from them. It's important to remember that not every company operates the same, and doing research beforehand can save a lot of time, money, and stress.

The BP-51 suspension is amazing; quality ride, built tough, looks great.
Mudify got my lift kit to me here on the Big Island, fast and less than what everyone else quoted. It was exactly what I ordered and working out great.
I ordered a OME 3" package for my FJ CRUISER and it came very quickly I call ed to find out why the front struts were delayed and was informed that they were routed for assembly (which I had requested and paid for DUH). They arrived that Sunday! Just 2 days after the rest of the order. Perfect!

I wasn't aware modify doesn't assemble their own shocks which made much shocks come in later then the rest of my stuff. Also my everything came on different days which was annoying
