Ring broke after 3 months: metal parts that hold gemstone kept opening for a while and eventually they broke causing gemstone to fall out. I wanted to return this ring and get new one because it was not my fault that ring broke, but administration told, that they don't do returns :) not recommend, awful comunication and very pour quality. Shame.
After seeing many ads on Moon Magic. Reading reviews. Watching YouTube on clients purchases. I felt confident making a purchase. I ordered the Raw Crystal Ring - Moonstone & Ring - Twinkling Band. I have seen raw moonstones at shops and markets - and from the pictures on the Moon Magic. I had a strong idea of what the stone should look like. I received my rings today. The moonstone is chalky. The colour flat. No beautiful shimmer expected from a moonstone. I would be embarrassed to wear this ring. And very disappointed. I have contacted Moon Magic by email. So I will wait and see how easy this return/refund will be.

I purchased a set of the moon ring stone. After receiving I did not like the moonstone itself and asked for an exchange. They just sent me another one. My complain was that it looks nothing like advertisement and has no color, just a white, cheap looking rock. When i received the second one, even though it was pretty similar to first one, i thought I'd just accept it. But when i went to grab the pairs that came with it, they had changed from silver to a cheap gold material. I was beyond shocked. I tried to get a refund but since the 30 days were up while i was waiting for the ring to arrive. They wont do a refund. Very disappointing, this is not worth the investment.

I have been trying to order a moon magic ring from India and all my transactions and being declined. I tried to order from paypal as well but still it was showing an error. I tried reaching out by writing their customer service form and still haven't received a reply back yet. I really want to buy a ring but there seems to be a major problem in their site. Please try to resolve the problem and at least answer back my query.
Updating this review: originally had received the below item (rusted and not to par with what I ordered). Moon Magic provided full refund, however still was disappointed as the item took weeks to be delivered and this was the quality. They however did provide a refund
I paid almost $200 for two items and am still waiting for them. They keep telling me the package was shipped but according to the carrier, only a label was created, no shipment has been made. You can't reach them by phone either - only email, and they have not been helpful. I am frustrated to say the least. If I do receive the items, I will update this post, but until I do, buyer beware!

Bought a ring and the stone broke less than 3 month later (while driving a car). Apparently the 2 year warranty promised do not cover this. Not sure what is a defect in materials and/or workmanship if this is not.

Our warranty doesn’t cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your jewelry, improper care of your jewelry including contact with household chemicals, hygiene products like make-up or perfumes, discoloration of stones caused by water, chemicals, sweating, make-up, cooking, prongs wearing out, stones lost by everyday wear, natural inclusions and imperfections of stones and any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of Moon Magic Jewelry.

I have purchased 4 different rings from this company since 2020. The last I bought I believe was in 2021. Every single one of those rings (all sterling silver 925) have tarnished. The gems have ALL broken. I rarely even wear these rings and they look about 30 years old now.

I had a stone fall out 6 weeks after purchase. I'm very careful with rings that aren't of great quality, but this one is horrible. We all remember Claire's cheap child jewelry… well this isn't far from that. For the price I also expected customer service to help, nope only within 30 days. Not even they think they jewelry will last that long. Search lab created jewels on any reputable jewelers site (helzberg, Jared) and you will find good quality for a low cost.

I ordered a moonstone ring for my best friend's birthday. She'd been wanting one for forever and was so happy with it.
After not even TWO MONTHS of occasional wear, the stone had completely fallen off. I contacted Moon Magic, but their return policy has a 1 month warrenty.
I paid over 90 bucks to get this ring, and now I'm being offered 'a special discount' on a new one. As if I would want to spend another 45 on a ring that will probably just fall apart again. The quality of the jewerly is poor and not worth the money. Such a shame, since the stone itself was a stunner. Moon Magic, if you had faith in the quality of your product, you would increase the period of warranty. I literally have warrenty on socks that last longer than yours.

Looks nothing like the ring on the website, very low quality, cloudy and you can see the glue under the stone. Definitely not worth the money. I was super excited to receive this ring because all the reviews were wonderful and everyone seemed very happy with their purchase not to mention the ring was absolutely stunning. After not liking mine one bit I looked further into reviews and saw they have alot of bad reviews from the BBB and other sites. I will be asking for a exchange but after reading the reviews I dont even know If I want to exchange it or just get my money back which don't seem to happen often based on what ppl have said.

This company brags about how fabulous their jewelry is but that was not my experience. First thw stone appeared nothing like in the pictures. Second my boyfriend ordered my ring long before he gave it to me. Despite that the fact that I only wore it for 14 days before a stone fell out and that the silver tarnished in 1 day, they would not honor the ring as defective. And they purposely didn't post my one star review to their website. They can't be trusted and they truly only care about the customers happy with their product. Will not make the mistake of purchasing from them again when their is a company that has similar pricing and lifetime warranties.

I found this company, very excited to share with my mother. We chose rings for one another and gifted them to each other for Christmas 2019. I wore my ring a total of 3 times before the band started to look rusted as if it were cheap quality! I thought these rings were good quality and definitely did not expect it to happen so soon- this happened probably 3 months after ordering, I emailed moonmagic about the issue and was basically told it was normal? I don't think something like this should be normal and if so the rings shouldn't be priced so high nor sold as "sterling silver" or real anything! Very disappointed!

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
