I have bought 3 rings from here and although they are exceptionally beautiful. They don't last the first one and the third final one were tarnished and the gold came off within 3 months. Even after taking care, I work from home there was no "wear and tear", the second ring the stone fell out. If these rings lasted I'd try a fourth but unfortunately out a bunch of money for a couple months of wear.

I've purchased from Moon Magic multiple times over the years. At first, I was in love with the pieces that I got. However, there were issues that came up after my first purchase. There was a pair of dirty earrings that I got refunded for, but the customer service specialist promised me another pair of jewelry that never arrived. Then, I ordered the mystery deal that was pretty expensive, but when the order came, everything seemed to be sloppily thrown inside the box. It seemed like I just got a bunch of returned pieces.

Bought a moonstone ring... it was super glued in to a thin and flimsy setting! Of course the stone fell out on the second wearing... and then the warranty only covered 1 month but with the long shipping time, that month had almost expired wheb it arrived as it goes from their export date. I left a review on this site and they changed their mind and sent a replacement. Awaiting its arrival and will update on the quality

Everything went smoothly, shipping and customs fees were completely covered by Moon Magic, which was a pleasant surprise. The rings are beautiful to look at, lightweight - I can hardly feel them on my hand - and they look very high quality. I believe they will last with me for a long time! Beautiful rings, perfect service, both via mail and whatsapp communication is fast. At first I didn't trust the shop, after communicating via whatsapp I believed that the product would arrive, but I didn't trust the quality... and I'm impressed! It's beautiful!
