Ordered 3 items and one was out of stock, but they charged for all 3 and issued a store CREDIT for item not received. Very difficult to contact to receive cash back for item not received. Huge waste of time.
Clothing fanric quality was cheap, finishing was messy with long strings all over the garments. Looked great in photos, but terrible in person. Don't bother!
They make it so easy to order. You can forget returning anything. It's a full time job in frustration. What reputable company offers you a discount to keep what doesn't fit? Shame on them.

Two weeks wasted trying to get a refund. Finally got an address to return the item to, but they want it sent with no signature required. Sounds fishy to me. Why can't I get proof that they receive the item? Anticipating that this will never be resolved. Don't bother buying from Modlily. Nothing but a hassle and waste of money. 5 star reviews on here are fake. Look at the dates. They post their own 5 star reviews.

Poor quality clothing and you can't return anything. I received a top made of flimsy fabric and stringy lace. I asked where to return it and it can't be returned. They offer a few dollars instead of a full refund saying that they are saving me money. Seriously? Infuriating customer service. Don't waste you time and money!
Have yet to get anything we are not thrilled with. Very important... for each item check measurements and also read comments. Customers are a huge help in discussing how item size fit them.
Shipping is not fast so as soon as you have an event, double check shipping times.
In checking this company before purchasing- I noticed all the fake 5 star reviews here. Just look at the dates! Clearly Modlily employees writing them themselves! Thats a huge red flag in my book!

The order took weeks to come in mail. The fit was awful. Material felt cheap. I have been trying to find a way to return for refund. You have to have an RA number to return. Can't find a phone number anywhere to call them. When I try to file a "ticket" on the web page for return no one ever replies. Horrible customer service. Never buy from this company again. Stick with shirt that doesn't fit!

Great-looking bathing suits, a little skimpy and unlined on the bottoms. Poor customer service. They offered me half of my refund in exchange for keeping the items.

I received my coat last week; at first I was surprised by the golden thread in the texture (that is not visible in the product photos) yet now I like that; can be dressed up with a cute clutch and a light dress for going out on autumn nights or can be dressed down with leggings and combat boots.
The site is easy to navigate, and solid categories for both styles and budget choices and of course pretty pictures. Thanks to the clear information I could pick the correct size, always a gamble with online shopping for me at least... After ordering I couldn't wait to try my blue, long dress, fortunately I was not disappointed. I was surprised how well-made it was considering the price.
