Replacing faulty item without issue!

In December I bought a pair of wireless earbuds after seeing this Anker - SoundCore Liberty2 product on a TV program I watch, it was under "steals and deals". I received in a reasonable time. Right off I fully charged per instructions in the manual it came with, and the right earbud was not holding a charge for more than 15 or so minutes. I reset and charged again overnight. Upon use it seemed to be lasting a little longer but not enough to match the suggested the possible hours they touted. Then after being told and reading that user should use L & R earbud together or the Right alone would revert to the default setting it came with, but they suggested using one earbud, I explained that in CA, as well I believe in other states, that is not allowed while riding a bicycle, you must have just one in to listen to - or driving car. I had reviewed the manual on my cell phone - to tiny print on the paper it came with. I continued to see a less than satisfactory performance and less than 90 minutes of power on play. This lack of performance time would not suffice on a long bike ride like I and many cyclists do. The right earbud by itself would just take over and not be using the setup I tried to set. I charged it up again, after more fixit steps, put it in my bike jersey back pocket, standard on a bike jersey. They dared to suggest next that I try to place it closer to my front side or maybe get a carrier that would hold it in front for better performance - to which I responded laughing at the thought of using a Camelback in front instead of my back for instance! However, even placing it in my right-side jersey pocket didn't help one iota, the earbuds just kept cutting out inconsistently - it was still very annoying, and I could not hear all the words spoken or music played. Numerous other odd issues were happening. I once again contacted the company, Anker, which had a good review on the product and why I bought it in the first place. When I explained all the problems, and more occurred since - although I even updated the firmware as suggested. Anker SoundCore help kept going back and forth with me giving lists of instructions of 'fixes' to try. I must have spent 2 hours one day testing re- testing & testing & testing & more testing, including my own tests trying to make them work properly, until the frustration of not much working as expected - till the only one I could use was the left one which seemed to be taking over from the right earbud as the main master they told me the right ear was the 'master' was how it should be! If using just one the right earbud would default back to the default settings! Well weeks of going back & forth so many times when they would not accept the email confirmation form MorningSave who was the website I purchased through as advertised on the show. They insisted there was a PO they required to prove and replace the product. This was the seller's PO I sent to them a number of times. They expected some kind of conventional system Purchase Order. What I sent is standard for websites to use, an email confirmation with all the info on it! They kept asking for something different as proof of legitimate purchase of their product.

Finally after so much frustration with SoundCore Helpdesk and lack of action to replace these Earbuds under their warranty, In comes MorningSave. To whom I explained the issues and back & forth of many, many, many emails which I sent as attachments, to MorningSave I sent showing steps taken and proof of purchase and what I had gone through to try to make it work as asked, and the timeline for this help. Also, that Anker kept not accepting what I had done and provided to them as proof of purchase etc.

In comes MorningSave as. I explained the issues and shared back and forth emails over several weeks looking for a replacement or refund, at the time I didn't care which. MorningSave would get right back to me with the answer/solution, which they did, they contacted me soon thereafter.
Lilith, the contact I had made there, soon informed me they would send a replacement pair of the Anker-SoundCore Liberty2 wireless earbuds I had bought thru their website at a great price BTW. AND at no cost to me AND no need to return the original pair I received, considered defective and should be warranted! I should receive them within 5-7 days. They showed up in my mailbox in due time, yesterday! AMAZING, GREAT service and terrific news for me!

Thanks to MorningSave for their timely response and for their helpdesk person, Lilith, I received the replacement product as expected and on time!
Now to try once again to charge and setup these Earbuds - which by the way are reviewed as a high-quality wireless EarBud product with many cool features. My Liberty2 pair are not the top-of-the-line ones, I was going to inquire of Anker to upgrade new ones with a similarly named model - Liberty Pro 2 or 4 very new, and I'd pay the difference! Didn't even get the opportunity to request this as an option!

But so far, I'm ok going to try again with the Lberty2 model as I have received replacement pair from MorningSave! Still have the defective originals.

BTW I used to be a tech Sr. System administrator and helpdesk, desktop support at my last company for some 14 years, and overall, the same job description prior to that, since about 1986. Therefore, I hope you can honestly believe and understand I knew, what and how to accomplish the troubleshooting requested and performed!

Tip for consumers:

Just give details as much as you can.
They sold a product thru their site that failed and that other company ran me around in circles and solved nothing.
MorningSave fixed it with no problem, and quickly. no return of the other product that was defective.
They sent a new product to replace it and not return on defect required!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

These product are a total rip off I; m contacting my BBB here in Mobile Alabama and the Steve Harvey Show will never oder from this company again!
