They did not even deserve a 1 star but of course there was nothing lower. I ordered two swimsuits from this company (Modlily) that looked very sexy in the pictures. When I received them about 3 weeks later, the one swimsuit that has cutouts all over it and did not cover my breasts although the cut is a little lower on the model to make sure her breasts are covered. So that was the first thing (the swimsuit was a complete different cut). Now my second swimsuit is a tie up in the front, from the looks of their picture. When I got it, they sent two strings with the swimsuit and absolutely no instructions on how to lace it up. After contacting them back and forth with regards to how to return the items and get my money back. They send this message: "We are so sorry that our products fails to meet your satisfaction and you can return it back. But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time. As for the one you received, you really cannot wear them, we suggests giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. Thank you. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise. "

Quality terrible cheap and nasty, they lied for 2 weeks as to my order did not dispatch as item our of stock told me it had been dispatched when I asked for a refund, finally dispatched after constant messages to cancel order, now they want me to pay return postage and 40% order value for an order that is 4 weeks late and I asked to cancel! Lying cheating Scum, do yourself a favour and do not use them

So I placed a order March 4. Today is March 29th and I just received my package today. I was a very angry person because how long this took and they actually display that it ships in 24 and it doesn't. I submitted several tickets and kept gets emails with bogus $#*! tracking numbers. But overall the material definitely runs very small and is a cheap. Haven't tired on any if the items yet but I guess I'll get my one wear out of them if my $#*! fits into the bottoms of the bathing suits

Worst company ever! I ordered and paid in January with express shipping it is now match and I still don't have my refund that I argued about receiving for over a month. They are a scam fraud company with false advertising. This company should have a class action lawsuit for all the people they have screwed over.
I would never order from them again even though I did get all my items 3 maxi dresses and 2 swimsuits and they all fit and looks like the pictures. I'll admit the material is cheap though, they'll probably fall apart after I wash them one time. Smh. Reason I won't order from them anymore is because the company is in China and it did take 3 to 4 weeks to get my stuff after putting in several tickets for a refund and can never talk to a live person on the phone. That's bad business to me and I really learned my lesson.

Well I placed an order February 18th and I didn't receive it until March 12th then I placed another order and got that within a week I could not fit one of the dresses it said one-size-fit-all not true... Then on my second order I couldn't fix them the size was extra large. Not true the dresses don't look the same as website. Very disappointed
I ordered large, on the size chart its a 14_16 UK. My daughter is a size 6_8 and they only just fitted.the material looked nothing like what was on the pictures. I will not be ordering from here ever again, and I will be informing friends not to purchase any items.

Size 2XL for an 18 might fit a size 12 person, all 3 items ordered are sized the same, almost a $100 order. Was able after some creative searching (all links in confirmation email did not work) to contact customer service and am waiting for their solution.

I am a 36C and could BARELY squish my boobs into the shirts and dresses I ordered. They fit everywhere else (stomach, hips, etc.) but not my chest. I could barely breathe let alone move around. I have never had this problem before in-store or online so it was very strange to me.
I submitted my order on January 31. I got a notification that they had shipped it on February 24. It arrived to me in Canada on March 7.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
