I ordered merchandise in april of this year. I understand the Coronavirus so I've been patient. Its almost August and i have received nothing. Sad, those items were for my daughter. Poor customer service.
Ordered 4 things months ago and said it was delivered when I went downstairs to check it and I got the package it was just one package. And when I looked inside it was an extra large swimsuit. For older people which I don't wear I'm a young person I was so disappointed I reach out to customer service I was talking to somebody for a couple days they told me they're going to reach out to the manager and help me. But however they never follow up with me And reach out lot time after no Ordered 4 things months ago follow up. If I was you stay far away from this website are don't buy anything and waste your time.As I showed the picture below those are not what I order there's no way that will fit me
It took 2 months to receive 2orders. 1 order still hasn't arrived. I had 3 orders sent out at the same time. There's no sight of the third order. Tracking number says no trace yet. I will never order from them again ever.
Website been down since the day of purchase still haven't received merchandise have no way of tracking nor do I have tracking number have them message but still no response and stuff should have been here by now.
I ordered from this site a month ago and I've recently tried to go back in it to track my order and it says something about the website cannot be reached and now I'm thinking I've been scammed. Never again!
Horrible company if I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered from them and after a month I recieved the item. They charged $13 in shipping for a $12 jumpsuit. The material on the jumpsuit was garbage and it didn't even cover my breast. I asked for a refund she said I got the wrong size and to send pictures. I sent them showing it was not enough material on the jumpsuit and the pics she sent me was not the pics on the website. She basically said oh well she wasn't refunding the jumpsuit.
I loved the way all of my items arrived packaged so neatly! I ordered 6 items and they all arrived at the same time! I love the feel of the clothes and they don't look cheap! I have place other order of about 8 items and I'm looking forward to them arriving. I hate that you can't order sets separately in sizes because I'm smaller in the waist and bigger in the chest. I notice in some of the reviews some customers are not happy about how long it takes for you to received your shipment and the shipping cost is the same as what you are paying for what you ordered. For me I'm okay with paying extra for shipping when I'm getting LV dresses, LV 2- piece warmups sets and Chanel dresses and the clothes fit well and don't look cheap are feel cheap at all... Also the clothes are very good quality from what I have received so for... Thank you, Moonosa for good customer service!

They are full of crap. Every time I questioned them about my package all they could respond with was it's coming and refused to issue me a refund. None of the items fit to the size I ordered. Never again
It is absolutely a great wholesale site. All goods here look beautiful and sexy in fashion. It seems that they are better designed here but still sold cheaper than many of other places. I am glad to find such a good supplier
I ordered from here twice in one month. My order was processed and shipped within the two week time frame. All items were their and exactly how it looks on the picture.
Order placed on 5/3/20. Received order and tracking number with delivery date between 8-11 days. Tried to email but it says failed each time. Can't call due to too many #s in their contact numbers. This is crazy! Ist time purchase and LAST.
I love Moonosa. I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews since my experience with them was great. Often update new style that is cool I ordered 85 items, and they all came in after a week! It did take a while for them to package and ship everything, but it didn't take long considering it was from China (most times I wait a 3-4 work days from another site). Anyway, the quality is quite good for its price and they look exactly how they're shown online. I'm very satisfied with them, and I've already ordered another shipment from them. I will definitely buy from them again.
They reply once and then ghost lousy service don't waste your hard earn money. I ordered in April and still nothing but apologies and no follow ups or anything
I am so disappointed in Moonosa.com! I ordered 10 days ago and paid for 3-5 day shipping and they still haven't sent my order out. It took them a week to make a label for it! They just kept telling me "one working day"... I've waited over a week already. This is ridiculous and I am going to continue post this on every single review website I can find!
Ok so I finally got my items in the mail... in double the time promised... but the quality is the best I've seen! Everything is true to size and absolutely gorgeous. I f you don't mind the wait, I say go for it!
I ordered two 2XX pants sets and two short sets! 2 the dress look like a blouse I couldn't fit it! The price was worth it I think I picked up a little weight cus some of the short sets I can't fit so I gave them to my daughter she was real happy they look real nice on her matter fact were about to order more of the short sets! My daughter gave a five-star I gave four stars the that I ordered was a extra small and I needed 2X! Overall we satisfy going to order again thank you!
These people need to go to jail. They are taking people money and not sending any tracking info. It's been a month. And I still haven't receive my tracking info. Scammers! I want my refund! $183.82 God don't like ugly they will be punished for doing people wrong!

I ordered April 21st paid an extra 65 dollars for 3-5 business and I still don't have my order. I emailed them numerous of times but still no response. I advise nobody to order from this site. I contacted my bank they handling the situation right now.
I placed a couple of orders, first one being May 4th and I have yet to receive any updates or tracking numbers. I reached out to Emma who is horrible at responding, she didn't reply until I reached out to someone else. And at that time the only info she gave was that the orders were processed and will be shipped ASAP. This was almost a week ago and still no updates. I am trying to start my business and this is definitely frustrating and delaying the process.:-(
Worst place ever to order from they must have fake people making reviews. Quality of clothing looks to be made by children and the shipping time was over 3 weeks please do not waste your money. All of these sites from China should be shut down they rip photo of real model use the pictures to scam customer into thinking that the clothing will look the same but when you order you then learn how they have scammed u out of your money. If u are smart and don't want to look like a cheap whore or have your customers run away from you please save your money or you will be very sorry you didn't. I wish I looked at these reviews before I sent my money to this mess of a website. Ugh
