I ordered 4 body jumpers. I received two in good shape. Now I'm waitin on my other two. 1 has been shipped. Thsnks sooo much and for the very low prices. Please stay low! Lol
Hello everyone. Where do I begin. So I have a online boutique I just started I've ordered at least 3-4 times from this company. So my experiences the first time was fine. And after that went down hill I continued to order bc they have really unique cute items(even though shipping is high) so after first experience I ordered things and took awhile a good to ship out bc they didn't have my items in stock so they credited me back but the catch with that was I had to wait till I received items to get my credit back.(which makes no sense) but I aggreed. Which took like 16 days to receive. After that it just got worst. I ordered again some item I ordered were defected zippers broke so easily then they refunded me for that. I let it slide but the icing on the cake was my last order I ordered items and the pants wouldn't come up I couldn't sale these outfits if I wanted to. I sent videos, text from customers and all showing them that this out was defected they wrote me back one time then started ignoring me. No lie I can't make this up. Then I emailed from my other email and they replied. So I explain who I am and they ignored me after that. I can't beleie how they scam ppl I'm talking I'm out of $150 for something I can't sale. If I was anyone I would honestly avoid this company bc all they want is your money and if item are out of stock or defected good luck getting money back they will avoid u bc they have to know what items are defected I'm sure I'm not the only one to complain about some of the outfits. Just be aware. And if buying pay through PayPal that's your safest bet.
They sent me my order with a hole in the outfit, I emailed them and she stated "can't you sew the hole". I was like no I sent them a picture before they said I would get a replacement. Well I didn't get a replacement nor a refund. I guess its a YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR SERVICE. Moonosa you need to get your buisness in better rating.

I place an order on April 21rst.
It shipped on June1rst as they say, I have not receive it and the tracking number they provided does not give any info. I requested a refund since its been 2months and they stop communication with me. NEVER AGAIN! THATS'S WHAT YOU GET TRYING TO BARGIN SHOP...

No updates on my items I paid. Stating they barely use bank transfer as payment so maybe they shouldn't have it as a option.

The customer service was brilliant and I was able to track my package right to my door. Very good quality products once they arrived. No complaints.
