I knew these garments would not be expensive fashion items but the items that turned up were nothing like the images online. In fact, they were shapeless rubbish. Never again.
Everything on this site runs about 2 sizes smaller than the conversion chart says. If you contact them for a return, you may or may not get a response. If you do and want to return it, they suggest to keep the item and they will give you a 20% credit because the shipping to send it back is expensive. If you do return the item, they will only give you 60% credit.
Cheap crap from China! Misfitting, questionable materials. I tried to return but it's impossible. Such a scam. $60 worth of garbage "clothes" going to charity.
This is a scam company unloading poor quality merchandise. Web site offers a 1-800 phone # for customer service which is a non working number. Returns are not an option. You basically just made a donation to this "company."! All communication is with people in China. No American affiliation or distribution center. Don't buy from this company!

My issue is not that the order came slow, even though it did, or that I had to order it in a larger size since it is in Chinese sizes, I understood that. My issue is that when it finally came the washing instructions were in chinese. I tried to contact the company and no one ever replied. I washed the garment one time and it ripped to shreads at the seams. I contacted the company and they didn't seem to care in the least that I just spent money with their company and now I can't even wear it. I AM NOT PLEASED!
Bought 3 items and paid in USD so presumed this was an American company. When I looked at the invoice the address is Shanghi in China. None of the items I bought looked anything like the pictures. The coat is supposed to be a funnel neck, however, there is nothing about it that looks like funnel like it's so tight on the neck I couldn't do the button up also the actual material the coat is made of is pulling away, similar to unravelling a jumper. The two tops I purchased are supposed to be a large (thought I would order larger than I need as I don't like my clothes too tight) one of them would fit a Barbie doll the other is sooooo large it should be labelled as LXX. I was offered a partial refund which was then placed in their store account for me to buy another item, which I would have to pay postage for!. I have taken up my complaint with Pay Pal now. But my advice would be stay away, keep your money.
I order things on line frequently but this was the worst order I have ever placed. Everything seemed too reasonably priced, I should have known. The photos made everything look lovely but my first clue should have been they were short on details. I didn't know what materials things were made of. I ordered a few bathing suits and based on the photo, I thought there were two pieces to the suits. They were not. I ordered larger sizes because they were offered and figured better to have things too loose, than too tight. Everything I ordered was sized for a tiny, short, flat chested women even in the larger sizes. One sheath dress I ordered came so short, it looked like a blouse. When I realized how impossible they made it to return (Japan) I thought I would give it to my size 10 girlfriend who was not able to get it over her hips. I had ordered a 1X. It did not have any size label on the inside which made me think they made only one tiny size and just filled and shipped every order with the same size dress. To sum it all up, out of 8 items I ordered, 5 were no where near the sizing I ordered and were impossible to wear under any circumstances. It is, in my opinion, a shady foreign company who tries to appear American, and states in their advertising they offer a 30 day return policy. What they don't tell you is YOU pay the postage and shipping TO JAPAN which is extremely expensive and they make it nearly impossible to decipher what their procedure and policy is. It's a big search mystery. Don't order anything from them. They will eventually just change their name to another company so buyer beware. I learned a lesson. Read reviews first, order later. Never again.
I ordered a swimsuit in the beginning of January and now it is the beginning of March. I never received the swimsuit I ordered and all of a sudden I go to check on the shipping status and states my money has been refunded. This came with no warning. I will never be using this website ever. I hope this hasn't happened to other individuals.
I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. If you 1) don't care about the timeline of when the item arrives (and/or, based on the reviews, whether or not it arrives) and 2) don't care that you can't really return an item and get your money back and/or an equal exchange, then by all means, use this company. I ordered 2 swimsuits. One did not fit. When I asked to exchange or refund, they told me that I would be paying a LOT in shipping and would need to wait a long time for my product but that they would be happy to give me an unspecified amount of compensation for my next purchase. I'm going to try and fight this via PayPal but it took so long for this item to arrive, I don't know if it'll do any good. I may just have to eat the cost. :( I guess I'll need to do a better job about researching return policies before making a purchase. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMPANY.

My first order from this company was, presumably, at the worst time of year, November. I paid for my order through Paypal, thank goodness, because the only way I got my order was to threaten non-payment through Paypal. First they tell you your order will ship within 3-4 days. Then after 4 days they will explain that it's really within 7 days. Then, they were supposedly out of stock on one of the two items I ordered, and instead of returning the funds, they provided "website credit". Well after my first negative experience, I really didn't want to deal with them again, but now I had this credit hanging out there, so what did I do? Order again, to use my credit. Big mistake. My order was placed on Jan 28 and I received it yesterday, Feb 28. I got zero communication after the first "we received your order and payment" emails. No order processing update, no tracking, nothing. Again, I processed a claim through paypal for non-receipt, and it still took them a week to respond and provide tracking. I did finally get my order, but I will NEVER order from them again. I would also suggest you stay away, unless you thrive on frustration.
I ordered a blouse in a size XL. I wear a medium but didn't want to take a chance of it being too small. Fat chance. After waiting almost three months for delivery, it arrived and was child sized. I gave it to a friend who shops in the children's department she is so small.
I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering from this company but I didn't, I ordered two swimsuits & have not received been three weeks they said they ship within 1 to 5 days so I finally text them with customer support asking where my order was she told me it would be another week to week and a half before they would ship it out to meaning two weeks before I receive my product which makes it 2 months, I told her that was not acceptable that I'm leaving on a cruise and cannot no longer use the product, they want to charge me three dollars a piece for restocking fee, she ask me if that was ok, I told her NO WAY, SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME!
I wouldn't even know where to begin. First, it took me a MONTH to receive the items. They were on "holiday" for TWO weeks - right in the middle of that time and were not even available for questions!?!? But it gets worse. I measured myself, ordered based on their charts, and two of three items were GIGANTIC as in two or three sizes too big. Finding return information was impossible, and when I finally did, I was asked to MEASURE the items before returns would be allowed - what? Get out my tape measure and crawl around on the floor measuring their clothing because their charts were wrong or pieces incorrectly made? NOTHING good about this company. NOTHING positive to report. I wish we could give negative stars!
I ordered a shirt from this company on Dec. 2,2016. After not receiving it after 30 days, I sent their customer service an e-mail requesting they check on the status. I received no reply from them. Then again, I sent them an e-mail regarding this order. I received an automated reply giving me a ticket #. I waited another 2 weeks with no further action from them. After yet another e-mail from me, they wrote back saying that I would have to absorb half if the cost of the item because I "did not insure" it. A terrible way to do business.
I received the dresses I ordered 2 months after they took my payment. The quality of the fabric was HORRENDOUS! The sizing was completely inaccurate, and I looked into returning the items. It's more of a hassle than it's worth! I wasted $75 to get these terrible dresses! BEWARE!
Inferior merchandise shipped directly from China. Customer must pay international shipping if unsatisfied and wish to return merchandise. Even with that, they only offer a 60%refund. This website should be shut down as it's apparent many have been victim to their scam. There are places to report their scam. Please take the time to do this.

I waited weeks for my dress to arrive, and when it did I was disgusted. The quality was just awful, there was no way I would have ever been able to wear this rubbish.
The returns process was equally bad and the product ended up in the dustbin, I would have been too embarrassed to take it to a charity shop. This company should not be in business. Total rip off

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
