I enjoy shopping at MorningSave.com because they have great prices and customer service. Their customer service was very quick to respond to my email regarding a product which was remedied without delay. Many of my orders were gifts and I had no problems getting them in time for distribution. I recommend buyers to buy from MorningSave as I give them an A+ rating.
My items received were the wrong size so I sent them an email requesting info on return policies.
I promptly received a response from Brandon.
Brandon emailed me all pertinent information and made the whole process an enjoyable experience.

Saw it on TV and went to website and signed up. I placed an order and it stated any orders placed within the next hour would have free shipping. I found another item and tried to place the order but site displayed "Credit card declined". Thinking it had something to do with multiple charges I called the credit card company and they said the first charge went through and when I tried to place the order again I got the same error message yet my credit card company said morningsave didn't even attempt to make the charge otherwise they would have seen it. The only reason I can come up with is they want you to pay the monthly membership fee which I did not want. No phone number to contact anyone, support states they'll get back to you in 1-2 days at which time obviously the 1 hour free shipping will be void. My opinion, stay away from companies like this.

I reached out to support and they took swift and quick action and resolved my issue in record time. Thank you very much for your help!
I have ordered many, many items from MorningSave with no problems. I did, however encounter a problem with a recent order and notified MorningSave about the issue. It was taken care right away by Jackie. She understood the problem and resolved it to my satisfaction. This site is pretty awesome! Not only have I gotten some great deals but their shipping and delivery system is practically flawless. Only one issue on multiple orders and it was handled very promptly and corrected immediately. This is my new go to shopping site and everything I have ordered has been very high quality. Definitely will be a returning customer and highly recommend!

I ordered the earbuds and they would not connect to any cellphone at all. I also bought the wireless charging pads, which also did not work. When looking up their information, you will find that their is no good working #. I wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing. A lot of good offers since but I will never buy from them again, not worth the risk.

I purchased a product that had a parts failure within 60 days of purchase. The company would do nothing said the part that failed was not guaranteed by the warranty. I was beyond upset. I contacted Morning Save and Will went to work to solve the problem. I cannot say enough good things about how happy I am that they are trustworthy and value their customers satisfaction. I will not hesitate to purchase any items I need from their site. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with my order that came in damaged which I am sure was due to courier handling after it was shipped. I sent an email to Customer Service and the next day I got a reply from someone named Jackie who apologized for what happened and will send me a replacement at no charge. I have ordered several things from them and their partner site over the years. I especially appreciate MorningSave because I don't have to look every day to find that one thing on sale! Something I recently ordered was not working properly, and the manufacturer's customer service was NOT helpful. I finally gave up on the product. Chad worked with me and offered my options. Responses were quick and spot-on. I am completely satisfied.
I had an issue with an order. I sent them an email during this pandemic. The company rep Megan responded promptly and took of my needs in highly satisfied manner. No issues no concerns. I ordered 4,2-pack makeup erasers and only received 4,1-packs that costs more than the regular retail price. There's a reason they have no phone contact number and customer service assured me I received the correct item. Even though I have sent my order and pictures they refuse to correct it unless I want to pay shipping to send it back and they say a refund might happen but I don't trust that either. Rude scam artists with no accountability!

I order this watch to keep up with my BP, HR and Oxy level. The reading were so off. I sent a email to ask for a refund. They got right back to me. My money was refunded in my account in about 3 days. Very pleased :)

I ordered 3 items, never received any of my purchases, no contact from customer service. This site has great deals but what good are the deals if you put your money out and never receive the products? I put in three separate claims and no human could call me regarding my orders, I feel like this site is a scam!

I was worry about morningsave sending to home address when im at work. So i sent a email to morningsave right away with my work address. But ms reply me after they sent my package out. USPS posted delivery date and time. But it came early and no one home so USPS left it at the front door steps. If anybody know about any city, your front step is the sidewalk. When i got home there was no package on the front door steps. Next day i email the ms rep and they kindly refunded me back my money.

I have purchased several items from Morningsave and been pleased with all but the last one. It was a set of granite coated cookware. Two of the items were warped. I could not return or send a picture. After speaking with customer service she said my purchased would be refunded. I was so pleased and thankful for this. I will continue to shop at Morningsave.

A few years ago I stumbled across this website and have been checking there first before I buy anything on-line. The range of products is incredible, and the quality is always impressive. The best part though, is the customer service! Shout out to Reine, for all your help, and to Chad and everyone else that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
