I bought two items totalling 96.73 and never used because they wont work on my minibike. I called and they were so polite said oh just click easy return button and print label and we will refund you. Well I did that then noticed yeah they will after charging me a third of my purchase price. Look at picture you will see. So I called and spoke to a lady there and she got rude saying I guess you didn't read return policy. I said I read easy returns so i didnt bother too and I explained if I order the parts right now the shipping is under 20.00 so why on refund are you charging me over 20.00. She said that's the rules. This place is a joke. Easy returns my butt. They are ripping people off! BEWARE!

I've order parts from this company in the past and had no issues but I just purchased a replacement battery pack for a kids electric vehicle and the description didn't match the product. I called the company and was told by a representative that it didnt matter what the written description stated on the website as I should have gone through the pictures to get a better understand of the product. Note the pictures don't change when selecting the options for the product so the picture don't even match what you are buying and the description never matches the option I purchased. The company refused to exchange for the correct item or refund what I had paid without additional fees to return – shipping and stocking fees. This is so frustration and dishonest.

Buyer Beware
October 9, 2020

Buyer beware. I ordered a universal scooter trunk in August '20 even the website said it should fit most scooters. It did not fit my scooter so I returned it and spoke to a manager, Liz S., to purchase the correct trunk. I purchased the trunk she recommended for my specific scooter which also did not fit. When I returned the trunk, I placed the keys inside the trunk so they would not get lost in the box. They refused to reimburse me for the returned trunk because I placed the keys in the trunk despite no instructions about where to place the keys. Bottom line, the website descriptions were inaccurate and they will not honor their commitment to the customer.

Another Good Company

I had purchased a new scooter to get around but needed batteries and charger so I went online and found Monster Scooter Parts Corp. I spoke with David and before I knew it he had everything I needed and the price was good. If and when you need your scooter fixed this company has what you need.

How do you measure a wheel chair back? Center of screw to center of screw? Overall material size (which is not exact, almost 3/8" difference). I poked around and website and the website said product I picked was compatible. Center of screw to center of screw was 18"W x 16"H so that is what I ordered.
After receiving my order, I realized that the back wasn't the right width or height and called customer service. Ultimately, Customer Service had to call the manufacturer with the serial number of the wheelchair to order me the right part (another $65). That person did a great job. Thank you Jay.
When I went to the website to return the original ordered part, they wanted to charge me $10 shipping, $10 restock for a $43 part (plus the original $11 shipping).
I called customer service and explained that how could I have pick the right part when instructions on "HOW to measure" is NOT on the website, the website said it was compatible. I am not a wheelchair engineer, are you? How do you measure without instructions? To figure it which part I needed Monster Scooter Parts had to call the manufacturer, with my serial number, to get the right size. What chance did I have to ordered it right?
Everyone has different experiences, I hope yours is positive. I'm disappointed that I have to spend extra money to return something that I had little to no chance in ordering correctly.

Brake cable

I ordered the brake cable for my son's coleman ct100u mini bike. What I got was the throttle cable and they won't refund my money. They said coleman advertises this as brake cable, and it is impossible to be used as such..

Given 1 star because I did eventually get the mirrors I ordered from them. Paid $14.99 for the mirrors & $10.99 for shipping with Fedex. Have never paid that much shipping for 8 day delivery.

Dishonest
October 22, 2019

I received an email which had an item I was interested in our every time I click the link the price on the website was higher. I contacted the company and they told me the item was no longer on sale however I had received another email that same day which listed the item again at that sale price. They refused to honor the sale price. They said that I receive the email in error and must've been the only person to get the email. It was only a five dollar difference however it's the principle. This seems like false advertising to me and dishonest

Absolute RIPOFF...sent me wrong Battery

This is the 1st company I've ever seen or heard of that did not have even one favorable review. In my case they somehow got my name and info and I next found they were getting reay to s end me a battery pack. I immediately sent then a message that i did not order any pack from them and surely don't want one., The next thing I know a big box came via fed es. Now I'm a 85 yr old total invalid and my wife is 85 with bad heart and they set this big box by door where we couldn't get in or out. I had a neighbor move it inside house whereit's set in our road for over 2 months now. I next found they had withdrawn $238 out of our account at the bank. I've filled for help several times with paypal to get my money back and so far have not succedded as they find some way to eliminate the complaint. I've finally got pay pal to suspend their account but to get my money back,. I have to hire someone to take this heavy box back to post office and then supposedly I'll get my money back. As I originally stated this is the 1st company I've ever seen that did not have even one good review. Their name again is Monster scooter parts and they also do business as Alvery or something like that. If you ever come across their info, stay way away as they are out and out dishonest and full of one scam after another.

This company is a rip off!

We used this company to try ti get a replacement battery for our son's dirt bike. Upon receipt of the battery, it was the incorrect size. There was nothing on the website to verify the correct product was being ordered. Then we drove to the store to return the battery (as we live in Colorado) and were told they don't accept returns at the store it has to be done online. So not only are we being charged a 10% restock fee, we also had to pay to ship the product back to the store. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SCAMMERS!

First off the site doesn't say if they're from Canada or the US, so I ended up paying and extra 80$ because of the usd exchange rate.

Second they didn't give me the free shipping as advertised, they only had one option for 70$ - 3 day, tracked express shipping.

Third - it had been 7 weeks since I placed my order till I got the messaged it had arrived and when I immediately went outside to check, it wasn't there and still hasn't come.
(Also the tracking number they gave me never worked)

Fourth- week 5 of waiting, I called to get the money back for shipping they rudely said it's not their problem(took them 3 days to awnser their phone)
Fifth- then when I called about my parts not arriving they gave me that same awnser and I did not get a refund or replacement.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
MONSTER SCOOTER PARTS IS A SCAM

Terrible return policy
