I order from MorningSave often and the few times that I have had to contact customer support went very well each time, problem resolved quickly, sometimes within the hour. I highly recommend subscribing to their services.
I used this company after seeing some items from the TV show EXTRA. I thought it would be great to pick up a few things at a discount. I purchased 2 wireless headphones and cute work out leggings. The leggings didn't fit they barely covered my butt. The headphones had static in them as soon as you raised the volume.
I contacted morningsave.com, and was told sorry to returning items there is no buyers remorse. The headphones I'm to contact the company directly so they will replace them if defective. The leggings there is no contact information for the company that made them(even googled the company doesn't seem to exist)
When shopping there was no clear information about buyer's remorse, not in the body of shopping, in the shopping cart, when you signed up for morningsave.com, or before I hit purchase.
So so disappointed in this website, won't shop there again.
I had problems with an order. First I relieved the wrong item. Then, when the right item came, I could not get the battery compartment to open. Both times I received a refund without even mailing the items back. This is phenomenal...
I was wondering how the customer service was going to be when I received a blue tooth speaker that got beat to heck during shipping on my very first purchase. Luckily they were quick to replace it for me. Good service and nice speaker.
This site is the worst and customer service is ridiculous. I will never order from them again and these TV shows need to stop promoting this company they are terrible! I ordered an item that was advertised on the Doctors. It was not what was described and emailed them to ask about returning the item. Seems to be a pattern "Sorry we don't take returns, you can contact the company that makes the item for a replacement"! WHAT?!? Finally, they agreed to a return and 3 weeks later still no refund. They claim they cannot locate the package without a tracking number! Hello, I did not need one it was sent regular US MAIL!
They are idiots and just plain take advantage of customers. STAY FAR AWAY!
I like the products that I have ordered from them. I think they need a new shipping partner as that is what stops a great overall rating. The customer service response was very prompt and worked out to my satisfaction.

Since discovering this site three months ago, I have ordered about 20 or so items from them. I love their variety, and I really love their whimsy. I had a problem with one item that I purchased, and Customer Service took care of it immediately. They rock!

I purchased 2 Bamboo Comfort 1800 Series Sheet Queen sets that they claimed retailed for $109 and are available on MorningSave for $35 each. When they arrived I noticed the cheap quality and checked online for this brand at other sites. Amazon carries these sheets for $29-35. No where did I find these sheets sell for claimed retail price of $109.
I also bought a Pure Mist Diffuser with essential oils for $35 which they claim retailed for $199. Another lie! It was a cheap plastic diffuser. I went to the Pure website and found the same product for $89. And on Amazon, the same product was $29. Ok, I got what I paid for from a quality standpoint. But, I am infuriated that I got conned by false advertising.

This can result in similar comparison optics as you present. Like on Amazon, list price references are documented list prices supplied by the manufacturer.

I love ordering from MorningSave as it is so simple, they are the most discounted and most reliable seller I have purchased from. Not only is there delivery always on time, and their products exactly as represented, but their customer service is without equal. I've only had the need to contact then once or twice, but they have gone out of their way to extend most gracious and satisfying results each time. I always have something on order as I trust it will be quality and I love getting the fast deliveries of each of my orders. Totally unacceptable
I ordered one air purifier, my checkout amount was $106. Then today I received the receipt in my email and the invoice was for 2 air purifiers, with a total of $205! There is no number to call and you cannot change your order a later than an hour after your order! Lame!

I placed an order with this company and then minutes later discovered that the item I ordered had several negative reviews posted about how poorly made it was. As posted on Morningsave, I tried to cancel the order within 1 hour. I received a message back saying that the item had already shipped. No way they could of shipped that fast.
I recently bought 2 pairs ( 4 panels) of window curtains, 95", but one came 84"
I was totally disappointed and upset.
I emailed MorningSave immediately and requested for a refund.
Within a day or two, I got an email stating a refund/credit to my CC was completed and that I was to check on it within 10 days for it to go through.
Boy, was I surprised and satisfied that Morning Save acted so swiftly!

Bought a "supposedly" lightweight hair dryer... it's over 2 lbs... not lightweight, which is approx. 1.2 lbs. I can't hold it in my arthritic hands. They refuse to accept it as a return. They say some items are limited as another reason they do not accept returns. This hair dryer is still offered for sale on the website. They ignored the weight issue.
You need to search for their return policy. No wonder they hide it!

Horrible experience! There prices may be great, but you get what you pay for. Shipping is slower than a boat from China, and there customer service is pitiful. I ordered 2 drones and wanted to return because they are crap, not even worth the money they discounted them at. There's no phone number to call?! You got to be kidding! And I was told I would need to pay for return shipping and then confirm that they received it. Ed that hassle, they would likely claim they didn't receive and then I'd be out more money. Hard to believe that TV shows are promoting this loser company! You think they would do their homework before promoting them. We rely on that they do their due diligence.
