I was doubtful at first to buy from this website; however, they far exceeded my expectations. Great service; all my doubts were answered when I contacted them and my suspension BP51 came quickly and in perfect condition. Definitely recommend!
Shipping was easily the fastest I've ever seen. From ordering to shipping was no time at all. The only thing I'd change is I wish I got something saying it was a split shipment and coming from multiple location so I didn't go into a full blown panic when I got some but not all of my items at the same time
Easy ordering with thorough follow up and fast enough shipping. The only thing I would change is the shipping tracking. 1 tracking number for 5 packages made it difficult to follow all the packages over a week of receiving. Thanks
I just placed an order based on the patient and professional service rendered by Miguel at Mudify. The site itself is already simple to navigate, but Miguel took the time to answer all of my many questions thoroughly. Bear in mind that this was on several occasions, and over the course of months, not just once or twice. He represents the company very well, and I can only imagine that the rest of the crew is just as helpful.
I live in Hawaii and there were some issues with shipping. Not their fault, but the shipping carrier lost parts. Joel and Kevin have been working hard to make sure I get my parts. Always friendly and willing to work with you to resolve your issues. Thanks again!
Stuff showed up faster than the competition quoted and the entire kit was cheaper. Overall good experience, stuff was decently packed to. No crate shipping for the leaf springs but they at least wrapped up the middle and ends with plastic wrap.

I received all the items but the second box was torn to shreds. Horrible attempt at a secondary "tape job" and all of the styrofoam inside the box was mangled as heck. Both of the boxes for the springs that were inside the shipping box were ripped open and had foam everywhere.

This is the spot for all your online offroad purchases. Was looking into buying a suspension kit and came out with the complete package bundle of wheels, tires and suspension. Purchased the BP51 kit. It was significantly cheaper than other sites and they threw in front weather tech floor mats. Came in a few different shipments but got here quickly. Only had one problem where I had to track down a leaf spring, but that was FedEx's fault. Will consider Mudify again for other parts.

Awesome! Ordered the OME 2" lift kit and messaged about sipping details. Received a call from a Mudify rep to follow up and provide additional tracking. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

We looked everywhere for an OME 2-3 in Lift kit. I finally found one on Mudify. When I called to double check it was in stock it was. The customer service we received was great they made sure I was getting all the parts I needed. Not only did we receive all the parts we ordered, they were all OME and we had the kit here within 3 days! I definitely recommend using Mudify!

I ordered the 4Runner 2.5" Bilstein 5100 kit with OME upper control arms and the struts assembled. The rear shocks, rear springs and upper control arms came packaged really well. I had to contact them to find out were the struts were. Two days later I get the struts thrown in a box with a little piece of foam to protect the threads at the top hat. The top hats were missing nuts and one top hat was not seated properly so now I have to go out and get it seated.
Website and customer service on the phone was great. When boxed arrived, the boxes containing the shocks were opened and the band used to retain the shocks and end cap on the threads were off of the shock itself. I will install this weekend and I hope all the parts are there and not missing. When packaging is opened it gives the the customer the impression that either someone doesn't care in the boxing of the product or that they were sent items that were returned by another customer. Said differently, it leaves a very poor impression.
I was doing some research on Old Man Emu UCAs for my 4Runner and read a blog post that mentioned purchasing from Mudify. I decided to head to the Mudify website and place an order. The price was right and checkout was a breeze. The item shipped promptly and arrived sooner than expected which was great because I didn't want to drive my truck around too much before installing this part. Overall great experience with Mudiify and I will certainly be purchasing from them again.

We ordered a lift kit from Mudify and it shipped very quickly - however, one leaf spring got lost in transit and never arrived to us. Thaisbeth at Mudify helped to remedy the situation and provided quick and extremely helpful communication during the whole process. They were able to send us a new leaf spring which delivered quickly without issue. We're so appreciate of the wonderful support we received on our order!

Mudify was great in handling my purchase experience. Shipping on the other hand is a completely different story. Ordered my package on a Tuesday, delivery was scheduled for Saturday but didn't get the full package until the following Thursday. FedEx couldn't provide accurate shipping information or an accurate delivery date. And to top it all off, the box got to me in pretty bad shape. Don't use FedEx!
