I ordered on april 24,2020 and still no items or response when i type in receipt number they say its on the way on the way where because i'm still waiting needed these dresses a month ago i will never order again and i paid dam near paid as much for shipping as i did the items they should send me my money back and send the items just because its taking so long so not happy
I been order my things in April n now we are in June...& I still haven't receive my $#*! n these $#*!s keep looking about my messages but not giving me answers
No updates on my items I paid. Stating they barely use bank transfer as payment so maybe they shouldn't have it as a option.
The worst company in the history of worse companies. It's bad enough we are ordering from overseas but Damn China people get with shipping times and updates. I ordered my stuff April 18th just getting it today June 1rst. Who in the hell want to wait that damn ling for something paid for. Their communication is lack luster. The only good thing I can say about them is that with all my back and forth they finally sent my order by FedEx in which I'm very shocked. Once my things shipped finally by FedEx I got it within a couple of days. And that's probably because they got sick of me but I careless. Needless to say I will never order from them again Ever!

I'm asking myself what went wrong everyone using the virus excuse and I know most companies had to make changes but Moonosa went from DHL to USPS like WHY! If your gonna use them your processing time have to be fast and let store owner know tracking #. It's hard to track with USPS the order before last I had to beg for tracking info. But I went ahead a put an order for swim suits the processing time is gone and no ship out info. Oh and the shipping price has went from 100% of the wholesale price a 200 dollar order gonna cost you at least 200 or more. I'm on my 8th order up to 6th I had Yomi who returned all my questions, tracking, and availability question now I have to go threw the manager. So luckly I found a new wholesaler that so far been OK. Mooosa has the be inventory but the lack of communication and cooperation is horrible now.
Please don't order if you cannot wait almost 3 months I order paid that high $#*! shipping and still nothing
I ordered 8 items on April 23rd, 2020 here it is May 26th and I still haven't received $#*! yet I can't even get in contact with nobody about my things I'm pissed tf off bad this website is the worse.

These people need to go to jail. They are taking people money and not sending any tracking info. It's been a month. And I still haven't receive my tracking info. Scammers! I want my refund! $183.82 God don't like ugly they will be punished for doing people wrong!
Please do not order never again, I wish I had a read the reviews first, on top of that they sent me a tracking number I tried tracking the item and post office said it hasn't been shipped yet
Placed order on April 19th, 2020 didn't receive tracking number until April 29th, it is now May 20th and I still haven't received my package! Total was $66.93 only $30 on outfits the rest for shipping!
THEY are a scam. They will charge you for items that they never plan on sending! I've been waiting for 2 1/2 months for items! They are a joke. This website is full of $#*!
I ordered items from them on April 23rd didn't receive a tracking number. Talked to someone and said that it would take 5-7 business days. After not receiving a tracking number I disputed the charge but my bank said they're waiting on information from the merchant who has still not yet to get back to my bank. Here it is almost a month later and still no clothes or refund. I had high hopes in this company.
Order placed on 5/3/20. Received order and tracking number with delivery date between 8-11 days. Tried to email but it says failed each time. Can't call due to too many #s in their contact numbers. This is crazy! Ist time purchase and LAST.

It's been over a month never received my order. I emaile, called, text Alisha if that a real person. I do dropshipping and my customer are upset! And I do t blame them I am going through my bank to get my money back because I have to return the money to my clients. I can't lose on both ends. I am so sorry that this place seems to be a scam my customer really liked there cloths. Sad sad to do this I could have been a great customer. Tracking number are fake. I called post office they said I have to contact seller. Just refund my money please.
