Had an awesome experience with these people. Thought I should write a review as people tend to just come here when they have complaints. I expected the order to take some time to get to me but it wasn't too long at all. The prices are excellent for the product you get (not super high quality materials but well put together, no weird stitching and they last). Communication was great - the messaged me to make sure I received my order. Will definitely be buying again!

I should have checked reviews before ordering. This company is terrible! I received my items in a timely fashion, but they are way too small. I can not contact anyone via phone. They give a California phone number but a machine picks up saying no one is available and to leave a message. I left several messages and called all hours of the day/night. The online system is a joke and says that my order doesnt exist so I cant file anything online. I tried the so called live chat and no response. No way to return an order! Total scam!
Merchandise was very different from pictures on website. Sizes were very small and material was cheap. Although they claim you can return items within 30 days, that's a lie as they don't respond and don't want to receive your goods back.
I was so disappointed when I received my order and their service.

I was so disappointed when I received my blouse. It was a pretty blouse but not even close to the size I ordered which was an XL. It was barely a medium. I will never order from them again. The product comes directly from Shanghai China. They need to size their clothes by American people sizes, not a Chinese XL.

These must be Chinese sizing. The table said it would fit when I ordered but just to be sure I ordered 2 sizes bigger than what I normally wear. I can barely get it over my head, won't go over my shoulder. Too bad the dress is beautiful and I can't get a response on returning it.

8. This wears as it looks. I was expecting cheap material and not as the picture but its not. Material is fabulous and it wears very well and I based it on their size chart and I purchased a XL. It is free style but the size is a true extra large. I was concerned because of other reviews I've read about their sizes. I will be ordering from them again and it only took 10 days and I received it. :)

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
