I recently ordered 2 swimsuits for an upcoming trip. I was concerned about the shipping timeline and worried I wouldn't receive the order before I left. When I submitted a ticket asking about it, I received a speedy and reassuring response. My other concern was seeing reviews stating the sizing was out of spec. I can tell you, my order arrived today, as scheduled, and the quality was excellent, the sizes were exact, and the suits were exactly as shown and described. This will not be my last order with Modlily. Can't say enough about their sales and service!
Easy 30 day return policy is a flat out LIE! They are rude, unresponsive and quality sucks. I should have just gone through paypal instead of thinking they would deal with me in a fair fashion. They sell under multiple names, not just Modlily. My guess is organized crime because they get away with stealing people's money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could go after them leagally, but I guess there are no business regs in China.
I ordered a blouse size XXXL I am a size 14 but I know there sizes are small being Chinese made... now I have to send it back and pay more than I paid for the blouse AND THEY WILL REFUND ONLY 60% OF THE VALUE I PAID FOR IT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TROUBLE.
I ordered 2 blouses - they are unwearable The quality of fabric and manufacture is so very bad. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. It has been an ongoing hassle to even contact them. You are a deceiving company that is CRAP... the seams are not put together right and the sizes are all wrong... Just look at all your reviews and those that are good probably come from the US company. Or you have a few that knows... so your rating is - *******
This company is a total scam. They might as well sent me a bag of rags. I had no idea this company is in China. Good luck if you need to return something. It cost more to return products than what to paid. I have been back and forth with PayPal over this. They have tried to be helpful but they say now the company wants me to return the items with proof of a tracking #. I could go on but the bottom line is PayPal is giving me a credit of all but 13$ of original cost and said to do whatever you want with the clothing. This is the first and last time I will ever order from a company that # one is in China and sells inexpensive clothing. Thank you PayPal.

Got my order 3 months after I ordered it. I had no idea the stuff was coming from China. The two dresses I ordered were totally crap, they looked nothing like the picture.
Been waiting a month for order, promised 1-5 days. Asked for refund, no response. Where's my order then? Hong Kong notified, Shanghai notified, Shanghai processing. That was the 15th February, my order was placed 13th January. It; s just so disheartening and so wrong customers are treated this way. Will post again if I ever receive my order!

Wish I did my research on this company before I wasted my money. Ordered two items and one of the items was sewn together with fishing line. Come on... both items were not what was advertised and the sizing, color and quality were all horrible. You will never be able to return items and you will never get a hold of customer service because there is none! Save your money this is a fraud company out of China robbing people of their hard earned cash. If you think your safe buying through paypal think again, they will not protect you on your purchase. There should be a class action law suit against this company!
One more thing, they will ask you to ship it back for a full refund. This is china and its not cheap to send your package back to China. You would have to pay the same amount for shipping it back for what you order cost you. Its not worth it.

My bathing suit couldn't even be put on - seams sewn wrong & the shoulder straps were cut in two!
I ordered 2 items, paid for expedited shipping, which says 1-3 days, when I contacted them to see why my order hadn't come, got the run-around about "it's a hot sale item so it will take several more days to process", etc. I immediately contacted my credit card company, who filed a dispute based on them breaking their promise of expedited shipping. I got my money credited back within just a few days. Sorry I hadn't read these reviews first, but relieved that I didn't have to fight with them.

I've seen some bad reviews, but I was thoroughly pleased with my purchase. I had already heard to order the sizes much bigger than needed, and my dress fits perfectly. The colors are exactly as shown, and the material is way nicer than I expected. I couldn't be happier. I'm sorry some people have not had my experience, but I will definitely be doing more shopping at ModLily.
I placed two orders from Modlilly and all items were not as they described, all of their clothing was wrongly sized and nothing worked. I contacted them to get a refund since this mislabeling was their fault. And ended up finding out they will only offer 60% of the purchase price back and it ended up costing me $75 to actually ship the items back to China. This is a terrible company! Would not recommend it ever!

I ordered the "sweatshirt" (not a sweatshirt at all) 100% cotton (not polyester) and when the size is not true to form I wanted to return fir another size, no contact information, no return information and was sent from Asia. It's a scam, fraud whatever. BBB needs to look into this. They are criminal
I guess due to they are in Asia you cant get any help, no invoice attached to order or info about returning if product is wrong etc... horrible customer service and overall unethical business practices
After 3 months of waiting for my order to arrive and 2 months dealing with stupid customer service representatives they told me to pay 30% more so they can post me another one becouse my order had been lost. Only thing a had left to do is to open case in PayPal so they can help me with full refund. Never, NEVER buy enything from this website.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
