Father looking to keep tabs on my son. Purchased it only to find out that I have to Jailbreak my sons Iphone. My mistake for not seeing the small print disclaimer on the bottom of the on the second page. Discovered my "mistake" within 30 seconds of purchasing and tried to get a refund via their 800 number. They said I would have to request the refund in writing, which I did. Two day later they responded with a surprising "NO". Luckily I used my Am Ex and disputed it the minute I got off the phone the first day.
Mspy was nice enough to offer their software to me at a 40% discount after my email to them voicing my displeasure. "no refund, but we will offer you a discount on something you will never use". What a deal!
I have received two more emails asking for payment since my Am Ex stopped the payment. Right... let me get right on that.
If they are not hiding anything (excuse the pun) then print the fact about Jailbreaking on the front page and not the bottom of the order page.
You will be charged automatically every month unless you deactivate the the auto renewal service and then you will still be charged an additional month when you deactivate it! It is not as simple to install as they suggest especially if you have a virus protection on your phone and the help team take forever to actually "help" and are pretty much useless and will only refer you to the instruction, there is no way you'll be getting a refund if you cant install the product either! Don't waste your money!
I just misclicked and accidentally deleted an important message. Thankfully, mSpy's Keylogger feature has saved me from this nightmare twice now. It allows me to retrieve deleted messages with timestamps. Definitely a useful feature to have.

This company is NOT to be trusted. I have had ongoing difficulties retrieving information on device and after 2 days (pre-purchased 12 months - STUPID ME) I informed them I would like a refund as I was unable to navigate the program. I do not wish for this program and I have never used it. They will not provide it and their customer service is completely useless. They don't directly respond to questions, everything takes forever and it is my belief that the people responding don't understand English, which is very frustrating. I am forwarding all information to the Department of Fair Trading in Australia to find out our next step.

For some reason the app wasn't updating the locations, got in touch with support, they got back to me really fast, Olivia Miller walked me through the solutions, and now it's working great. I can really appreciate speed and accuracy.
I would like to set the context first: my target phone was listed on their website as supported, i had 50GB free storage and a stable 5g wifi connection.
The app is causing lag, it does not save the conversations properly and it even mixes the message senders. After locking and unlocking whatsapp, it remained stuck and the website was saying "error contact support". After requesting a refund in less than 24 hours they rejected it saying that I have to talk to their tech support team and they will solve my problem. I have to mention that their billing team responds only once a week. This company is a scam.

I asked for a refund because it didn't work. Plus I told them to refund the other two subscriptions that I did not authroize. They want me to pay to talk to someone on the phone. When you install this app on the target phone you have to disable Google play protect well later on it sends a notification up at the top of the phone that says there is a harmful app that needs to be uniinstalled, if it's done then you wasted money and time. And there is no Way to stop Google play protect from deleting M spy app...
You will not get a refund either
They are very bad when they are selling the subscription they will be behind you and give you false information once after you buy their subscription they won't even care you and then they tell that you have agreed to the terms and conditions this is how the app works. Trust me while purchasing the app it's all the fake information they give you don't ever trust them and loose your money. After buying subscriptions getting hold of them is almost impossible. Don't waste your money as I did.
