The Mudify team is a breath of fresh air in a typically poor customer service industry. They went about and beyond to assist me on my order for a great deal and delivered in a timely manor. Part of my order was on a brief back order and they immediately called and texted me to inform what was going on and how to proceed. I had no problem waiting and they took excellent care of making it right! Would 100% buy again.

I accidentally had my kit delivered to the wrong address and wanted to correct it quickly. Managed to get in touch with the sales and shipping representative and they were able to get in the system and changed to the proper location. Great and quick response.

I ordered the Bilstein B8 5100 2 inch 4Runner (10-ON) Lift Kit w/ OME Springs + Front Shock Assembly for my 2021 Toyota 4Runner.The technician who assembled my front struts assembled them incorrectly, adjusting the collar for the 5100 to be in the 2" lift spot, and put OME 2884 which also provide a 2" lift. So my 2" lift became a 4" lift in the front and a 2" in the back. After paying for an alignment, then having to purchase new upper control arms, I drove it for about 1,000 miles since it is my daily driver and I needed my car. I finally did some research and discovered the front was installed incorrectly.
After 1 week of sending emails, pictures, and videos to Mudify support, the manager Eddie contacted me and stated they don't know how the assembly got messed up, but they would send me new front struts adjusted to the correct height., and I would need to send the originals back so they could use them for another customer. I was then told I would receive a partial refund on my upper control arms to pay for the next alignment I had to get since anytime you make a change to the suspension, you need an alignment. I received the front struts a few days later and was able to install them later on, shipped the originals back and provided a picture of the shipping label and tracking number.
It has been a month, and Mudify has yet to send me any sort of a refund, they stopped responding my my emails and texts, but I did get a letter in the mail from the Director of Operations, Joel Levy for 10% off my next order, which expired October 2024 - Sweet, I will definitely need to purchase a new lift for my car within the next few months...So I not only did I keep my word and send back the original struts, but I put 1,000 miles of unnecessary wear and tear on all of my other suspension components, I am out another $140 for another alignment and ~10 hours of my time for installing and uninstalling, and re-installing again. Thanks Mudify.
From beginning with the information about shipping to Europe/Austria and the confirmation that all items (springs and shocks) are labeled with the expected OME number., till the fast shipping, all worked perfect.
In case nobody in austria can sell such items, I will chosse the same way with Mudify again.

I ordered a lift kit online from Mudify. There was actually quite a few lift kits that were listed for the same price. So I chose one and added to my cart and proceeded to pay. Everything went through and even got a confirmation email. Then days later after I reach out to get a shipping status, I start getting emails stating that the price I bought it for was a glitch and the sale wouldn't be honored. I understand glitches but still believe prices listed should be honored. I actually like this company just a really bad experience.

Small company, heard really good things from other people, this was my negative-turned-positive experience. Threshold for free shipping advertised on website was not initially honored either online or on over phone. I went through with my order because the product had been discontinued by the manufacturer and was difficult to find. An email from Mudify asked for a review, so I wrote about my negative experience. The next week, the COO called me to ask about the review. I explained the same info, sent a screenshot showing the free shipping as (still) advertised on their site, and the COO refunded the shipping, honoring what was initially advertised. I really appreciated the follow up, and will definitely consider ordering from Mudify in the future.

Threshold for free shipping g as advertised on website was not honored either online or on after calling *AS NOTED ON WEBSITE BANNER*. Also, shilling price is way high.
Modify has got their stuff together. Urgency about my needs and attention to ordering and shipping details resulted in the lift I wanted when I wanted it. The "medium" is perfect ride and stance combined with 17" wheels and BFG KO2 285/70-17. I did have to remove the stock mud flaps and relocate the fender well liner in front of the front tires to eliminate all rubbing. Did I say Mudify has their stuff together?

Eddie's is awesome! I purchased a OME 3inch lift for my 4th gen 4runner a few years ago. I talked with Eddie and told him my issues with my previous lift and he had a great solution so I went with the 3inch OME with soft springs. Skip ahead to a few weeks ago, I reached out to Eddie@ Mudify for a complete lift with wheels and Tires for my 5th gen 4runner that I had just purchased. I wanted something that rode as soft as factory so he recommended going with Bilstein 6112 and 5160 out back with Rear OME soft springs. I am so glad I went this route because out of all the lifted vehicles I have owned this one is by far the best riding one. Reach out to Eddie and he with treat you right and the guy actually cares and that makes the biggest difference! Thank you Eddie and Mudify! I will be buying skid plates from you in the near future.

I have been shopping for OME suspension for my new Tundra. Looking on Mudify I found the kit I was looking for. While I did not purchase the kit yet I received a phone call from a FL number and it was Joel from Mudify. He took the time to discuss the options on the kits available for my truck. Along with providing options never once did he try and push me to buy anything. This is customer service at the highest level.
I will absolutely purchase OME kit from Mudify based off of their customer service level provided.

Eddie at Mudify is very knowledgeable and listens to what you want and what you're trying to do. I had a front shock go out due to a ARB bumper and winch and he knew exactly what I needed to fix the problem. Good folks.
