I loved all the different options I could choose and the excellent presentation using 360 degree previews. I would have liked to see examples on an actual human model just to get an idea for size however.

I has to return the first ring I ordered and got a different one. I love my ring! It sparkles like crazy! I get so many compliments. My original engagement ring lost its sparkle and I was able to find almost an identical ring here. I feel like I have my ring back but better!

Check out was quick and I prefer using paypal to pay for orders so I was glad to see that it was an option. I think it would be helpful if there was a way to sort or filter the rings by price. I love, love, love my ring! I had several communications with customer service and they were always quick to respond. No issues whatsoever.

Very easy to navigate web site and easy check out. It would be nice to have pros and cons for each stud setting since I have no clue.

Best customer service ever although you let me return i find the stone still too small. Would love one more chance to upgrade to 1.5 ct each ear.

Lots of choices great value hard to choose just one

Ordering has been quick and easy. The engagement ring has caught the eye of everyone who sees it because of the sparkle. My fiance said her coworker who has a ring costing 16x as much does not have the same level of shine and sparkle.

Good selection, prompt email replies, though a phone # to call to answer quick questions would be nice.
