SCAM ALERT Please, please, do not order from this company, I ordered goods in excess of £100 which was not delivered. I believe it is a SCAM and I would not recommend the company to my worst enemy. Their customer service is appalling and all attempts to resolve matters are non existent, if you value your hard earned money, give this company a very, very wide berth, they are useless.
I'm asking myself what went wrong everyone using the virus excuse and I know most companies had to make changes but Moonosa went from DHL to USPS like WHY! If your gonna use them your processing time have to be fast and let store owner know tracking #. It's hard to track with USPS the order before last I had to beg for tracking info. But I went ahead a put an order for swim suits the processing time is gone and no ship out info. Oh and the shipping price has went from 100% of the wholesale price a 200 dollar order gonna cost you at least 200 or more. I'm on my 8th order up to 6th I had Yomi who returned all my questions, tracking, and availability question now I have to go threw the manager. So luckly I found a new wholesaler that so far been OK. Mooosa has the be inventory but the lack of communication and cooperation is horrible now.
I ordered 8 items on April 23rd, 2020 here it is May 26th and I still haven't received $#*! yet I can't even get in contact with nobody about my things I'm pissed tf off bad this website is the worse.
I've been placing 200 piece orders for my fashion stores for about 6 years and they have tried to cheat me so many times, in all sorts of ways. Once I paid by bank transfer and they told me I'd underpaid and when I asked for proof they made a fake bank statement but had mixed up 2 digits of my account, proving it was faked! Half the stuff on their website is never in stock and when they refund you, they always underpay you by an amount small enough that you might not bother to chase up, eg $10, and if you question them they give you a complicated calculation you might think is too hard to understand, but it's just covering up their thieving of your money. On my last order, I caught them cheating me out of money in a really obvious lie. I'm not dealing with them anymore as they try and fleece me every time, even though I'm a long term customer. If you do shop with them, check the figures closely, because they'll undoubtedly be trying to rip you off. I'm very dismayed that companies with such a dishonest culture can remain in business, and I won't support these crooks anymore.
I ordered 10items in a size small and only 3 outfits fit. Yes they have a sizing chart but i feel as if the measurements was off all the clothes were way to big. I would never Order from them again
I don't understand many of the reviews. I order from this company quite frequently. I have never received an item that disappointed me.

I ordered some items 29/11 and Moonosa got the money 4/12 through western union.
5/12 I got an email that some items wett out of stock, and I said send the package and refund me for my 29 dollars. All they can say is we ship tomorrow, TOMORROW HAVE BEEN NOW FOR $#*!ING 4 DAYS! I WANT MY PACKAGE NOW OR I WILL COME DOWN THERE MYSELF!

In responding to my previous comment the order did arrive. It looked like the picture. Suprising after some time I was responded to by email and I did get what I ordered.
