While I have been a customer of Monster Scooter Parts for a few years now, I find I will no longer support this business after my latest experience. The customer service representative I spoke with acted completed unprofessional and rude as if she were speaking to another on the street as opposed to being the representative of the company and hearing what I had to say before hanging up the call like an immature grade school-er would do. Come to find out, she was the Customer Service SUPERVISOR. If that's the face and voice this company wants to project to the public as their best representative of their mission and core beliefs of running a business, they can do so without my support.
I purchased a switch, my pack slip had a different part number than I purchased but it looked correct. Installed it and it was completely wrong. Told their "customer service" of the problem and they took zero responsibility- and they wanted me to send pictures to prove my issue. I ended up paying for three wrong switches and freight - they suck at taking care of issues. I will never use them again and recommend no one else does either. Junk company!
I purchased a wheel assembly for an electric bike that has only 1 style of connector. They sent me a different style. They took 25% of the purchase price! This website is such a scam. Steer clear of it!
I bought a scooter cover from Monster Scooter and used it three times. I will attach pictures to show you what happened next. This cover was delivered to me the end of October so for nearly 100 dollars I got the use of it Nov. Dec and January in which time I used it on 3 occasions. Monster will do nothing about it. Said it carries a 30 day warranty. If your products don't last more than 30 days you shouldn't be selling them.
Send a poor quality sea cover… It didn't fit the chair… It was so bad that I chose to leave the ripped cover on instead of the cover that they sent.
Customer service was terrible!
Charged me $35 to return a $65 item
Lesson learned!
Only order from Amazon!
Stay away from this scam of a company!
Searching the internet for a pair of arm rest replacement pads. Price/ per pair ranged from $9.99 and up. I shared the link with my boss and the office manager who approved the purchase of one pair for $11.99. Monster sent only one armrest. I then revisited the site only to find the image of the pair had been removed and replaced by a pic. Of one single pad. It's going to cost more than the purchase price to return this useless item. What a waste of time and money.
I purchased some parts for my Scooter.
The items were not as advertised and didn't fit the scooter.
When I tried to address that with customer service I was just given the run around and rude responses
Then finally advised the cost of the return label would be almost as much as the parts themselves.

Horrible return policy with restocking fee and chargeback on shipping
My part was ordered on 9/11/22. Finally re eived the CORRECT part on 12/15/22. Poor disabled man had to wait 3 months to get his scooter up and running. Company kept putting the blame on the manufacture "Golden technology" Very poor service will never order from monster again
Made a purchase on the 3rd of April and yet i haven't received the three items i paid for, i called twice to verify any new updates and received nothing but rude and sarcastic attitude from the second called made.
Since when it's a wrong thing to call for any new updates in regards to any purchase made by any consumer.
Special order or not, still is a good idea to call and verify any new updates on purchases made on any items.
If i don't receive the items i placed this month, then i will have no choice but to file a lawsuit against this company to get my full refund back.
The parts that they list on there website is not what you receive. I ordered a 24v controller and received a 36v controller. So I contacted Customer service wasted a lot of time and they admitted the controller won't work. So they told me they won't pay the return shipping but they will will wave the restocking fee. What a joke I would rather throw the controller in the garbage then send it back to these clowns. They told me I should have read the terms and
Conditions. I even sent them the pictures but they told me according to there policy the part
Doesn't have to match. I never dealt with such a crooked company in a long time.
The company should be held liable for running such a decetive business.
When the part arrived and it was the wrong part, I returned it and paid for return shipping. I also paid for $10.00 shipping to ship the item initially. Well, Liz had the audacity to tell me they wouldn't refund me the shipping I paid for because they shipped the item, LOLOL! YES you heard me correctly! Since they shipped the item for which I paid for the shipping, they are keeping my money because they shipped it. Scam artists. I hope they're all arrested one day! Shame on this company!
Shipped wrong part would not give me a return label to send back. So I had to spend more money to ship back because of there mistake. Very dissatisfied with this company will never order from there again. We have 3 Coleman mini bikes. So there loss.
The bolt that holds the clutch of the torque converter sheared off into the camshaft making the whole clutch explode parts in every direction... they've never heard of that and neither have I but you know who got stuck with buying new parts from GO power sports... me 9f course bc they didn't loose any money. Jay and Liz was only hired to give excuses and not keep customers around.
Ordered a new engine from them, once installed it ran for about 5 minutes then the electric starter burned up and the engine barely runs. Called for tech support and was told it's not there problem and that i have deal with it. Very disrespectful over the phone, would not recommend purchasing anything from these clowns EVER!
I placed an order for wheel chair locks for an 8" caster Drive chair. The set of wheels they sent did not fit on the chair and when I called customer service the girl I spoke with was very rude when I called to see why they wanted to charge me not only for return shipping but a re-stock fee for their screw up. The girl in their customer service was one of the nastiest customer service people I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. Stay away from this company, far, far away or at least lower your expectations for customer service. I am sure the wheel locks would have been fine if they were the correct ones.
Ordered two different sets of motor brushes from monster scooter parts both were advertised as working with my model of mobility scooter
First set arrived didn't fit at all
Called customer service to complain and customer service was extremely rude when I told her the issue her response was (O you're surprised that the motor brush didn't fit your 26yo mobility scooter) that they advertised would fit this model
Second time I ordered motor brushes they were also wrong and didn't match the item number on the website I called and was told they use a generic item nember for multiple products and it will work fine
I put them in 3 days later my scooter is smoking going down the sidewalk and dies
When i examined the motor the brushes they said would work melted though my motor brush cap and killed the motor
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS
They sent me the wrong product, made me spend more than 1 hour and a half sending photos via email because the chat wasn't working, and continued to insist that it was the correct product, and after I told them several times that it wasn't the right product and send a photo showing the difference of the size, they finally apologized for the "CONFUSION" which was actually an MISTAKE, recurring as you can see in all these reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If it wasn't enough, making me waste more than an hour and a half of my day to resolve THEY MISTAKE, they want me to pay for return shipping and wait 3 weeks for a refund.

I paid the extra charge for faster shipping, not knowing I was less than fifty miles away from them. Due to their ridiculous choices my package has been sitting in the FedEx distribution center in my town for three days and won't be delivered for two more days. Monster Scooters says that's totally fine with them and that I should shut up and take it. When they were informed that I maintain more than a dozen minibikes for the neighborhood kids and that I would no longer buy parts from them if this wasn't rectified, they acted as though that would be no loss for them. I live in Colorado, and in this particular case, I'd rather see the tax money go to another state. Run as far away from these Clowns.
When placing my order from here, I noticed that it was taking a long period of time to receive the order. I called in to see about the order when the women on the other line got emotional, distraught in regards for me, asking for a supervisor, and which she cannot further assist me. The supervisor said she's backing up her representative and got emotional too. The customer service here are not about getting the job done or getting orders placed there about their feelings and their friendships for their coworker. All I cared about was getting my order that I placed shipped. I would recommend you not to do business with this company, for they are frauds and emotional people that can't get their job done correctly your customer service take care of the customer. It's that simple you're answering your phone. Call your not saving lies. Also, they canceled my order even though I didn't want my order canceled just because they were in our feelings and I asked for a supervisor. It is not wrong for a customer to ask for a supervisor. It just means that person is not getting the job taken care of which hurt their feelings.
Answer: I was able to email them and they responded in good time
