I am a 1st time customer with moon magic. The original ring I ordered was not what I expected, I wasnt very happy with it. But I had some great customer service help from Ita. She helped me get rings that I absolutely love and it didnt involve a difficult return process! Very happy with my purchase!
I have just received my 3rd purchase from Moon Magic and am thrilled with my necklace. The chain arrived tarnished (which can happen with Stirling silver) but it cleaned up nicely with a bit of TLC. I wear my Venus stud earrings and rings every day and they are as shiny as the day I first got them. Cristina from customer support is a really gem and lovely to deal with. This company rocks.

Ordered earrings and paid for 6-12 day international shipping. 4 weeks later the best/only response I can get from them is wait a further 4 weeks until Dec 18th!
No phone number to call and they answer email only very occasionally.

I will start off saying I own several Moon Magic pieces. I've never had an issue. But boy are they a mess when you do. My husband tried to order me a necklace with a moon design and we received a necklace with a "T" charm. Nothing at all like what we asked for or needed. When husband explained the issue, they said just send the T back and then we'll send you the proper necklace. For Christmas? Oh they also offered 15% off his next order which I found cheeky since they hadn't fixed their first. When I pointed out that this made no sense since they messed up they should send the correct necklace immediately they then just said send the necklace back and we'll give you a refund. Still not helping us get the original piece we wanted. It's crazy to me that they screwed up but somehow they can't get the one thing we asked for to us. And then small businesses wonder why people use Amazon so much.

DHL shipping is the worst with Moon Magic orders. They will not tell you that you owe customs until 2 months after the items are delivered and then they'll harass you with sketchy calls that you cannot tell are real and only checking your orders months later on the payment only site will show owing customs. The actual DHL tracking will not show it. Jewellery is not worth the hassle and the company doesn't offer any shipping protection like other companies or other shipping options that are more reliable and honest.

So my boyfriend ordered me two rings from moon magic but unfortunately when they came there were small faults with the products. I emailed customer service at Moon Magic and spoke to Hristina about the issues with the products. I received a pleasant, proactive response in a timely manner in which Hristina explained the options I had. I ordered two replacement rings of similar value and they were shipped out (with no extra fee) the next day. The customer service I received was excellent and the issues were dealt with in a fantastic way. I'm very excited to receive my two new rings! I understand sometimes there can be small faults with goods ordered online and the team at Moon Magic rectified my issue straight away. Will definitely be ordering from here again. X

I've oredered a ring Moonstone, it doesn't got the blue shine that shown on pictures on their website, it also came unsymetrical but they do not care apparently by their customer support it doesn't called defective? I'm really sad about them not caring and misleading customers, don't be fooled by the low cost, do yourself a favor - pay more and get a proper ring or at least from a different brand.
I bought a Lovliness ring in July of 2020 and in November one of the side stones fell out. I contacted Moon Magic and let them know and since they only have a 30 day return period they would only give me 10% off a new ring. I decided to order another, thinking that it might be just a fluke that the stone fell out. In August a stone fell out. I'm very disappointed in the quality of these rings which cost upwards of $50. There was a beautiful set up there that I'd love to use as my engagement and wedding rings, but that's something that I really need to last so I won't buy from them again.

I ordered Garnet -nymph, and when the size I got was too large, I asked for an exchange, even though there were some problems due to the local post delivery and Covid, the customer service was really really helpful, and the ring is absolutely breathtaking! I would definitely recommend moon magic and would definitely buy more jewellery from them!

Update: after a lot for tooing and throwing they finally came back with a solution but its disappointing that it took some bad reviews from me for them to offer a simple replacement. Glad to note that this has been resolved. A ring I recently bought for my daughter broke (within a MONTH and only worn half a dozen times at most), emailed moon magic and they replied with "if you pay us more money we will give you a replacement" they've blocked me on social media and wont respond to my emails now because I said their response is unsatisfactory on a public forum - how mature and grown up - so business like. I am appalled by the cheapness of an expensive product despite them claiming to be such a great well made brand and even more disgusted with their customer service. DO NOT buy a thing from here - you will only be disappointed.

Initially, I ordered the spirit keeper and the chain came a little bronzy looking. However, once I emailed customer service, I was given amazing service and offered a new necklace free of charge. I have seen Moon Magic jewelry for a long time now. And i have wanted one for so long. It ended up being my engagement ring. My fiance paid around 300 for my dream ring and it tore up in less then a month of wearing it. But because he had it a few weeks unworn before he proposed they said they cant do anything to help but offer me a discount on a different ring. The stone is scratched and cloudy now. A diamond fell out already and it looks dull and cheap now. The under part that touches my skin is turning black. Im heartbroken over this because i loved the ring so much. Now have to save up more money to get a replacement. The ring was beautiful when i got it but ended up disappointing after the first month.

The jewellery is so cheap. I asked for a refund when my necklace arrived GREEN. It was already tarnished when I took it out. When I emailed, it took a lot of follow-ups to get a response. They said I could keep the defected necklace and send back the other necklace I bought (also poor quality). These guys have amazing marketing; The jewellery doesn't actually look anything like the pictures. Worst experience ever.

This company does not disclose that there are import fees associated with international purchases. They have a shipping heading that you have to go to in their FAQ's. Got stuck with an import charge of over $30 to ship a tiny pair of earrings. Hopefully this can prevent anyone else having this happen. They wouldn't do a thing about it and offered a refund of $14, for an item I paid over $100

It's pretty but I was expecting better quality for the price. The stone itself is quite clear but not iridescent enough. The cut on the main surface of the stone is flawed and it's misaligned in its setting. Plus I was expecting a higher quality chain not something with a cheap extension and weak clasp. Over all not worth the price.

They charged me $86 at first, then it was $115, then I get a duty charge for $32 and probably will end up paying $20 for shipping all on a ring. If you try to get a refund and send it back or cancel your order you're charged a restocking fee and another shipping fee and then they would only offer me $22.50 of my $150 order just because why not and I haven't even seen the ring yet.
If you look up there reviews it keep redirecting you untill you keep clicking through links and then they only post their 5 star reviews or they're all fake because I don't know who would be happy at all about this situation at all

My partner gave me a ring from Moon Magic. It took way over the time frame that they suggested but thought nothing of it. Then I get the product, in a ziplock bag. They promised to send us a box for the ring, but we never got anything or heard from them at all. I wear it for 2 months and now it is completely rusty and the stone has come out of the ring. My partner reached out to which we continuously received condescending responses from Khristina.
We asked for a refund and they claim there is a warranty on the goods but there is no information on their website whatsoever. Then they proceed to offer us a 50% discount to cover their cost to purchase a new ring. We definitely don't want Any other jewelry from them after the experience we had.
I will be taking this matter further as they think this is a joke.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
