Loved the ring, until it turned my finger green. Requested a new one about 2 months ago and sent a second one a week ago. Haven't heard from them and just irritated in the lack of response, in addition to the quality. Would just like a new ring to replace this one, as long as it doesn't turn my finger green.
Bought two rings for myself for my birthday. Their products marketed as constructed with authentic materialsabsolutely not. I ordered a freshwater pearl ring which was a bead with blue enamel on it and a moonstone ring which looked like cloudy plastic. At a glance the rings are pretty, but you look closer and it looks and feels like the lie that it is.
The sterling silver' bands they claim are stamped with 925 to appear legitimate. 0.925 closely stamped with the jeweler/company trademark is what makes a piece legitimate according to the Federal Trade Commission close but no cigar, Moon Magic. Lets see how my request for a refund is processed.

Disappointed with the products. I had gotten a raw moonstone ring and the stone fell out within 3 months. Purchased a new one and that stone is about to fall out. I also had purchased a raw rose quartz ring and that stone fell out within weeks. I loved wearing them and they are such pretty rings but not worth It.

I ordered a numerology report from Moon Magic and I received it in less than 1 hour. I was very happy about that. It was very detailed, I could relate to everything.
My numbers accurately connected to situations in my life, which I found very interesting. It was very easy to read and the layout is lovely.
I really love how informative the report was. If you're seeking some clarity in your life don't wait, go get yours! Two thumbs up!
Not only did shipping take 2 months, customer service refused to care, just saying its not their fault. Usually a company would do what they can to make it right, this company couldn't even make a claim with the courier until the 8 week mark. Xmas came and went with no sign of this ring that I bought at start of November for my sister. She had already left the country by the time it finally arrived mid January. I asked if they could take it back but no, I would have to pay international freight, they wouldn't even ship it back to them despite knowing the situation.
The ring looks like it's been chipped, there's a white spot in the centre of it. Do they not even quality control the cuts?
The gift bag I bought is crinkled and too small for the scratched up little box provided for the ring.
Absolutely do not recommend wasting your money. The company is great at marketing but cannot follow through.

I was really excited about purchasing my first piece from Moon Magic, I'm in Australia and their website said 10-15 days postage. With Covid-19 I assumed there would be a little delay and read on their website again expect maybe 3 days longer wait.
However it's now been 6 weeks and I've not received my ring. Contacted their customer service last week with no response... emailed again this week and received what seems to be a generic email just with my name added to it, requesting I provide my order number even though the subject clearly stated my order number.
Contacted DHL and Australia post they've both replied and advised I need to speak with Moon Magic.
I'm highly disappointed spending over $100 AUD on a ring that I'll probably never receive.
Wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing.
They emailed me weeks ago asking me to post a review, my review was that I'd love to say it's amazing but I've not received it... they've not posted my review nor contacted me.
I ordered the rose gold ring twice. First time the ring discoloured like it was oxidised, so I contacted customer care who suggested to send a new ring. After a couple of months, the rose gold started peeling off. It's a shame because the stones are beautiful and the overall look is gorgeous. I really didn't want to leave a bad review since customer care has been great and the designs of the jewels are gorgeous but the metal is not gold and now I have two discoloured rings. The first image is of my current ring and the second is my initial ring. The oxidisation isn't clearly visible but it has spread throughout the ring, sadly.

I am not one to usually complain however I am extremely upset with the quality of their rings. My partner purchased a ring for me as a gift, this ring lost multiple gems in the first 1-2 weeks of me wearing it. They would not offer a refund, only a replacement of the same right or another of the same value... My replacement ring of the same style, had the exact same loss of gems in the same short amount of time. I then decided to choose a different ring as that replacement and pay the extra difference thinking it might just be that style. But no... my third replacement ring not only lost it's smaller gems but it's main stone too! Please keep in mind I am not rough with my hands what so ever and I have multiple rings from Pandora ect... that I have never had issues with. While their customer service was fine and quick in responding, I would not bother with their jewellery again! Ever

Got two rings from moon magic. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift from my boyfriend but showed up a month after Christmas even thought he ordered a month before Christmas.
I wore moon magic rings sometimes, but apparently too much. The stones on both fell out in under a year.
Their Instagram deletes any negative comments. So many left bad comments and I was shocked that they could sell 85$ plus rings that don't stay in and it wasn't just me. I reached out to them and they pretty much told me tough luck. Same response of when my boyfriend complained for them being a month late. Don't get scammed

I was eyeing moon magic jewelry for a while. I had my heart set on a specific ring. My friend ordered our mutual friend a necklace for christmas last year and had an amazing experience and fast shipping. They also got a ring with a great experience.
My boyfriend bought me my ring back in July for our 3 year anniversary. It was beautiful. I wore it on occasion and sometimes during work ( work from home desk job). This week; i wore it out to my chiropractor appointment then to the pharmacy. At the pharmacy i noticed one of the side stones was missing! My stomach dropped. I was so upset.
I contacted them and they got back to me quickly. Just to find out theres a 1 month warranty. Really? Its not like i was thrashing my hand around or abusing the ring. The prongs arent bent or damaged at all. Their offer was a 10% discount on buying a new ring?
So spend 100+ again for a ring to barely last 6 months? I dont think so. Im so disappointed and heart broken. I LOVED this ring.

I'm so upset. I've order from them once before and was so happy with my purchase. I recently reordered the ring that I originally purchased due to it being stolen. With my second order the ring arrived with missing diamonds, and had black spots all over it. The ring looked terrible. I reached out to customer service and sent pictures of the ring. They issued a replacement, well... I got the replacement today and the ring is just as damaged as the last one! I do not believe they are inspecting these items before they sent them to customers. I honestly believe that they're just boxing these items and not giving a hoot about the customers. Then have the nerve to make the ring go from $49 to $99. The ring should be worth $7 at this point. I will attach photos of the original ring and the damage replacement. I will never shop here again... and to think my soon to be brother in law just ordered a ring from here. Goodness!

I do not like shopping, but like every man I sometimes need to choose presents for my beloved one. Moon Magic is for now the best jewelry online store I have ever come across. Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.

Our Return Policy highlights that our jewelry has a 1-month period warranty. Since it’s been 4+ months since your package was delivered, it’s no longer eligible for this warranty.
We are really sorry to hear your ring has caused a green discoloration, we know how frustrating this can be. However, it is, unfortunately, a common complaint caused by the copper present in all sterling silver jewelry. This can be especially common in hot, humid climates as moisture in the air or skin can make the copper react in this way.
Since we do not have proof that you have made a complaint within the 30-day warranty period and you haven't sent pictures of the mentioned issue we couldn't proceed otherwise.
