This was the only site where I found a design like what I was looking for. Additionally, when I found the design I liked, I didn't notice the stones that I wanted, but a quick e-mail to the support pointed me to a different page with the right specifications. After a couple days to think about it I made the purchase. The ordering process was incredibly quick. The ring arrived a couple days early which was great. My only complaint is the return policy - 30 days from when the item was shipped. I don't see why there is a time limit as long as the ring remains in original condition.

Chris was very helpful in answering questions and putting together what I wanted. The only negative feedback I have is that there is no phone number and the email conversations sometimes took a more than desirable amount of time. Despite that, I am Very happy with the process and ring but more importantly, she loves the ring.

Update: very impressed with turnaround time and shipping. Once again the ring is amazing, she absolutely loves it and her friends do too.
Gave it five stars for products/service because I was so pleased with the cross pendant; however the chain was not satisfactory, so I purchased a better quality chain. Wish I had saved my money in the chain. Pendant is beautiful.
