This was my first experience with Moon Magic after I had seen a product ad on Instagram. I fell in love with a moonstone ring. When it arrived, the quality was even better than I expected. The only problem was that I ordered a size too big. I emailed and asked if I could do an exchange and it was not a problem. Then when the new size came, I realized it was still too big. So I asked one more time if I could exchange. Inna was so accommodating and understanding and the exchange process was very easy. I highly recommend this company. The products and people make it extra special.

Found moon magic on Instagram and was a bit skeptical at first as you know; there are some dodgy brands on the internet. Still gave it a shot cause I couldn't resist the beautiful rings I saw. And honestly: couldn't be happier that I did! Keep on going back to shop when I see a promo popping up or when I need a gift. Got some nice jewellery for pretty much all my girlfriends and sister 😅.
Shipping is sometimes a bit slow but I'm still SUPER excited when my new order comes in. Stunning jewels, elegant boxes and very helpful customer service.
PS: they should introduce a referral program!

As a non overly superstitious person I looked at the reading with an edge of skepticism, but was quickly taken aback by the accuracy and the detail of the report. It absolutely nailed my personality traits and pointed out my weak spots. What really took it home for me was my destiny's number reading. It gave a brand new perspective to my life path that I previously haven't considered, but seeing written down felt very inspiring and eye opening. The only downside (not a real downside) I can find that the report was almost overwhelmingly detailed and hard to take in all at once - it's definitely something one would read and re-read over and over again.

I ordered the Crystal Ring - Enfolded Black Onyx -18k yellow gold. The ring was EXACTLY what I had been looking for AND the packaging was GORGEOUS! Purchased a lovely ring - "rose gold" rubbed away within 3 months of normal wear. When I messaged about this, they said it was normal wear and tear and outside of their return window so nothing to be done. Very disappointed and will never shop these products again. I would expect $20 for these rings, not $120.

This shop turned into an addiction for me. Loving that they combine pretty jewelry and meaningful gems. Joined their loyalty club to collect points. Only downside is shipping takes some time and had to be kinda patient. But for me it's definitely worth the wait. Will be back for more lol

I bought a moonstone 18K gold plated bracelet for my sister for her birthday (same one I have and it's gorgeous!). When she first wore it, a piece broke off the end of the bracelet unexpectedly.
