I have bought several things from Morning Save, from from a floor scrubber to face cream! I find the prices to be reasonable on most things. There are a couple of times when I had to contact customer service. I did so through emails and they are very prompt with their replies. They work hard to solve any issues. My problems were always solved satisfactorily.
I would never recommend buying from this co. I ordered a tennis bracelet that is junk! Trying to return is like pulling teeth. Ive inquired many times for an address so I can return the bracelet all I get is questions, what's the order # there was none, my address which of course I sent with my first complaint, they want a pic of bracelet which I have done twice. They obviously do not want to refund my money. Don't trust!
I ordered a set of sheets that were supposed to come with 4 pillow cases. The package arrived quickly but only had 2 pillow cases in it. I submitted a complaint to Customer Service and got a response the same day. Their representative was very helpful and gave me a couple of options to correct the issue. I love the great deals that I've gotten with MorningSave, and knowing that they have terrific customer service makes dealing with them even better!

I ordered an item from watching the Kelly Clarkson show and paid for enhanced shipping. As of today two weeks later it has not shipped. Jordan worked with me first by giving a refund on the shipping and today assisting in cancelling as the item will not be here in time for its purpose.

Morning Save's customer service department was prompt and efficient in addressing my concerns. I received a product that had expired. After submitting proof, I received a refund. I am very happy with the resolution.

It's not clear that there's a $4.99 membership fee. Every time I ordered, there has been duplicated charge of same item. Look at your bank statement to make sure you are not being overcharged. Surprised Steve Harvey would endorse this company.

Purchased a $40 hair brush based on Steve Harvey commercial on the daily deal. (Advertised as $150 value). Found similar products from other sources for about $20. Product simply does not work as advertised. Extremely disappointed. Product arrived with NO return information. Upon further investigation I discovered a disclaimer on the morningsave website that the products are not returnable/refundable due to the deep discounts. HA! What a total crock.
BEWARE! I found this diffuser to be nothing but a Mist machine. Even after running for many hours oils that are provided are very weak in aroma. Definitely not worth it. I suggest you buy a good scented soy candle and a candle warmer if you're actually looking for aromatherapy. I would love to return it, but according to their return guidelines I doubt they will refund my money but it certainly doesn't work as advertised.
I had posted a very negative review of morningsave.com. Still don't know what happened, they say they responded to all 3 of my communication attempts but I never heard anything until after my 4th one. Finally heard from them and they had refunded my full purchase for the defective item. They said it would take up to 10 days to show up on my credit card; I trust it will. So, I feel much better about the business/website, just wish it had not taken so many tries.

Thanks unfortunately by the time my order reached my local post office most of it had already spilled out. Faulty packaging our rough ride to delivery or both? Who knows. I sent it back. I didn't get an acknowledgement of the return, a replacement or a refund until I researched the return about a month later. Speaks poorly of their return department. But once the people over at MEH.com received my email, they promptly took care of it and issued a refund.
I ordered the 12 piece Cuisinart Pro cookware set and it arrived in a box that was water damaged and taped up. All items were in new condition except for the 10" saute pan which was scratched, dirty and burnt, obviously used. It was impossible to return the entire set because of the damaged box. Megan promptly resolved my problem by issuing me a credit for the ruined pan so I could replace just the one item with a direct order from Cuisinart. I greatly appreciated the excellent resolution to my issue!

I am a first time user and I am having the worst experience. I placed an order in April and I was told I would get it by May 4th and have not seen my order yet. I have sent emails and keep getting a different response date. This was suppose to a Mother's day gift for my Mother and it looks as if this is not going to happen. I just simply want my package more than anything or my money back. I cannot get a living person to contact me and that is not good customer service especially for someone who is trying you out gir the first time!
I have had to make repeated inquiries as to the whereabouts of the products that I have ordered. Apparently, they are using Pitney Bowes shipping facilities, which has been grossly understaffed. If you don't mind waiting for a month to receive your products, then you'll like this company and it's offerings. As I told them, this is why Amazon has been so successful. Amazon gets their customers their products either the same day, next day or within a week. None of this ordering today and then receiving it in a month. As far as the quality of the merchandise, once I received it, I can honestly say that the products have been exactly as advertised, except for the Cop Cam. The video camera has never worked and the still pictures came off very blurry. But other than that, I have ordered many items from them and have been very pleased. It's just the shipping time, to receive my products, has been awful and upsetting!
Purchased an air fryer. When I received it was too heavy for me to lift. Never took it out of the box. Sent an email and Brandon responded to ask me if I used it and if it was in its original box. Answered him via email and never heard back from him. Sent two more emails and still no response. Yesterday sent an email to parent company "A Mediocre Company". Am waiting for a response from them.
