Horrible company if I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered from them and after a month I recieved the item. They charged $13 in shipping for a $12 jumpsuit. The material on the jumpsuit was garbage and it didn't even cover my breast. I asked for a refund she said I got the wrong size and to send pictures. I sent them showing it was not enough material on the jumpsuit and the pics she sent me was not the pics on the website. She basically said oh well she wasn't refunding the jumpsuit.
Website been down since the day of purchase still haven't received merchandise have no way of tracking nor do I have tracking number have them message but still no response and stuff should have been here by now.
I was missing clothes and they own me $50 they never paid me back! Horrible service and you wait for 3 mons for noting clothes are not as seen on pictures on the website.
Ordered 4 things months ago and said it was delivered when I went downstairs to check it and I got the package it was just one package. And when I looked inside it was an extra large swimsuit. For older people which I don't wear I'm a young person I was so disappointed I reach out to customer service I was talking to somebody for a couple days they told me they're going to reach out to the manager and help me. But however they never follow up with me And reach out lot time after no Ordered 4 things months ago follow up. If I was you stay far away from this website are don't buy anything and waste your time.As I showed the picture below those are not what I order there's no way that will fit me
I am going to report this company. I paid thru paypal 4 months ago & have not receive my order. I dont need proof of order. Money cleared my bank thru paypal.
First off the items took along time to come second some of the clothes have to be ordered a size bigger but they are cute items.

I ordered two 2XX pants sets and two short sets! 2 the dress look like a blouse I couldn't fit it! The price was worth it I think I picked up a little weight cus some of the short sets I can't fit so I gave them to my daughter she was real happy they look real nice on her matter fact were about to order more of the short sets! My daughter gave a five-star I gave four stars the that I ordered was a extra small and I needed 2X! Overall we satisfy going to order again thank you!

They really have to change that, half of this is possible. Shipping costs almost as much as the order amount
I loved the way all of my items arrived packaged so neatly! I ordered 6 items and they all arrived at the same time! I love the feel of the clothes and they don't look cheap! I have place other order of about 8 items and I'm looking forward to them arriving. I hate that you can't order sets separately in sizes because I'm smaller in the waist and bigger in the chest. I notice in some of the reviews some customers are not happy about how long it takes for you to received your shipment and the shipping cost is the same as what you are paying for what you ordered. For me I'm okay with paying extra for shipping when I'm getting LV dresses, LV 2- piece warmups sets and Chanel dresses and the clothes fit well and don't look cheap are feel cheap at all... Also the clothes are very good quality from what I have received so for... Thank you, Moonosa for good customer service!

I ordered merchandise in april of this year. I understand the Coronavirus so I've been patient. Its almost August and i have received nothing. Sad, those items were for my daughter. Poor customer service.

I had to change an order two weeks ago because I ended up ordering the wrong dress. Fortunately, the staff here at are very helpful and responsive to my request.
It took 2 months to receive 2orders. 1 order still hasn't arrived. I had 3 orders sent out at the same time. There's no sight of the third order. Tracking number says no trace yet. I will never order from them again ever.
